Had our repair individual Jake to substitute a UV bulb in the purifier we have in our AC system. As always, professional look, explained what they would do, set up the bulb, educated me to program around to your AC as bearings would need grease, and I compensated.
Intelligent Design has been used by us because we purchased our house in 2015. Before going we had them install a brand new AC, replace the salt tank water heater and put in a Enviro system.
I can't help but wonder if they have the wrong company when reading some of those comments on Yelp. There can be a few bad apples that need eliminated. Additionally, there can be misunderstandings and a few customers who are out there. I've not had any problems.
If it comes to water softeners - this is Arizona! The hardness of the water is high. Using the filtration system it rips it down a bit. It removes and removes some of the hardness. You still get water stains, but they're more easy to clean off. The water is softer on the skin, however, will never be like it's in different nations. It's still better than the salt being on your skin. That water going through our Samsung fridge filter is about from the 200s. We utilize to get completely clean drinking water. That is Arizona. As we evaluated what system to set up, this was explained entirely to us. We read the literature on the internet and looked at ratings of systems prior to making our choice.
I have Known Andrew for a while today, along with the folks at ID are fantastic. I recommend him to friends and family. They are used by us and they're our anything goes wrong with our pipes. It is nice to have one company to call for any repairs
Just moved into my home and both bathrooms chose to stop working. Reached out on yelp and received correspondence quickly. Within minutes I had an appointment to get a representative to be here same day. He had been clean, professional, and fast. He was super courteous and I'd feel comfortable having this particular company come out again.
Five decades ago, we bought a top of the line Lennox AC system. The device never performed. I had countless techs come out to attempt to"tweak" it. I was told that wasn't unusual in the first year or so. Only some of those techs appeared to be knowledgeable and competent. Some told me they did not have the tools for your task and saved up to buy those. Are they showing up? Up market is another huge tactic and I started to see so many flags. We had a huge issue, that was because of wiring a few decades ago that not their fault, however it took the tech to fix it all and that he was on the phone with Lennox service the majority of the time. As you go, learn, I guess. After setting up with a unit for five decades, the thing finally quit over the weekend. I wasn't going to call Intelligent Design again, so I decided to call another Lennox dealer in Tucson. My device had a compressor and then it still didn't work. So, the tech discovered other problems together with incorrect wiring from the install and went over everything! I asked how the compressor had neglected and he said that an additive that was added in 2015 back to the system, I was told by the Intelligent Design Tech, could make my system run better, would have been to blame. The technology from the new firm said he was surprised that the system conducted at all! The technology that was here this week was able to get my system up and running in two days as it ought to have conducted five decades 35, and now it is finally operating. Individuals just beware of techs that don't really know what they're doing and their bad business practices and this organization. Oh, also, Intellingent Design asks you to provide a fantastic review to them. And if you do, they offer a small discount or even a gift card of some type. This is how they get their reviews that are great.
We had a crisis escape detection scenario at my residence. I called them and discovered layout. The water leakage is detected by them and fixed very fast. Definitely suggested for anyone and don't want to waste money and time waiting while there's a leak.
Intelligent Design has provided excellent service. Our HVAC unit collapsed in July 2017 after 3 others'd tried with no luck, plus they did a installation including the air handler. The service was flawless too. Tech Josh Snortland installed a unit surge protector for us also, doing a fantastic job while professional and friendly and failed our Spring checkup! They should be called by anyone !
So for the rude behaviour of and strategies employed by the technician, the owner reached out and that he was real and genuinely apologetic after my last review. He informed me that the technician wasn't behaving in line with company practices, and that I appreciated his sincerity. Not only did he repay me but he also sent a gift card for the trouble and a written apology. He more than made it and I will give them another shot.
The next morning the rep came out. He walked step by step, what he do and checked our ac units both. The power and fan source both had to be replaced on the unit. He also went and got the OEM parts and returned within a couple of hours to complete the job. The unit had a little life so instead of pressuring me to substitute it, whenever we chose to call, he offered to return and fix. He was very comprehensive, did a terrific job cleaning both components, and was organized and professional. I felt like I had been treated fairly and honestly.
I had a terrific experience for this company. Our air conditioning went out through one of the hottest months of summer time. The main fan just stopped spinning. My spouse and I watched the YouTube videos before realizing we went to need expert assistance we could detect.
I'm sorry to comment on this, but I'm bothered about being over charged by the yelpers on here who have complained. Anyone that expects to find a free identification, then purchase third party parts"at cost", and fix the AC themselves isn't living in reality. I'd challenge you to name 1 industry, trade, or service which functions that way. A mechanic does not bring his garage diagnose your car's problem, and direct you how you can restore your vehicle and where to purchase the parts. That is not reality. You pay a"seat" fee for the analysis and trip out to your residence, or you receive it as credit toward your purchase. These men are honest, know a fair, and also their stuff. This is a skill and they displayed a reaction time that is fantastic. Thank you!
