Rob came to our home today service our Reverse Osmosis system and to check our water.
He was very professional, answered our questions completely, and that he did a thorough and prompt service of our system.

He's helped us out with a brand new dishwasher being installed by the 3rd party installer which we bought from Home Depot. The work was satisfactory. Once I had questions about the job that someone else did, John - who had done some work in our toilets - swung by to have a look at the afternoon. JB Waters is an excellent company. They are customer service oriented. Their service on our distiller is obviously terrific. Personable service guys and doing the task in a way that is timely. We have been with this company for 30 years. Always satisfactory.

JB Water's tech. JD did and arrived a quote on plumbing issues that had been identified. He arrived back on time with all supplies. He was helpful even when we requested him a question about another DIY plumbing issue that is small, which us walked through. This firm was lower. 1/2 of a preceding estimate. Highly recommend this company.

Growing up in the Midwest, I discovered AZ Phoenix water to be desirable, even after water softener remedies, so I started to research Water Distillers, and JB Water is among those couple in Phoenix to sell most of the top rated brands.
I had them set up a Durastill water distiller, and hook it up to my Refrigerator water line, and I am quite happily drinking water that is tasty and safe.

What dare are JB send us the bill. This really is a shame!!! Now they sent me a bill for level 1 diagnostic & service call in which I knew I exactly what need to be carried out in advance. We asked for quote. We gave the buyer review report with picture to them. I called my realtor and told her how unhappy I am with JB Water. We both agreed JB Water don't know what they doing. My Realtor is going to pick up that tap. (I am really please she's doing this for us) She is very disappointed at them. Guess what. We're not likely to use JB Water ever. I will be certain all my friend and family know if they have plumbing demand, they will not call JB Water.

Tony, was here several times. Every time he has been here he has done a fantastic job. I have him professional, experienced with excellent customer service. I discovered him to be considerate, courteous & on time. He also does something to not many firms do & that's call when he is on his way with an ETA terrific. Thanks for sending Tony out, he is my plumber to call !

We had a plumbing problem and instantly got a hold of someone at JB Plumbing. Within one hour, someone was at the home clearing the drains. He did not leave until almost 10 at night but stayed professional and polite the whole time. We were amazed at the sensible amount charged for such quality service when the bill arrived. We will definately lean on JB Water for our pipes needs.

We couldn't be happier with JB Water. We had family from out of town staying with us when our water heater gave up the ghost. JB showed up precisely the same afternoon and had warm water in our home in under eight hours from the time we called (and we didn't see any plumber's crack).
