Eric helped get my RO system up and came to my house and working. We had a slow air leak in our tank and a leak from one. He fixed both and my I have ice and water again. He was polite and respectful. He was quick to get my on the program and gave me a quote on the spot for another things we desired installed. Quite satisfied with the service. Highly recommend.

We had a problem with sewer coming up into one of those bathtubs. We feared the worst that it was going to be expensive to fix. Erik came the exact same day we quickly resolved the issue and called out. We believed that he gave us a fantastic deal on the cost. We'll definitely be using CTR Plumbing in the future and expect them to treat us directly.

Erik went above and beyond my own expectations. His job was fantastic and I will certainly call him again if we want an honest plumber.
Erik was offered to answer and friendly while he worked. I mentioned that our water heater had gone out 3 days in the 5 years we'd lived in the house. Even though it was working alright, he offered to have a peek and found our water softener was not trained and suggested that might be contributing to the water heater failing. We noticed while substituting the broken water heaters or had too, something not one of the other plumbers had seemed for him fix this.
I had Erik of all CTR Plumbing come out to replace an R/O system's filters I'd had installed by another company. While Erik was working on the filters he noticed we had a line running to the sink to the refrigerator, and none. Why this was, he asked, and that I told him that it was since the first worker who installed the machine seemed very nervous about drilling through my granite, which in turn made me anxious, so we didn't do it. We lived together with all the slow water pressure out of the dispenser on the fridge. Erik assured me this was so we had him install a spigot there and drill through the granite. He did a wonderful job, and it's been so fantastic to be able to fill up water bottles, bottles, and also the dog's bowl in the sink rather than the fridge.

Fantastic experience! Eric fixed my bathroom that had a little leak and came by. Simple cure for him! He waited until the tank filled to create sure all was well. My cats enjoyed him so that's a great sign. Trustworthy and excellent customer service. Hope I do not need their services again, but if I do, I would certainly use again!

I'm out in Florence, and it is sort of a pain to get builders out here. When they here Florence it is like additional trip Charge!!
Because of where I dwelt eric responded to my VM and did not try to jack up the price at all. I had him look at two shower thoughts taps, and replace three toilettes. The job was completed in a timely fashion and the cost was about average. I have got him in my'Trusted contractors' list that I keep on hand though, because when you find a nice plumber, attorney, or anything out here you remember their name!

Pass. These individuals don't want my company. Please delete your webpage. Looking for a different plumber.
No ability to get through Yelp. I thought the whole point of Yelp is empowering that green"request a quotation" button over to the right to greatly simplify contacting the business. I much prefer email over phone tag or stepping away from my desk (my job) to go outside the building to make a personal call since you are only open when I'm at work.
Their website contact form doesn't work. I filled out the form more than once.
1 star because they never got back to me and that I made multiple attempts to get them.

I had a shower drain which has been repaired by our home warranty company. Fortunately I found CTR Plumbing during Yelp and Erik came out the same day to properly repair the problem.
I am pleased with the level of dedication and service to doing the job correctly. All my questions were answered thoroughly, I will rely any time and would recommend this business.

I had a broken water main in my front yard (oh joy!) . Erik was my next estimate for the fix. He was very thorough in describing what exactly happened, the different methods to fix it, and price differences. He matched the price the firm gave me, AND he was able to fix it.
This man works his ass off. So he cares about his reputation, AND I'm all about supporting small businesses this is his own business. He kept me updated through text while he was repairing it (I was on the job ), and even immediately returned when a second little leak sprung up after he was done. At no charge. He appeared to care about returning it back to as normal looking as possible, although he regrettably had to dig our nice bud. He cares about details.
Plumbing issues suckbut I really don't feel as if I got ripped off. Very reassuring feeling. I am hoping to not require any plumbing repairs but Erik will probably be my very first phone call if that arises. Highly recommend!!!

Erik was knowledgeable, professional and customer service oriented. A detailed report was written by him and delivered it to our insurer the evening of support, as promised. He even gave us guidance on a new garbage disposal we had purchased and not yet installed. After reading reviews we are taking Erik's advise and buying a stainless steel disposal and returning another one. We determined that we'll have because of the fantastic warranty and his installation price he provides on his work, Erik set up the disposal.
We picked CTR Plumbing because of the reviews. Erik demonstrated that the testimonials are well deserved! Erik was here on time and known as 30 minutes before his arrival as promised. He diagnosed where the leak came from the problem happened, the way to fix it and how to protect against any troubles.

The only con is that we can't relocate him when we move.

He managed to repair all of our issues for under $400.
Eric was called by us in CTR and he was wonderful. Very friendly, extremely knowledgable, passionate, affordable and professional.
We needed some other difficulties along with a shower head. A preceding plumber said resolve and it might cost up to locate a strange odor in the guest toilet.

Thankful to have found my plumber. I used roto rooter at first to assist us with a flow in water softener issues and the loft. Without solving our problem, roto rooter came in and didn't even know what was the problem, but tried to sell us a water purifier. Roto rooter called us to some shady restoration firm that racked our insurance bill.
We have been through this sort of situation and I'm thankful I found CTR Plumbing and will rely on them and refer them to anybody with plumbing problems.
He understood the problem also came out sooner than scheduled and helped us out. Extremely laid out what needs to get done and cares and professional for your situation.

