I Have used Rick in Oro Valley Plumbing for years! Telephone OVP yourselves; you will not be disappointed.
All that said, if you're searching for free information (a huge liability), or a"arm-chair" quote with no onsite review, then use Google or YouTube; do not waste a professional's time.
Surely do blast him on Yelp, with the intent to affect his livelihood since you aren't willing to pay a professional for his time. . .who's testimonials would YOU trust?
Beware of review flamers. . .check their history and their intent in testimonials, prior to giving them ANY credence or credibility.
He is honest, reasonable, and capable and experienced. I use him to my clients for my work in addition to referrals; everybody is happy with workmanship, professionalism, timely repair and answer, and with a wonderful demeanor.

Great company if you know exactly what the problem is. I had a leak and he was not able to tell me where it could not recommend someone for me to call to learn and came from. Ended up finding someone to come determine the source and doing my own research.

They did a great job and we had a shower fixture and certainly showed us what had to be done. The cost was reasonable. I would use Oro Valley Plumbing any time that I need plumbing work.

I had called on Rick in a crisis situation! As we completed our walk thru we found that the water valve just spun and spun and spun, no more turning off!

I called Rick based on other Yelp reviews and he was terrific! I snapped a couple of photos for him, sent them off and within moments he knew just how to repair the situation. He had been there bright and early the next morning, charged the vendor directly and fixed the issue!

I called Oro Valley Plumbing depending on the Yelp reviews, but I was disappointed with my telephone conversation and I'll be going elsewhere for my requirements. They wanted to charge a $149"trip charge" to come out and provide a quotation for installing a new drain in my garage. The agent kept saying he doesn't provide"free information" but that I wasn't searching for free information I was looking for the cost to bring a drain into the garage by simply tapping into the adjoining laundry room plumbing. The agent said he was too busy to manage quotes. Beware!!!

I felt like a individual, not a few on someones list of things to have done today. This is exactly what prior to the men came to the business, plumbers used to be like. He is knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and most importantly honest! Should you require a plumber, this is your guy! Support companies!
Copper pipes for water heaters started leaking. We and called Rick scheduled for the day he was available earlier and called to see if he could come over. He fixed.

I simply had Rick put in an outside valve. I observed much of his work and I am convinced that he does things the ideal way. He's a guy to manage, and I think him to be honest and sincere. From today on, he will be my"visit" pipes guy. Great job Rick!

Only had Rick from Oro Valley Plumbing out to fix a Toilet sink. I had been treated with extreme respect and, that I had the choice then to find another bid when I believed his quote was too high. That's what smart people do.
He came right on time and got the work done in a short time so we can go on with our day. We were provided a quote when he looked in the job that the week before and, personally I did not care when it took two minutes...I had been paying for the work NOT from the hour! The reviews on here are just BAD reviews! I have him coming back to put a bathtub that is new in for me!

Can't say enough great or recommend him highly enough. I'm easy enough to be harmful around the house, but I know my limits- plumbing! Rick give you choices on the best way best to fix and will take a look, he never goes into a quote. Our initial encounter with Rick was a polybutylene as we moved into a new property piping replacement. Done on time, on budget and just two years later, zero issues. He has been out a couple times since and is always quick to program with thorough and you. Plus, he is a heck of a nice fella! Rick must definitely be your man Should you want a plumber.

For the second time in roughly a month, our home has required the employment of a professional plumber. Rick re-built our Guest Bath bathtub and replaced all of our bath fixtures, and Dan and he were here to re-build our kitchen plumbing, today. Every time he's been friendly, efficient, professional and always willing to go the excess mile to find the work done correctly.

If you're searching for that service from a plumber that appear sooner rather than later, do great work, and will answer your call himself that is who you call. Rick is professional and knowledgeable and the sole plumber whose card goes on our fridge. You know, just in case LOL. The big box technicians as I call them together with the answering services and the schedules which are booked up for months? No more.

I recently had a bad Encounter with Rick out of Oro Valley Plumbing. I had a fracture in an underground water pipe at the lawn. Rick came over and I showed him exactly where the leak was. He had to go home and get a tarp. He dug code's 18 inches down and also dug out about a 3 foot area. The repair was straight ahead, but get supplies he must have had on his truck and he had to leave again. He charged me . The bill was $450.00 for approximately 2 hours of work. When I called to question that the bill, he became belligerent and asked me when I had been"broke", and did I determine how filthy he got? He had remarked about my home. Don't call this guy, if you're a woman. He will make the most of you.

I called Oro Valley Plumbing since our water heater was leaking. Rick said he liked to look after these issues quickly since it can turn into a mess. He came out when he said he would and had the water heater set in the older one hauled and under two hours away. I'll call Rick for any plumbing needs from now on. I really enjoy his efforts and he is currently trying to remain small and would recommend.
