When we were having difficulty using our HVAC, my father-in-law recommenced Carlson to me. Their front office staff is quite friendly and they were able to come by and give a second opinion on our problem to me. The tech was knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up purchasing their annual maintenance package. Therefore I believed it had been to get it checked 23, the hot summers in Tucson could be brutal on our ACs. Over the years I have attempted several HVAC repair businesses and I'll continue to use Carlson

Where I had been the architect/builder, I've used Carlson Mechanical for 30 years for all my residential jobs, also on my personal residence. I've found them to be fair, reliable, reasonably priced, and they stand behind their own work. Their response implemented, and professionally is immediate.
Finally, after devoting calls, the client gave up the struggle and paid the sum for work they hadn't requested.
They billed for work after client attempted to dispute the fee and that wasn't requested, a lawsuit filed in small claims court against them.
Be aware and be certain that you get things in writing before this corporation does ANY work, and get the fee.
This provider is not a company I would ever recommend. He offered to me $110 for a pipes review and said he'd give the customer a"bargain" since their mother had been a previous customer. His"bargain" was to charge them 295. He included $85 to write the report that was well with house. He had already provided a report but billed them to possess it in writing. I've been a realtor for 16 years. I've not had a company fee $85 to write a report.
