I would strongly recommend this firm. My spouse and I were impressed that we received fast service after calling the day before at about 9pm with all the make and size of our water heater so Trevor could deliver the best replacement. He brought what he needed replaced the water heater and did a fantastic job. We are happy customers!

Spoke with Tom twice. He managed my water heater troubles had been great and has been professional and personable. My questions were answered by tom and assured me the tank dimensions I wished to order was sufficient for the dimensions of this townhouse / amount of baths. I had known as 4 other places first, people who have average reviews. The estimates diverse from $1560 (all inclusive)- down to $1020 but did not incorporate the water heater unit (who does that!?) . I had to deal with plumbers which were mean older men, and many others that wanted me off. Fortunately for me Tom was regular. I wasn't rushed by him took his time. Thank you Tom!
The gentleman who installed my water heater told me and remained in communicating with me the whole time the heater should be set to and place it for me. He scanned images to me and the invoice for my records. Super!!!

My husband traveled along with also my water heater stopped heating the water. To make a long story short I called Water Heaters Only and they showed up. I definitely needed a new water heater and Dillon, who was wonderful, installed a brand-new water heater. As I was not eligible for any type of warranty he gave me a discount on the water heater and installed it flawlessly. I need to compliment Water Heaters Only on their services. They arrived their installation had been top notch with some additional details like a drain pan which comprised a drain and quickly, I thought he cost was fair for an excellent water heater in case the heater should leak. The past couple times I've had water heaters replaced by other companies, they didn't do these extra little bits.
When I need a brand new water heater, first off, I don't really like. So that I really do recognize good service, I've had water heaters replaced many times.

We had a great experience with quality of water heater, setup, and our call. They had been a no-nonsense crew that came out the following day, January 24th. Trevor E did a great job keeping me updated as to what they do, and why. They needed to substitute a valve and some piping, and they ended up being even cheaper than the phone quotation. Lastly, they had been performed sooner than they had quoted, and we have been delighted with our water heater since. Would recommend.

Water heaters only technician"Don" was a joy to speak to as he is a Vet too. He had been fair in what he told me did a great job in re-installing my new hot water heater. The heater was 5 years old and he explained that they last 6-8 decades but noticed them go out before then. My definitely did, it leaked water. With the home owners guarantee the install was 323, I can live with that if you priced a hot water heater with no the technician I say it was a thing that is good. I hoped to pay $65 for the typical warranty fix-a-parts but a heater is all the more better in the long term. I would recommend Don cause he gave answer to me to further questions and was knowledgeable I had. Well time for this hot shower thanks Don.

I contacted our home warranty company, was expecting a call back in 2 days, and WITHIN AN HOUR, I had received a call from Tom stating that Trevor, the repair tech, was in the region and could be at my house within a single hour. WOW! Fast forward to around three hours after, and we've got a new 50 water heater installed (after agreeing to pay a little extra for parts which weren't included with a water heater replacement per my house warranty contract), and my husband and I couldn't be happier. (Come to find out, our old water heater was 18 years old. Hope this one lasts just as long!) Trevor explained to me and was very professional step. My husband and I'm very pleased with the quick and professional job which Water Heaters Only (including Tom and Trevor) provided now! Thank you!

Don arrived within the four hour window guaranteed. He predicted forward 30 minutes as requested. His quote was as promised and his job was EXCELLENT!!

I haven't been able to reach anyone on any of their posted amounts on the internet, although they claim they answer their phones 24/7/365. Boo!

When our water heater burst we used this business. We phoned them that afternoon and saw they were in business on Angies List and needed an A rating. As promised they had been at my home near 8am the following day. The cost was precisely what was lent and they took into consideration the Angies List discount. We'd certainly use them again!

We had a service technician visit that I reported a leak and had a brand new water heater set up. Our technician, trevor, was courteous, friendly and evidently thorough since all is functioning well. He called us when he was on his way to our home and was patient enough to answer our questions. I would happily recommend. Whilst the hot water heater warranty period is 6 years, there is a 10 year option for another $100.

Our home warranty company recommended Water Heaters Only when our water heater burst. They were on time and professional. That they began work right away and obtained approval from our guarantee 16, upon discovering that we had a brand new water heater. We had warm water and a brand new heater in hours of his arrival and it looks excellent. We are quite happy with the experience.

Fidelity National, my guarantee company, sent out a work order to Water Heaters Only to replace our deceased unit with a 75 gallon electrical unit. The Tech was useful and was going to do study construct out based on brands they're contracted with that supply tanks. In the guarantee company I get a call within an hour saying they had been told it had to be a 50 gallon unit or we should cash out and put in a gas or solar device. Known as back to learn what happened. He was told"we don't put in anything above 50 gallon tanks". REALLY? A work order which has been specifically to get a tank whenever you do not provide that service was taken by you. Now we are down for the weekend - showers! Shame on YOU Water heaters only!

Woke up into also a floor along with a garage. Our older Rheem said goodbye after many years of service that was great. We predicted Water Heaters Only because they installed the unit. Gave a great quote on the phone, Don showed up first thing the following morning and went directly to work. Clean, efficient and left no trace. No surprise about the quote . No complaints here.
