Regrettably, I got a few quotations and someone beat on them by a tiny bit but managed to work one day ahead of them. We would have chosen Kassman. They were professional and very honest and said that was a bargain that is better, so that honesty is respected by me.
Joe and Harry came out and spent two hours trying to jet my drains but kept getting stuck. I respect the attempt have to do it but they wanted to clean it out. Turns out we would have to spot fix and eventually change our drain from going in to a new urethane pipe which would prevent roots and have an offset within our drain due to root problems. They gave us a estimate and was prepared to set the jet fee and credit the task of the drain replacement.
In the day's end, these guys were easy to work with and pretty much straight shooters. I'd call them , even though we didnt use them for our job.
They came out within one hour and a half, which is good based on expertise. We knew from previous years therefore that I told them to bring the jetter that we had root issues within our clay drain. Their price was very reasonable and we did not even get charged a crisis fee what a lot of plumbers attempt to push to get their services done today.

On time, experienced, and professional. The job was done in no time. Reasonable price compared to other people I'd called. The job was done in 1 day. An AMAZING firm to work with!

Kassam Plumbing came within 60 minutes to my house to repair our water heater. He recognized came and repaired our older version Whirlpool on the spot. Highly, HIGHLY recommended. Ihad a Seller who needed a few plumbing work and'm a Realtor. I called a few companies who refused to give estimates over the phone for a few basic work to me. We all wanted me to book an appointment. Then have the guys come out and tell me exactly what it would cost. I kept telling them that I did not have enough time to schedule people to return to the home so that they could give me a quotation. I reached Kassman who promptly gave a quotation to me. On top of everything that he was cheaper then the competition. I made an appointment and they showed up in time. They were quite pleasant to work with, and did not make a huge mess. Kitchen obstructed drain nightmare that quickly became a dream when I called Kassman Plumbing. On time arrival when I predicted in sheer panic we predicted were not available until Monday!! Seriously, I need to use my kitchen sink! Harry assessed the issue, came and immediately got to work. The clog cleaned out and told me what the issue was with our pipe draining very slowly, which the could return. Harry recommended a remedy and straight back out he went to repair it. Honest, dependable, friendly and prompt support. Kassman Plumbing is currently on our list of go-to if we need their services .

Joe and his staff showed up and worked very hard to diagnose and resolve our problems that no one else could fix. We are extremely delighted with the service and price & would definitely keep his number on our refrigerator for future usage.
For months on now we have been needing drain line issues that caused a couple of backups and quite slow draining issues (Trust me its not fun). Over the past 4 months we have hired multiple plumbers to fix the problem, however we all did was waste our money and continued becoming frustrated. We were given the telephone number to Kassman Plumbing with a co-worker. We got Joe on the line and also called, after talking with him for 5 minutes we had a feeling of peace of mind that we would be cared for and were assured.

A contractor is currently performing some minor renovations and found a water heater behind the drywall that had to be transferred. I frantically looked for a plumber to not hold up the job. Joseph reacted, and sent out someone within 2 hours. It was a bigger task and they couldn't do it but they came back. The cost felt fair although I would not know. He understood it had been an urgent task and could have asked for whatever and that I probably would haven't much of a choice anyway. For the degree of the work, the price felt okay.

Called Joe on Sunday make my bathtub faucet couldn't get the water and broke. He FaceTime me for the water turned off. He came and fixed it. Works better than before. I read a negative comment about him did not experience the same. Outstanding service.

Andy was considerate and courteous and came out to my house the following day. When he came in, he was really clean and put up his gear. He did the job immediately and effectiently. Additionally, he fixed the hot water pressure as it was not working. In addition, he noticed I had any corrosion on the surface of my sink. He moved and cleaned everything and it looks brand new. When he was finished, he checked everything until he left and cleaned up the place he worked at (which was a great change from preceding plumbers I have contracted who left a mess and were almost not as great ).

My toilets and showers were clogged with water backing up due to build up of roots and wipes. I called and tried to create the task bigger than it was. Kassman Plumbing came out quick and gave me an honest identification caring for my problem. They removed the build up within my sewer line and added a brand new clean out. The technician was very professional and his job was very clean. I couldn't ask for much more. Highly recommend!
