I had a serious problem with an old cast iron drain pipe in a toilet wall. On The Way Plumbing was the very first to respond to my requests. They were the only plumber eager to provide me a rough price estimate right away, even email with a couple photos. Communication was excellent. The work was executed professionally and quickly. The quality of work was high. Excellent service all around. No complaints. Sergio was great to work with.

OTW plumbing is an firm. I had someone installed a garbage disposal but somehow the connector between the sink pipe and the disposal constantly slipped off thus water dripped out and it was a wreck. Then I chose to call OTW plumbing. Sergio was very polite and understood that which I explained on the telephone. He managed to take a look for me the same day between his support calls. He discovered the way lots of extra parts not needed and the pipes installed were incorrect and analyzed the sink pipes. He managed to repair it and my sink has much more space beneath now and the pipes are all connected securely. They are also a modern company by accepting credit card and send invoices. Oh and they wear special shoes protect so dust will not be brought by them to your house! If there's any plumbing issue I will definitely call this company again! OTW and Thank you Sergio team.

My husband and I had the chance of having to replace the sewer pipes in our home due to age and them falling. We had companies out for an estimate. The estimate of sergio had the quickest turnaround time and was the most reasonable. I am thankful that we decided to proceed with Sergio. He was kind and professional. He did a fantastic job and handled our home. He kept us updated the whole way through the approach. My dog was treated by him with kindness. I would 100% recommend Sergio to perform.

Before I chose The Way to re-pipe my home I spoke to several distinct plumbers, but I knew in the first few moments that Sergio was who I needed to do the job. I had a leak in my own wall and had to telephone them on an emergency basis. They were very nice and helpful responded earlier when they said they could, and completed fast. My plumbing was slow because I moved into my duplex. Sergio has come out. This time he found the pipes filled with a sludge with he told my landlord was grease and food or oil. Owing to that report I lease and pay rent on time for 3 decades. I was readily able to google decades of buildup cause that this slime. Nothing has been poured by me . Thanks On The way plumbing for causing me to lose my home and not understanding anything about fires. The tennant had exactly the same issue and also the blockages happened every few months. EDIT: that is not ture and The plumber is asserting I was already evicted. I was told that they wouldn't renew my lease predicated on Sergio and the ongoing frequent plumbing difficulties claming I was 100% to blame. I've been in my present appartment because January-9 weeks ) and haven't had plumbing difficulties. Previously to this, I lived at my other duplex for 12 years without any problems. I absolutely did not abuse or missuse the plumbing. Additionally, I needed On The Go to come out, double. Additionally, the toilet flushed extremly. A new one was set up, but they never took into consideration the problem worsened

After unsatisfactory experiences with a few other plumbers, we decided to give On The Way a go. Co-owner Sergio did our scheduling and service. He gave explanations about our plumbing concerns and options for fixing them. (Like most women, I have had many guys in the transactions talk down to me or behave patronizing; but Sergio's interactive style was simple, respectful, professional.) The project was completed at less than the quote given by phone, and the job area was left clean.

Loved Sergio from On The Way Plumbing. He was quick, but very thorough! We had a new farmhouse sink put in with a reverse osmosis system and it turned out great. He also arrived on time, was polite and professional. I would definitely recommend On The Way Plumbing!!
