Norm has been family plumber for years. We would not consider using anyone else. He responds to calls immediately and goes out of the way to show you what the problem is so you can try to keep it from happening again. I highly recommend Mr. B's Plumbing.

We have experienced Mr B (Norm) come out for repairs ranging from clogged drains into a water heater replacement. The job is always done at a price that was affordable and properly. Mr B gives advice on jobs. We are considering calling him and whole heartedly recommend him.

I've called to get snaked in pipes problems and units . He fixed me a leaking water line.

Allow me to begin with, Norm will be our family plumber! Very fair, describes and draws diagrams, hard prompt and working. We will urge him and use him again. Norm is the real deal.

Garbage disposal quit. Thought I needed a new one and had to get it fixed today because I'm going out of town or wait a few months. Called Mr. B. He was able to come out now, figured out the existing disposal was jammed however may be unjammed. Although many would have just replaced the old one and hit me up for $500+, Mr. B was fair and saved me a package. Also showed me the way to fix my soap dispenser and the way to unjam this item myself in the future. Very reasonable cost professional and helpful. What more can you ask?

Did a great job of removing deteriorated exterior pipe and faucet. Reconfigured the hook ups to produce things simple and hardy for me to hook up an irrigation system. Maynard was professional, prompt and personable. When I want plumbing support I will use this company again. Instead, once I called the gentleman that answered the phone was quite agreeable also.

Norm helped me out once I was feeling uneasy with all the service and charges I had been getting from a different plumbing firm. He came out the same day, and was comprehensive and very knowledgeable. Next time, I am calling him. Could have saved me countless dollars and tons of drama. Thanks so much Norm!

Norm comes out, gets his moderately sized crescent wrench ( mine was much larger ), cranks the valve and the task is finished. Now I am out a hundred bucks, but at least I didn't get that" I told you so" look, so it was worth it.
This is the handle feels good and what I do. All I must do is turn the water back on and my job is completed.
Norm managed to get out and look at my plumbing issues, knew his stuff, and was quite outspoken. I'll certainly use him again.
"No, I'm too busy, but thanks for calling" he says.
The Wife called me at work and told me the shower would not turn away. She said she was going to call the plumber. I said"No, Do not call the plumber, turn off the water to the home and I'll be right " So I hurry home so I be the protagonist, save us tens of thousands of dollars, and will fix the plumbing emergency. I found the problem and took the handle off the shower. I knew I could fix this easy by jamming a sheet of paper in the area at which the deal comes together to create a fit and put the handle and presto, job is completed.
I go outside to turn the water on and the valve won't budge. Sure I could go in the garage and find the massive crescent wrench that I inherited from a distant relative, but I could picture is me turning the valve, it busting, along with the wife looking at me with that"I told you so" look she always gives me once I do something that is less than magnificent. So I tell the wife that we'll need a plumber and go back in the home dejectedly. She gives me a number, then gets on the computer, does her research. I call the man, go through the whole story about how I was on the job and the wife called and... I receive a sheet of paper.... crescent wrench. . .dejected... which eventually gets me to this stage, can you help?
Because that man is active, I go back to your spouse and say , I want another plumber. She gives me another number and I predict it. Norm is on the opposite end of the line and I give him the narrative about how the handle broke and the valve will not turn, Norm says he will be straight out.

I recently moved to Oro Valley, purchased a home and my kitchen sink started leaking, yesterday. I'm so this might have been a disaster, having people over for supper tonight. I phoned Mr B's, talked to Norm and that he was able to return to my house within the hour. He seemed beneath my sink and informed me that I should find a new faucet in addition to rusty at the joints and altering the traces as my faucet was old. He left the decision up to me, no hard sell, and change everything and I chose to go ahead. I went and purchased the faucet along with a water filtration system last night and Norm showed up this morning (actually 15 mins early!) To install it. After he discovered I just purchased my home, he showed me where my main water shut off valve and gas shut off are in case of an emergency Along with installing my faucet and filtration system. Additionally when he left he told me if I wanted any sort of care and was not sure where to go I could give a call to him and that he can point me in the right direction. This ceremony and the charge was very realistic! Friendly, it is rare in the world of today to find someone as educated and caring when you call a repair business! Norm is my go to guy in Tucson!!

I recently contacted Mr. Rooter to deal with a problem with a recirculation pump for our hot water heater. Short story is that they told me that they had to replace a test valve and the pump was fine. The following day after charging $267 for its test valve they then told me that the pump was bad and it had replaced at a cost of $800+.
I phoned Mr. B's pipes and'm so very happy that I did. Norm was knowledgable, pleasant, professional, and on-time . He also replaced the pump, educated me on the machine and charged me 1/2 the price Mr. Rooter quoted! He's clearly a man that has ethics and has pride in his trade. Do yourself a favor and call the Plumbing of Mr. B! Like you may with some franchise builder or Mr. Rooter, you won't get ripped off!

Mr. B was courteous and prompt in coming out to clean my sewer line. His pricing was fair and he offered suggestions to prevent future issues. I'll definitely use him again.

I had a food disposal installation service from Mr B's. It is a task that is easy. However, the service guy forgot to take out the dishwasher knockout plug within the meals disposal. As it cannot drain out its water through the 23, and my renters experienced days of water within the dishwasher. Essentially and I have to uninstall the disposal re-do the whole installation. I picked their support because of its review on yelp and paid $145 with this support. But, I do not think this service is worth it.

I phoned this company to come and give me a bid on a job, and they basically blew me away. Hope that they have sufficient business, as they are not getting mine.

Amazing! I walked out to a massive water leak in my garage at 7am. Called Mr B about 7:30 and Norm was kind, and gave me a general idea about what he thought that the issue was based in my own description. He told me Ron was on his way out and Ron came by 8am. He was knowledgable through and friendly. He understood just what the issue was gave me a very solid recommendation on the best way best to repair it with the least disruption to my life (the other alternative involved jackhammering my garage floor to mend and quite old pipe). He and his team could reroute my principal lineup the very same day and did it. The whole day, they were professional, friendly, and worked hard. I will use them again. I couldn't be more pleased!

The proprietor Norm led over to my house away and responded immediately. I had to cancel because my bathroom cleared up while he was on his way over but he was sweet about it, was not upset in any way, would not allow me to pay him for his trouble, explained to me exactly what happened and told me to keep his number in case it happened again.

Norm is reasonably priced, and capable, enjoyable, timely. Can't ask for more than that, can you? We will definitely call him the next time and we highly recommend him.
