I have known Dominic Casas through HANDY EXPRESS, initially for over 15 years, and as proprietor of ALVAREZ PLUMBING. Dominic is a person of integrity, prices that are reasonable, and of the plumbing job he has done for us from clearing the roots from our sewage line, repairing or replacing toilet and toilet plumbing, and substituting water heaters continues to be exceptional. I've recommended him to others and they have been more than satisfied with his work. He replaced my bathtub/shower combo and I really like the unit he purchased . Dominic is respectful obviously hard-working, professional, and timely. I know him to be an honest person who treats his customers and if something isn't right, he leaves it so.

Charge - $50! Outrageous! The Dispatcher doesn't disclose the"trip charge" on the telephone. Trip charge on top of the $98/hr job.

I made an appointment to have services completed at my home. I took half a day off work to be home to the consultation and NO ONE SHOWED UP out of Alavarez pipes.

I was afraid because 16 years ago I called a plumber for the job to call a plumber. It end up costing $70,000.00. My house was ripped apart, by the grace of God I made it through. These people did a job building shower and a toilet for me. They used material, neglected to grout the tile round even or the wall the toilet. I have problems. The proprietor Dominic uses worthless workers who perform the plumbing job that is worse. When I asked him to come fix things, he hit me. What a man and a bad excuse to get a plumber. Do not employ this provider. You may pay double to fix their work that is poor.

I had a drain pipe stuck on a Saturday afternoon. The service was well priced and exceptional. I chased the reason for the issue and thought I'd require replacing a section of the drainpipe. I had a tech and he told me that the repair was not needed at this time. I am quite grateful for the integrity shown I won't use any additional plumber.

Alvarez refusing to take responsibility for their mistake and has been avoiding my calls for a month.
Alvarez plumbing was subcontracted by our house manager to snake our drain that runs into the garage from the kitchen. They even fixed the drain, but they unplugged our freezer if they plugged in their electric snake. We lost the freezer because the stench will not come out, as well as $1000 + worth of meat and seafood.
Shady business. AVOID!!
The proprietor has returned my call but is refusing to accept responsibility.

Alvarez Plumbing has been called to repair the issue of water running out of the bathroom bowls the town operates on the sewer lines. They installed a 2-way clean out device to the tune. Surprise! When the city worked on the sewer lines exactly the smelly problem occurred.
Give them credit for their customer services. They installed the correct device and did come out promptly.
I called Alvarez Plumbing to complain. They sent a worker out to whom I explained what the issue is. HIs response was that the 2-way wash out device wasn't the device and would do nothing to repair the issue. I thought I had made clear what the issue is and what needed to be done to repair the issue after speaking to workers before.

Great service adaptable to my schedule, Cassandra was very knowledgable in her job and a fantastic aid technicians were not and Alvarez was!!

I have used Alvarez and in buildings and have always been satisfied with substances, costs, and their work. I stumbled on this particular page because I looked up Alvarez' number. . .gotta telephone them for some safety repairs.

I live in an older house with old plumbing. I've Alvarez Plumbing in my house 1 or two times each year. They are very professional and the job is done well. The workers are both clean and polite and respectful of my home.
