The office staff provided a response that was timely and was sensitive for my time constraints. As they functioned, the plumbers were speedy and effective. Price was much less than we'd feared.
Friendly, thoughtful (VERY worried about mucking up my flooring ), intelligent (clarified everything, allow me to see, showed me that the process), and allow me to find the part that I had at the lowest possible cost.

Wound needing fixing up. It's at those moments someone say something needs replacement when it doesn't and could really take advantage of you. Adjustment was completed and probably have the best water pressure ever having lived there 20 decades! Was billed a level commensurate with the job done. Bottom line it wasn't a problem. . .however praise where it is due. Simple no hassle right up discussion. Thank you!
Had low water pressure. Expected to demand replacement of the regulator valve, which I was given a quote.

The work was done quickly, at a really reasonable price and professionally. They replaced a shut off valve and pressure regulator that were in pretty bad shape, while they do the task.
I had my water line rupture at the meter box. It was due. I called MacInnis Plumbing and Mike answered the telephone. He had his crew rearrange their program so they could arrive the next morning.

MacInnis Plumbing from a buddy. His crew & mike pulled removed all the sink & old bathtub bathtub & shower fittings & installed new fittings if needed pipes out in kitchen & the 2 bathrooms. I also had a sewage drainage difficulty & again MacInnis plumbing replaced older pipes . Mike gives me peace of mind in any project his firm has done for me personally. Had difficulties with all our hot water heater. Aid and called in the morning was here in hours. The tough news of hearing that a brand new water heater would be needed was mitigated by a fair estimate and replacement. Was extremely impressed and highly recommend them without hesitation.

While we seen water we had a plumber that was trustworthy to locate and fix the issue. My brother which works with contractors and distinct realtors told me to call Mike MacInnis Plumbing. They discovered the reason for the flow and came out just a couple of hours after my call, but it was from the A/C unit. I also needed a valve that was new into the home, I discovered was not shutting off the water into the home . He put to a brand new ball valve that I wish was on that point in the first place. I can't say enough good things about his plumbing company and Mike MacInnis. There's a value in dealing with someone who cares about the goods used and quite clean services. His integrity and affectionate were just proven to us when we called his company in the bathroom on a Saturday morning due to a leak. I thought it was a fitting that was bad. He came outside and found that a crack in the toilet tank. It was a unit and we were all surprised. He pulled it out and moved and got a brand new one and installed it. The man who looked at our water heater said would have the exhaust tube close. Mike MacInnis said there were a few ways he could install the water heater we wanted with no building code problems. He did an superb job at a price that is reasonable and didn't leave or make a wreck. He also installed a new cartridge in our dripping Kohler shower faucet, a job which is not quite as easy as it looks from the Kohler video.

When the building inspector found the hot water heater he said"Everything looks fine." .
