Work has been a replacement water heater + code updates and alterations via our home warranty coverage. I worked leading up to the appointment and another fellow & Juan came out for the final job.

We have the home warranty company so I put in a claim for pipes solutions. The business said they can send somebody out and called. Ceasar removed his shoes and showed up and got to work. Wow, this man changed 3 shut off valves inside an hour out. Great customer support and we're going to use them. Thanks again for a great job!!

Dependable and honest. They replaced our water heater and hot water recirculating pump. I recommended them to our neighbor who had a water heater replaced. Another friend enjoys their work used them. He explained that after the work was completed, they told my buddy that it would be $100 less than what was quoted. Very honest people. I'd definitely recommend them and they are my go to plumbing company.

I went back into the Noritz site and discovered Magna Plumbing, who is a Noritz installer. Mark, the owner, responded to my call, and the next morning introduced a few different alternatives to me . All his choices were below $2000.
My water heater died and I started getting quotes for a new one. First plumber I called wanted $3300.00 to get a new Noritz unit. I thought that was really high, so I phoned another plumber that I discovered on the Noritz site. This guy quoted me $4700.00!!!
I will continue to utilize Magna Plumbing since they have the job done for a reasonable price, fast, and professionally.

Tito arrived in the time. Fixed our AC. I've got 30 days from the time that he fixed any problems to be reported by it and they'll come out to mend at no cost. So far so good.
I had been referred by my house warranty business to look after our AC issue. Tito called me the day I placed the service request and we attempted to program something for your week. I had thought they forgot about me because no answer was received by my text Friday. Saturday night I got a text confirming the appointment for Sunday.

This is the best plumber ! They are helpful and so responsive. Each time I phone Mark he sends someone out to assist me right away and they are so very kind and professional. Each of the technicians have gone to assist me. Hands down best plumbing firm !!!

I have been using Magna Plumbing (Mark & Mac) for over 10 decades and have been nothing but fully satisfied with their work and pricing! I bought my own Norwitz and also the price was fantastic. I also used them recently on two big jobs, involving removing old valves from behind Corian walls and perspiration in valve bodies, both jobs done skillfully and professionally. I highly recommend them...!

Whenever it began, because my Noritz Tankless water heater was making a massive noise they came out. Mark came out to my home and corrected the flow of air and gas to difficulty and the machine vanished. Definitely will be using this company in the long run. Thank you!!

DO NOT HIRE THESE PLUMBERS!!! Magna plumbing came out to my house to fix a leak that was simple and as a result of incompetence of the plumber ended causing issues that lead to tens of thousands of bucks in damage that was secondary.

On how things were being billed had some misunderstandings with the on site technician. The proprietor Mark contacted me later what occurred on the work website and to explain in detail of the procedure. It's always fantastic to find the owner of the company reach out.

For solving a difficult plumbing issue in our new residence 5 stars to Cesar and Mark. Until our shower valve functioned properly, they simply didn't quit. Thank you for sending us Cesar --he's an amazing plumber!

Magna has been assigned to work with me. Mark called and scheduled an interview and the tech came to look at my water heater. Juan is rude and extremely unprofessional, he was yelling at me in my own house because he does not understand why my water heater has been making noise.
Mark appeared cool on your phone but he must really start looking into training his technicians on the best way to talk with clients. I recommend them according to my experience with this tech or wouldn't hire Magna.

Juan, Juan, Juan.... All I could do is laugh. You have had many negative reviews about unprofessional therapy and your attitude to the clients. I had the privilege of fulfilling Juan when he had been sent to my house for a service call. It's seems Juan has not changed one little bit. This business was informed of Juan's behaviour. But it seems I am not the only person who complained. If Juan can get the help he 11, let's see.

Cesar was wonderful. Completed the job in time and was helpful in explaining the technical aspects of the plumbing and gas lines in my home. Magna Plumbing is going to be stored in my listing of contact for remodel projects and reference.

I emailed Magna through their site fairly late at night and got a call first thing in the morning (from Mark, I presume ). I suspected that an issue with my hot water heater, for which Magna is a servicer. Mark correctly and immediately diagnosed my issue . I asked if I need to have him come out for routine maintenance on the heater and he promised me that wasn't crucial. Could knew his stuff, and have offered me on services that were unnecessary, but didn't. If I ever do have an issue with my furnace I'll definitely be calling Magna.

I've had the pleasant plumber. We've had broken bathrooms, clogged drains, a garbage disposal along with a water heater which needed a new heating apparatus. Every single time, Juan came in with a smile, went directly to work and was completed.

Titi or Juan ( not sure which is the appropriate name. Perhaps it's the identical individual ) came with the right attitude and made matters alright. After my experience with the plumbing firm that my house warranty company had delivered, I was worried and hoped the firm they offered to send would be better.
I was extremely happy with Tito. He had excellent communication skills, was quite friendly, had understanding of my type of heating , it was obvious he knew what he do. He was also able to provide counsel regarding my heating apparatus that is particular to me.
He took care of the problem and explained everything he did.

Beware of rip-off. It is labor that is expensive. I had the issue with my Noritz tank water heater. The unit's sections were still covered under the warranty. This company was delivered to us by Noritz company. I predict Magna Plumbing and tech showed up to diagnostic the issue. After 15 minutes he'd predicted Noritz and arranged the parts. In addition, he explained to me complicate the task to get done and charged $550 for labour. In fact, the entire working time was less than 30 minutes unscrew to remove keeping clips and remove the previous parts then put in the new pieces. The total time at work is just less than 2 hours with simple assembly work if incorporating an additional hour for picking the parts up. Another plumbing service was called by me and described the services and his estimating labour price is only about 1/2 for the same sort of work.