Erik was professional, instant, friendly, and gladly answered questions that I had. We talked over different alternatives, and he explained those options . He came out, evaluated the situation, and said there were actually none of the"extra" issues the other firm said had to be fixed. He had the water heater replaced in a few hours, hauled the old one off, and all for about precisely the exact same amount the other outfit quoted as"extra work".
This last weekend, I discovered it was moist around my own water heater. After dealing with the outfit my house warranty company sent me ( different inspection ) I refused their job and began looking for a good plumber on Yelp. I found CTR Plumbing to maintain my place and had high reviews, so I gave them a phone. Erik said he would be out within an hour, gave me a ball park quote to replace the water heater, and replied.

Eric is a fantastic plumber! We've used him several times over the years. He has answered the telephone at 6 in the morning when our basement sump pump stopped working through a rain storm and was within the hour at our house repairing the problem knee deep! Our basement was saved by him from flood! He has changed out fixed toilet difficulties our water heaters and numerous additional plumbing problems over the years. He's inexpensive, reliable, and friendly compared to many businesses. Should you need someone to talk to he is good at this! He is a talker! (That last comment is for your own children Eric!) I recommend CTR plumbing to anybody.

I chose CTR plumbing according to recommendations from a neighborhood page. I've had Erik here. Erik was quite accommodating of my schedule, in telling me 14, reliable and if he ran late. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. You wouldn't go wrong hiring CTR Plumbing!

I spoke on the phone to Erick to schedule an appointment and he was really informative. He gave me a price selection of $300-$800, based in my plumbing situation and how hard the job is. Based on experiences with a cost range, I was expecting a charge of around $500-$700.
CTR plumbing came to my house around ancient Feb 2017 to put in pressure regulator, once I learned that the water pressure in my house was very significant. I am a homeowner and I picked CTR plumbing based on the reviews.

Erick finished it faster than my expectation, did the work well, showed up, and took his time to answer all my questions. Erick was really friendly and made me feel as though I was speaking though that was the very first time. I was satisfied with his work, plus he gave 2 years guarantee for components & both labor. The cost ended up to be the cost quote that he told me. He said he would have told me if there could be anything additional.
Being a homeowner that is brand new, I would be mentally prepared if he charged me about $500-$700. However, Erick was honest rather than just cash hungry like some other plumbers in my previous encounters. He finished the work well (I do monitor the water pressure following his work), has reasonable pricing, took his time to answer all my questions, and treat me as a buddy. CTR plumbing has earned my business and my confidence to my plumbing requirements.
After sending a few images via text messages, I was given a quote of mid $300 by Erick. Being as pessimistic as I was, I presumed that there'll be fees and the bill would wind up around my expectation.

He discovered that the origins aren't in my line at all, when he came outside. They're in the city's line! He'd discover that my line was disconnected from the city line. He called the city and worked with them to get things. The city came out today and verified that the matter is on their property. They will reconnect my lineup and find out the roots of their lineup at no cost to me personally!! I am incredibly grateful to Erik for taking the time to describe what he was seeing in my lineup and my options the way through. He's helpful and trustworthy. He is strongly recommended by me. He does have a travel fee if he renders the East Valley. I found it to get him come out for something so complex and potentially expensive.
My home guarantee sent two different companies out. Both said that I had a problem with my sewer and desired to fix it. One said there were origins in my lineup and they would replace a tiny section. An official quote was never supplied by them, but they talked about somewhere between $3000 and $5000. Another told me my entire line had since there's a crack replaced. They quoted me. I found CTR on Yelp. I sent a request to 4 places to get a quote. Erik supplied his phone number to me immediately and spoke about what went on. He watched the video but he'd need to do a higher quality video to provide a last quote. He initially believed he can do a spot inside the sewer to keep out roots.

My husband's"honey-do" task of fixing a bathroom faucet become a"honey-nightmare" yesterday, as the valve and faucet broke -- and water was spraying all over my property. After getting the water turned off, I called.
Found this business based on its own Yelp reviews and they answered on the third ring! Yay! Erik knew exactly what the issue was, explained my husband every detail, and immediately made the fix and came over later. Support and professionalism are the pride of the provider. I have had many fix people in my house whom I felt I couldn't trust. He. Erik was extremely knowledgeable and respectful, friendly, and reasonably priced! What else do you need?
We learned when the water turned off the pilot light on our water heater had gone outside. Erik went the extra mile to fix and came back!

By the time I called him, he had an extremely fast response time (called me back in five minutes), came out as scheduled and completed the job. I've used plumbing solutions in the past but never felt compelled to write a review. I will be calling him for any upcoming plumbing needs I may have!
Today scheduled an appointment and Erik came out. He was personable professional, reasonably priced, and also did good job. I'd valves that were leaking outside alongside the hose which has been an ongoing problem since I bought this home. The flow lately got pretty bad and was filling a bucket of water per day. Erik walked through the building of the set up and showed me that the valve was not really serving any purpose since it was not connected to anything. He was able to remove the unnecessary valves that were causing the issue. The set up is a whole lot more simple and most importantly, no more leaking! While Erik was still here, I also had another machine is disconnected by him I'd set up in the garage that was in use.
