Pristine Water Softeners

I just bought my home about a month ago. As long as I can remember, I've dreamed of the day I would have my house and water softener system. I the dream fizzled once I realized exactly how much money I had been forking out right after closing. I began getting calls from all sorts of organizations, since everybody appears to find the moment you buy a house out, and accepting one of those calls was the best decision. I accepted their offer of an"educational trip," and Neil arrived ready to educate. He was very informative and had immense knowledge of Phoenix water and goods. He then informed me how Pristine makes getting water softener-R/O systems cheap for home owners that were new. We had the machine installed.
Abel had the machine and showed up. He even fixed among valves for me. His work looks very professional and has been nicely done. Our water tastes and feels soooooooo great now
I wasn't thrilled of the mailers and phone calls after I bought the house, but Pristine Environmental, and Neil, Abel were fantastic and they met my dream of having great water from the faucet.

Called and obtained an appointment in two days. Showed up on time and solved this problem. Really courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Recommend them highly.

Just bought a water softener and reverse osmosis system for our new residence. Our salesman, neal, has been professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions and address concerns. The system was installed now. Able was great. Time effective, and cleaned up after himself. The thing is I am actually in the market to get a water softening system. But I would not buy it from a company which acquires contributes in this manner if they had been the last company in the world.
When Pristine Environmental called me I asked about my amount had been obtained with the marketer. She proceeds to tersely notify me that it's public record. My mobile phone number wasn't, while my purchase is public record. I appreciate that a telemarketers occupation is difficult and thankless (I'm shocked this is even a viable means for new company in 2019) but her contrition in my peril secured with me that my choice to never knowingly spend money with a business which participates or supports those underhanded marketing tactics is sound.
Rude and belligerent telemarketers and marketing tactics won't ever earn my business and should not earn yours.
My mobile phone number has been sold to every home improvement company in the Valley. Pristine Environmental is doing business with those con-men and achieved to me through mobile phone today.I'm here to inform you that there are far better ways to get business leads than phoning overwhelmed people on their mobile phones days after they make the biggest purchase in their lifetime.
Treat people how you would like to be treated. No one wants these phone calls, stop breaking people.

They're a warranty servicer for GE. My brand-new water softener was not working. GE sent Pristine outside to get the device. Was told installation was wrong, Charged $90 (that was eventually refunded). He"tested" the water and said that I was good to go. After a week no water. He returned (that is when he said they really don't like to service GE's and no more sell them). He found a part that was faulty and through replacement, the motor broke. I've been waiting 3 months since he broke it and'm receiving the proverbial"run around". I have been without using a water softener. They're unresponsive and reluctant to go out of the way when my unit was broken by them. Totally small business that is lame.

We had a water heater and Reverse Osmosis water system installed. On the exterior of the house a water leak occurred in the process although the setup was great. It took a couple of trips but Pristine made it appropriate at no extra cost to us. I would do business with them!

Love love love my fresh water softener! I am happy I discovered Pristine and shopped around to find the best price and service. I've had it for just over two months and it's everything I hoped for.

We have experienced Pristine Water since 1999 and we always have good service. We would not even think of using anyone else. Pristine keep up.
