Tavor Plumbing

First response time could be slow as he's working by himself but after he lays up the appointment he is prompt and trustworthy, as some reviewers might have mentioned.
I came through my guarantee company across Rick and he has helped me with plumbing issues twice today. He helped replace a garbage disposal and diagnosed and fixed the plumbing under the kitchen sink. He helped me save money by allowing me to know what was contained in my guarantee.

Update: Why is not that ironic that 5 minutes after this article is published, I get a comments here? But no call back. Probably not that busy after all. . .if you have time to track and react to comments here real time.
I get that they could have been busy when I called, but please don't tell me you didn't have enough time to call back the next day or that my voice email didn't go through. It is possible to save this BS to get someone else. You were the very first company I reached out to if I had a demand; now I'll make a note of not calling your company and you neglected your chance.
Left a detailed voice mail asking for a call back (our situation was pretty urgent and I had been counting on someone return to me ASAP). Three days have passed and no one returned my phone. So far as I am concerned, this is unacceptable. Called three other areas and, alternatively into Tavor Plumbing, each one of them returned my calls and provided quotes.

Zorislavkchik, if you believe publishing an honest comments for others to see is equivalent to"nothing to do" then you're in a wrong company. Throughout your answers here, people can see your self and how badly you're handling customer service. Rather than apologizing with any type of justification for not returning calls, you have audacity to reply offensively to me? Learn how to handle problems with respect and dignity. Learn though with your mindset that Customers are always correct probably you're not able to do that. Thank you for reconfirming that a 1 star rating is all you deserve.

Left send request on Yelp and voice mail; 48 hours nobody e-mailed predicted or texted. I am not sure this business survives. Stay away!
Well, at least send e-mail and you may wish a courtesy, vm or just since you're one of the two plumbers in Shelters Creek, call back. Hence the negative inspection and you can leave yourself with your irony since you did not.

Excellent support. Dependable and honest. Would highly recommend. We had yet another plumber put who directed us. Tavor plumbing has been recommended for us. He knew exactly what the problem with our sink was fixed it quickly came out on time and quickly.

Warning! Rick is quite unprofessional. He provided a quote to fix my sink and then disappeared. I tried reaching him for two months and that he has not returned a call to get the job done. I wonder how he treats his customers. Rick is unreliable. I wouldn't recommend him for the pluming job.

Rick is a great guy! He recognized and repaired, and arrived early my shower. Would I'd employ him again , although I felt quite confident and would defintely, not only recommend him!

We were lucky to be known to Rick by our house insurance. He came to our home a couple of times to repair the water heater, and that he was always on time, very diligent, efficient, honest, and considerate. I highly recommend him to anyone who is having water heater problems or any plumbing.

Rick came by and we were having a problem with our garbage disposal and diagnosed and solved the problem. He showed me the way to fix it if there is a problem in the future.

Tavor Plumbing saved the day! We had a sink which was draining for some time and then one day it was just stuck and. Rick even arrived, called to say he was on his way and scheduled the task with me. He had been personable friendly and very methodical and neat. Located the cause of the issue immediately, fixed it in moments and was very careful. I want I;d understood about him before. I am a believer. Highly recommend him because of timely, effective work, reasonable pricing, and his professionalism.

Rick is wonderful. He was able to repair my Moen shower enclosure. Other firms would take days merely to appear. I suggest Rick to friends and my family.

The issue was solved after a couple tries. I have used so far and the shower once since so good. I hope it remains this way:)
Tavor plumbing showed up on time and has been very professional. Our upstairs shower wouldn't drain correctly anymore and following an assessment it was decided it could be hair.
He used a snake that I must mention he had cleanly wrapped and had to carry up two flights of stairs.

Rick was fast and friendly, and also did a great job. Additionally, I was taught by him about what he do, which was helpful to get a DIY person

Called THREE times. Left messages that are detailed. The very first time I predicted, left me a message and it took him to phone back. I called again to attempt to schedule pipes repair. I am done.
Ended up calling two other technicians; that I managed to schedule appointment day and both returned my call.

Rick is useful and very nice. He shifted our garbage disposal that we are having problems for a very long moment. He was also fixed the issue in a reasonable time and on time. We highly recommend Ric for any of your plumbing issues.
Update: Called Rick again. Bathroom sink is clogged. Not just he fixed it he even gave us free support. Very nice guy over all. It is always good to have a fair person when you are stressing out about a repair. Thank you Rick.

Rick came to help us with our showers. He was on time, had shoes covering and called us when he was late because of traffic. Couldn't ask for more. Def. Recommend.

So impressed by Tavor Plumbing! Zorislav substituted our garbage disposal within minutes and arrived, he had been professional, quick, sort and efficient. I would highly recommend their services!

I had been having issues with my shower and the insurance company send Tavor Plumbing to fix it.
From the start they were very professional; the appointment has been made and the tech came to see the matter. He knew exactly what the problem was and informed me that they had to order the part.
It is working now. I'm very happy with their job.
They phoned me to make another appointment once the part arrived and the piece has been changed in a couple of minutes.

My water heater burst. AHS sent both and two distinct plumbers told me that since they don't know how to fix it, old water heater has to be replaced. I asked this project to be assigned by AHS to Tavor plumbing. Zorik (Rick) came right away, identified the problem & ordered part. It took him less than an hour to replace faulty part, when a part arrived. My water heater is working .
I utilized Tavor plumbing services several times through AHS warranty.

Got connected thru my home insurance business to take a peek at a toilet. He was honest about the situation and recommended that I never take the replacement given by the insurance company and rather set the cash payout towards a toilet. I appreciated his guidance and ended up doing this. My toilet is great.
My experience with home insurance statements are hit or miss, but that was clearly one interaction which wasn't a pita.

This review is long overdue. We've had Rick fix items at our house. Both times he was quick, efficient, and also fixed a few things I hadn't even realized were broken without my asking him to. I know being fun to speak to and also a nice guy aren't necessarily priorities when seeking to get plumbing issues fixed, but he's both of these as well, which I think is a huge bonus. We've had a few other plumbers fix things in our home in the past to being dishonest and incompetent, and most have experienced issues that ranged from being late. I have been impressed by my two experiences with Tavor plumbing that it is the only company I will call when we have plumbing issues later on.
