I could not be happy with Bracken Plumbing. They installed a tankless water heater, and replaced most of their bathroom fixtures, faucets and toilets. They also have experience keeping when something inevitably goes wrong, water heaters, that is useful.

He did a fantastic job, left the area as clean as it had been when he got and charged a fair price for ~3.5 hours of work.
Nick came out now to replace a bathroom faucet for me now. He came out on short notice (same day I called) which was essential in this example.

Nick is your man if you need plumbing done!

I achieved to Bracken Plumbing sometime in mid- to late 2017 to find some quotations and find out more about obtaining a tankless water heater installed. Nick Bracken came out to my house for a consultation, and gave me a tremendous amount of expert info that let me get my mind. He made some technical as well as practical hints on how best to proceed and walked through the particulars when I eventually got around to contracting with him last week. Long story short, we now have a very nice unit installed. Worth mentioning that he along with his colleague functioned TIRELESSLY in lousy, rainy, cold weather to install a high end tankless heater at my house (on budget and on-schedule, I'd add), while still making time to assist with a neighborhood day care centre round the corner that had a plumbing emergency. An extremely commendable family enterprise. I recommend them highly.

I was provided a price that was comprehensive breakdown for the work. Other regional companies quoted Overall cost for even the replacements. Nick Bracken was great. He was very helpful when I first contacted him. He came promptly when he said he would. He was very diligent and the old water heater was taken by and out and was at installing the new one, great. He leaves everything clean is nice and is through. I would use him for all plumbing needs.

Crew and nick installed a gasoline line for our chimney. They were professional and did a fantastic job. If we need a plumber we will be calling them.

Nick, was urge by his own brother, talked nothing but great things mentioned he does a great job for the cost. Excited to do business with him I called him up to my house that was re-piped. After he was done he told me he had been gon na took me the quotation later, he came up looked at what needed to be done. He was never heard from by A few weeks past , I attained to him. I left a message and nothing and gave him a call. If he didn't wanted the job a courtesy would have been great. Very disappointing

We have some severe root problems in our sewer pipe and have for several years. Nick showed me how thick that the origins were together with his camera and came out. He managed to hydro jet most of them out but we had one terrible problem area beside a big redwood tree. He replaced an old part of clay pipe which was overrun by roots with ABS. He was tidy and neat, had the tools, and did a great job. Highly suggested!
