Gus does work, but you might see that his honesty, good spirit, and maintenance for his work and men and women go down to his core. He speaks highly of his late boss Jim and Dorothy, and I know he's doing his best to carry on a strong heritage of great service, and succeeding. Highly suggested.
I am happy we predicted Laughlin Plumbing. We needed some work done on the pipes in our new residence, including redirecting the whole gas line from beneath the house. So we gave them a call, our local friends spoke highly of the Jim Laughlin and his firm.
Dorothy was helpful and friendly on the phone. Gus did a great job fixing the line. In addition, he gave a consultation on the pipes, and suggested what we can do to repair it. I particularly liked that he gave us a choice between the"deluxe make it the best option" and the"what you can afford and will probably work as well" choices. He had been clear in his explanations and patient with our questions.

I am really happy with the support. The technicians were prompt, friendly, and communicative. I love the efficiency offered by this plumbing service and will recommend them. The technician was quick in providing and diagnosing the problem. Thank you!

When we had a plumbing emergency western Rooter came out on a Sunday afternoon. They were very responsive and kept me apprised of the plumber's arrival time. The plumber took care of the problem professionally and immediately and diagnosed. I would use them again and would at the very least ask them to provide a quote to get any plumbing work.

Called this place because the toilet at my job started to over flow... but it had been coming from the base of the toilet! Like where the floor and toilet meet... and it was coming up through the ground in our show room! Oh no no we can't have that... I called them after phoning a lot of other plumbers who weren't available until the following day! This is an EMERGENCY! They woman I talked with advised me between 330-530 pm... ok cool a few hours that I can deal with and then we can get it fixed. The guy was able to fix our problem there and right then and showed up on time! And it didn't take him very long either. He had all of the components he needed with him. Very professional firm would deff recommend

We noticed water leaking from our downstairs ceiling, also called that company and a tech came out, he couldn't find a leak and believed that water had leaked across the bathtub rather than an authentic broken pipe also suggested that we would watchfully wait and see what happens before the following day. We also showed a faucet that was not working and that he said didn't have the components when we called back, but would take care of it. The following day we called and stated that we haven't noticed any more escape but would love to observe an additional day, since we had turned off the the main water, to see whether the leak would recur once we began to utilize the water again. The lady, who is apparently the owner of the company, stated that the tech had to come and fix the today. We tried to explain that we would call her tomorrow and regardless would like the tech to fix the faucet, but when there's a legitimate escape, it would be better when he comes once to treat both the problems, especially since the faucet was not an emergency. She, nevertheless, proceeded to day when we wanted to wait for!
The 1 star is for the technology that seemed like a genuinely nice man and came out, this company otherwise deserves no stars!

Only good old fashion customer service.

I'd broken sprinklers that had to be substituted. Gus took care of the replacements that were needed in a timely fashion and I am quite pleased with his work! He educated me onto the plumbing of it, and clarified the issue troubles since I'm a home owner. Laughlin is highly recommended by me. They serviced the previous proprietor, who recommended me. I am glad that I finally have a"go-to" pipes! Gus is honest and trustworthy, so it's easy to recommend him.

Dorothy and Gus are the Very Best in the business. Also they are fine and really good, although they aren't only knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. They're a great example of a neighborhood small business that is strong. I have worked with a number of technicians, but Laughlin is good in all the old school foundation....they pickup the telephone, show up on time, they never make anything feel hurried, and are extremely fair! Don't forget if you need any plumbing work 15, to check in with them.

We had water pressure regulator changed. Gus came in immediately and performed the work as promised. We are very satisfied with the quality of components and work .

Gustavo fixed three escapes . Fast, friendly, on-time, and knowledgeable. Really hard working, caring, and great at describing the issues. And, most importantly, honest.

Laughlin Plumbing is timely capable, honest, and quite reasonably priced. Over the last several decades, We've had them fix drains, a hot tub, a leak between floors (for they showed up in minutes), and most recently a kitchen sink. Thanks Gus. It's really wonderful to know.

Jim and crew have come in such as the Calvary and saved the day for our family on many occasions over the last six years (main line replacement, water heater swap outside and leaky pipe in the wall repair). It is nice to have a visit for our plumbing requirements. Timely, professional and reasonably priced. Thanks Laughlin.

Let's see how they stack up to the south pasadena plumber who fixes for a few months and the problem occurs. I enjoyed the cost and fair saving service if Gus.

I recommend Laughlin Plumbing. On a Friday night, I detected the smell of gas, and the gas Company came. After 45 minutes of inspecting near my plate, that a gas flow was found by the Gas Co rep under my home beside the meter, and the gas has been shut off to my home. I managed to reach Eddie at Laughlin and scheduled a trip for first thing Monday morning. For what needed to be done, I discovered the team and Eddie -- Erik and Gus -- knowledgeable and quite professional. In replacing the gasoline pipes under my 16, they did an superb job. When I am not in your home A fantastic friend who's a retired plumber included in case of an earthquake. I value that I have that added feature to my setup today.

I have been using Laughlin Plumbling for many years and they are terrific. Recently Gus helped me out if my principal pipe was clogged with tree roots. He had been incremental in his approach to be certain a complete rehaul was required before recommending it but he didn't charge me for each trip which was fine. Gus and his team were educated, effective, and reasonably priced. I call Laughlin first and constantly wouldn't use any plumber.

Gus at Laughlin Plumbing is Your best! I had a few other businesses come out and offer me guidance and a cost before phoning Laughlin. Gus mentioned things that the preceding plumbers did not even notice and he quoted me a price I was pleased with. A cent did not change after the job was completed by him. Gus is great, honest and upfront to use!

I called this plumber due to their testimonials on yelp. I had a small window available time to acquire a toilet faucet installed befween 5 and 3 pm on a Friday. At 4:30 I became concerned and would phone me and called their office and was advised that the plumber was on another job. He did, and explained he would not be able to make it could come around noon on the next day. Co. to get this project done for our kid. Around two, the appologetic plumber showed up and took approximately an hour to complete the installation. He proceeded to give his speed for the occupation, around $100 to us, and threw in a couple of plastic water links. Before he left, we were happy but failed to test the faucet. My daughter and her husband who work long hours, lived with minimal water pressure for a few weeks before they were able to predict this co. back and arrange for a call back. A few repairs were made to the price of a service call and components, the next time around, $150, but were advised that the faucet was clogged and needed to be replaced. The faucet and $250 was dysfunctional. The workplace person said they were not responsible for taps that became clogged with pipe dibris. She was somewhat demeaning for my daughter on the telephone. We were out $250 and had to buy a second unit at $90 which I was able to put in myself to save the cost of a service call. I give one star to them because the first technology was nice but if have noticed the water pressure issue. Seems to me because the issue wasn't resolved, that the service call should not have been billed!

This is a trustworthy company, reasonable and honest. Their work for me personally within the past couple of years has been outstanding. Jim, the owner, is a skillful plumber and a fair man. I recommend Laughlin Plumbing highly and without reservation.
