It's so hard to find a good plumber (particularly if you're an out-of-state landlord) I feel the need to post this inspection. They were honest and fair, smelled good (not necessarily true with pipes ) and finished my repair quickly. I'm a brand new and happy customer. Thanks for saving my renter to Rod.

We had a flood in our workplace, I called 1-800 plumbing and they were here within 1/2 hour!! It is refreshing to have expertise on short notice, and such excellent customer support. They are now my plumber of selection!!
I wound up changing showerheads myself in less than 15 minutes. Disturbing their cost was $220 to not mention that the constant price.
Awful company men be transparent with all work and stop the pricing arrangements that are fancy since it dropped you my small business.
Bottom line. This was not clarified in beginning and I lost of my hope.
Additionally the freebies, in my opinion were not freebies at all but a strategy on their part to make me think they were doing me unwanted favors and I would be more inclined to take additional more inflated prices.
Nice folks and appeared to be knowledgable however their pricing strategy was shifty. I'd laundry list of problems. They provided price and some were so minor they designated no cost. Price to change 2 showerheads when I contested $220. Explanation was they needed to charge full cost on account of another"freebies".
As I cut out items on record the plumber upped cost for remaining difficulties. The reasoning was I was getting because I whittled list to match my budget, special discounts that no longer implemented