Nope.3. Rob was right, the breaker had replaced to determine what was wrong... but he couldn't do it left my family waiting for him to go back for 4 times.
NOTHING.
2. $250 was only to change a breaker
They sent me a quotation over to change a 60amp breaker which revealed $450 in components waived and $250 in labor!??!!?!?
BUT THATS WHERE THE GOOD STUFF ENDS.
I am so glad I didn't wait for them to call on Friday I'd have had to take my family to a resort for the weekend.
NOPE.
Rob Soza came to my house while I sat with a family member at hospice who passed that day. He talked to my brother and also to me on the phone and stated that the breaker was outside and he had to replace it before he could figure out what was up (ok, that makes sense) and that he would cut me a deal and only charge me $450!?!?!!!!
But he intends a part in the AC? How rude is it if a customer asked and called for clarification? I thought since I had been in hospice no more he'd understand. He was upset that I believed it was bizarre to charge $450 to change a breaker and explained I could take action and handle the 220V electrical if it had been that easy and that he had been giving me a discount due to the amount of work that had done in my system, which was not what he had been told if he took the call (it was supposed to be simpler somehow).
Just an update... because the internet is amazing... in response to the bogus claims by the business.
MORAL OF THE STORY: DON'T TRUST A WORD THESE PEOPLE TELL YOU.
WTF? REALLY?
AND... Here is my proof... the estimate for the breaker.
I internet. Do not trust a word that these people today say.
Nonetheless, it's Friday morning, I am with no AC, and it's supposed to be 102 on Sunday... so I still ask him to put me on the program along with the owner/manager guy promises me that the scheduler will call me right back...
1. They return and didn't leave using a breaker
Ok. No.
These guys had been one of two which had free estimates... so that seemed like a good place to start... and they got to me within like 3hrs, all good things.
When my AC went outside I contacted several different companies looking.
I was rather impressed. I asked a quote and received a reply. They arrived on time and were in providing me the quote fast. The work was scheduled by me and they did a excellent job. I'd attempted to do some work myself beforehand and they graciously fixed me my mistakes. They taught me on how to do it correctly while fixing my mistakes. I recommend Intelligent Design.
Update: we predicted ID and we were having some A/C troubles. They arrived and diagnosed the issue instantly and boy was our unit disgusting! He cleaned it out and recommended additional care tips to keep our 17 year old unit moving.
What a fantastic company to use I would suggest them for all your needs. The AC Tech Rob is no pressure sales and was excellent with his professionalism as courtesy will be on time. I feel like that I got opinions and/or service recommendations.
Chris Devore is wonderful! Came out recognized and fixed everything fantastically! Cannot give enough praise.
Quite disappointed in this organization. I delivered an agency request via their site and they failed to or were unwilling to react. I heard about them K-Love so that they were the firm I achieved to. Such a shame.
Charged me to come out to my house to attempt to rip me off. They told me a should replace my AC unit for $9,000+. After they left, I had somebody else put freon that is new in and make a fix. For a couple of hundred dollars my AC has been working great. They may be a significant company and available instead of being honest with you, but they are.
TOTAL RIP -OFF ARTIST ! My mother lives in Tucson, I reside in Atlanta. I get a call from the company telling me that they can repair her ac to get 756.00. This was 5:05 while I'm driving home (no time to research) I approved the repairs. In 5:41 they call to find payment. No kidding. It turns out that they set up a 42.00 part and some oil the rest was labour. = 1,400.00 per hour.
Well, I left a message stating I needed a plumber. I spoke with a genuine person. . .left my name, telephone numbers, address. . I phoned back another person answered who was helpful sunday. . .no they do not come out on weekends unless it's a real emergency. By this time I was miserable, I'm finding someone. Why else would I call if I did not require someone!
Extreme high pressure salesmen and incredibly substantial prices. They wanted more than 1,000 to clean 10 vents. They will sell expensive and worthless technology. If you're old and seem to possess money... look out! They want to make the most of you. Beware. Be oblivious.
I recently wrote a review of an adventure I had with Intelligent Design, and they were quick to follow upmy own where they had missed the mark, and helped me spot a flow in my coil the AC company provided from my home guarantee had missed, saving me a lot! Though my first experience with Intelligent Design wasn't the best, they turned about my expertise by being genuine, honest and thorough, and listened to my concerns.
It has been a while since the last time why? Simple I had a contract with them for care, have system. The last time I paid for your care program, I didn't see or hear to perform follow up work, or even renew contract. And it is not my responsibility which previously I needed to do.
So now it is time to replace my central air, and this firm is most certainly not on my list for quotations.
