WOW! Cabrillo blew me off. To start with, a person answered the phone at. A person from scheduling called instantly letting me know they would have a technician to look at my furnace that was broken.
My guess is when we do, and that we will have to replace the entire system sooner or later -- I know who to call. Meanwhile, the home is once more cozy. Thank you!!!!!!
I Suggest especially and Cabrillo Service Technician Frank Cichetti without booking. I was not requested to write this review, I have done so.
His strategy to helping me understand the current technology and opportunities was superb. The parts for an off-brand furnace that's who knows were identified, arranged and arrived a day early. Frank and were back together with the parts and Cabrillo got back to me immediately and had them installed in almost no time. In about 36 hours we were back up and running in what felt like a reasonable price point given the motor had been 30, with a fully functional heater. Thank goodness they found that an option that didn't take a new furnace.

Cabrillo is NEVER being used by me again and am going to encourage everybody I know NOT to use them.
A guy came out to take a peek Nowadays. He found the piece of metal that was jamming it and discovered that the blades indoors were loose and couldn't be fixed. The device would work but make a loud sound from today on. That cost $189.
Cabrillo has crossed the line although I am ready to pay more for service quality work, and extended warranties. I do not trust them anymore because they take advantage of their customers.
I inquired about replacing the garbage disposal unit and was quoted $780 (for parts and installation). The most expensive device I found on Amazon charging $500 for labor on something that would take the expert technicians they've less than an hour is absurd.
I invested $5000 on a water heater and put in. It felt in the time like a lot but that I didn't know how much a good water heater cost and that I knew the work would be perfect. I discovered that there is no way that components and support must have cost over $3000.
If I had been them, I'd be ashamed of my business practices that are despicable.
I've been a loyal client of Cabrillo for several years. I rent and desire anything guaranteed and work is completed to be perfect by a warrantee although I know they're more expansive than other companies.

These guys are pros. They are honest and understand what they are currently doing. Booties are worn by them into the home rather than try to up-sell us. Frank Cichetti was just into repair our heater and did a fantastic job of diagnosing and repairing what was wrong. Five thumbs up.

Fantastic service! Responsive on time clear. Resolved a problem that is significant two other plumbers could not identify. It's quite unnerving to have an leach in your kitchen. They didn't overcharge though they could have and fixed it.

We predicted Cabrillo to help three drains are unclogged by us. Simple solution of will take about 30 minutes to do the job and snaking. I could not believe it. What a rip off!!! I purchased a CLR Instant Plumber for $19 and unclogged my drains. I will never call or utilize them ! I would have appreciated a honesty and could have paid $150 for them to do the job for me, understanding it is a convenience to have someone else do a simple undertaking. BUT $800!!! Give me a break!

I had a sink clog. I called Cabrillo at Burlingame and the service was amazing from first call to Patrick Longo arriving and fixing items. They did great job up front on costs, were prompt and were very quickly. I felt that they really wished to do a job and that price was fair. Highly recommend and would use again.

Frank sal and Erik are an awesome team. But then has been an expert. I had them out 4 times and they still continue to astound me. I've tried every plumber at Menlo Park and Palo Alto in that 20 years. It is such a relief to not worry about which plumber to phone any more. Thanks Frank for coming out on Labor Day. You're the best!

Cabrillo hasn't let me down. Able, courteous, and always resolve the issue. Patrick was great using all the issue AND. These are workers who I do not mind having in my house. The best.

Deduct the estimating fee out of some work I hired them for, although I hired Cabrillo Plumbing to provide me an estimate, with the knowledge that they would charge for the estimate. The plumber quoted me about $1000 for a single solution and if this didn't work, they would cost $1500 for the work that would certainly fix the issue. I must have repeated the amounts to him five days to keep it right in my mind and make sure I was clear so I could discuss the choices with my partner. When they completed the initial stage of the work which did not solve the issue, they sent a quote to me for more than 13,000, waaaay more than the $ 1,500, and way more than the estimate I'd received for approximately $3000. I opted to go with another plumber. Cabrillo also did not credit my account so I am now having to deal with recouping that cost.

Cabrillo is amazing although why there are only two reviews for this place, I really don't know. They answer the telephone, when I call, they know me, the job is always done right the first time and work they did installing 2 tankless water heaters plus the test of time has stood. Everything works great and they come out to descale our tanks. Their workers are professionals and are extremely experienced. I've tried three additional plumbing companies in a bid to save cash and also have been left frustrated, wasting time and money. One of these even outright admitted he"ought to have tried that first" once I invested $1000 trying to repair a plumbing issue. I like I can count to do the job right and actually when they say they will SHOW UP.
I had my water heater descaled now and they came within 2 hours. It was an emergency call but it was impacting my dishwasher's functionality so for me personally, it was urgent. It's worth the money you spend because they are more expensive but they're professional and also insured.

I called Cabrillo on a Friday at noon and had a last minute issue with my plumbing. They were booked, but suggested placing me on standby in case someone .
Two hours later, they called to state a tech was available and could meet with me in my house within 45 minutes. He did some tests that are diagnostic and had the difficulty! Entirely had everything such as installing a part he had carried in less than an hour, on his automobile! I was thrilled!! Helpful and polite customer service over the telephone. Experienced, professional, friendly and reliable techician onsite!!!

I compensated Cabrillo Plumbing $961.47 to instal a 8 inch prevalent bathroom faucet. This job was completed in just over two hours so I paid the plumber a labor rate of about $480 per hour. Here's the background information. The first plumber that I contracted was pressured to really the job for health reasons. The bad man suffered from pain. This left a nonfunctioning toilet pouch to me as he had removed the system. Unless you are prepared to pay extra for emergency service it requires two or three days.
Two hours after I counted ten 100 dollar bills out and handing them to him. He advised me that he could not make the 38 bucks and 53 cents change. He wasn't carrying that much cash. However he could have Cabrillo Plumbing email me the difference. I advised him to forget it. I'm sure the plumber concluded that I could afford to be taken for a ride and took one look in Palo Alto that is old. On this he was correct. In all likelihood I will never miss the money and now, at 3 am the next morning, I have a toilet that is serviceable. So what is my complaint? I am left that I was taken advantage of. No one likes that.
I called Cabrillo for help. The man Cabrillo sent was a man, or so it seemed. He realized I was left with a toilet that was only partially functional and quoted me the price to fix it$961.47. I was supplying the hardware, and so I asked him"What is your hourly rate?" He quickly replied,"There is no hourly fee. This is what we charge to finish the job." It was friday and I was tired of brushing my teeth leaning over the tub. I just wanted so, just like a chump, I agreed to pay the price and be done with that, the job finished.

We known as Cabrillo who had done some work for us and had a plumbing problem. The estimate for one broken kitchen pipe has been $3100 with the disclaimer that is obvious once they began working, that more problems may be found by them. They said we had a few inches of standing water under the home so they said I needed to get a"restoration" of the dirt-- pumping the water out and sanitizing the dirt-- with a restoration company until they could start their work. This was likely another several hundred to a thousand dollars. I had painters inside the home who heard the whole exchange with Cabrillo. I've understood the painters for many years and trust them. They called a plumber that does work together and said that number was crazy. The next day he came out. We had a foot of standing water below a bathroom with a seal on the toilet, pipes that are corded, four leaky, along with a sump pump covered in sand. When the man from Cabrillo came from the crawl space if this plumber came out, although he was barely dirty he was covered in sand. So with materials, we paid only $675!!, $70 an hour billed And of course they would have discovered all the other problems charging us tens of thousands more, I'm sure. I just wanted everybody to be conscious of Cabrillo and also to acquire estimates.

Weappreciate them and've used Cabrillo for years! We had a broken toilet and Cabrillo not only sent a plumber out another day but he managed to replace it in the exact same time (the toilet was 20 yrs old but leaking!) . The plumber ALSO arrived on time!!! . The people they ship out are ALWAYS polite, cautious in their job, and are very clear in what to expect in time, expenses, and whatever else!

Once I reported a once I was contacted by them Twitter I hired Cabrillo Plumbing. They gave a reduction to me without me asking, were on time. Their work was clean and explained to me.

There are no options although I debated between 4-5 stars. Generally speaking these guys are expensive. We moved into a new house that had - within a few days it began draining. . .twice. I believed it was their fault but finally it was the areas of the water filtration method. I gave the a 5-star only for how considerate and responsive they've been expensive, yes but instant and everybody there I spoke with - despite me shedding it was very professional. That says a good deal about their dedication to customer service. The gentleman, Frank, that arrived both times to perform the work is also very polite and did a great job supplying me with explanations I wanted. I would say you pay a premium but I'd venture to assume that you also get what you pay for. Hope I never need to use a plumber ever, but when I had to I would use these guys.

Very professional support. Identified problem straight away, explained the situation obviously effected repairs properly and quickly. Highly suggested.
