Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Monterey

I was having difficulty with backed kitchen sink up which I tried to snake. It wasn't getting to the problem. That is when I realized I needed a professional.
They gave me a time frame of technicians arrival. They called me to give me a. Updated arrival time. Immediate support. Upfront with also an explanation of exactly what to expect and quote.
I would use.

We had a problem that is swear that is complex. Each of the employees at Mr Rooter were professional and quite helpful. Uncle Moe and isaac were Great. They keep us informed about this job. Very responsive. Isabel, office contact, is a great communicator. Patrick, that estimated the 2 jobs (in 4 years) was very responsive and comprehensive. You can tell the workers care about their clients & getting the work. The employees on site left things, completed on time and were instantaneous. I enjoy. I called on a Monday, Patrick went out & assessed the sewage occupation they did 4 years ago. Backflow valve is a requirement & my home was in escrow. They completed. Outstanding!

So after using two hour window and the worst service from Roto rooter ,they decided they were going to show up 6 hours late,I told their technician that I wanted to speak to a manager and instead of doing so he walked out and left.
We decided to call mr rooter.they have a plumber by the name of Mr Issac Iniguez,after he had been dispatched the telephone he kept me updated on how far away he had been and how soon he'd be in my house.this man was awesome,really friendly,knowledgeable and respectful.he took good care of our plumbing issues right away and went above and beyond in making sure there won't be any future issues.i very highly recommend not only this company but this tech Issac Iniguez

She was friendly, courteous and took the time to obey my pipes issue. She set up a two hour window to the service desired when the tech was on his way, and called me. So that I would not have any concerns about a stranger coming into the 26, she followed up emailing me a photo of Ricardo the tech. He came with his boss Patrick on time and washed out the drain. They stayed another half hour after the job was completed to create sure everything worked correctly. I'd recommend their services to anybody that had an honest plumbing company that got the job done quickly and economically. Thank you.

Wow! Agustin fixed the issue quickly. He's cleaned up around the drain and assessed with me before he made to see if everything worked properly.
Here is actually the second time and I could not be happier. The tech Agustin showed up in time. The office called to let me know he had been on the road and emailed me his picture so I knew who to expect at my door.

Prices are suppose to be upfront, that's why you've got a chargeback for my cc. I mentioned this to one of the last time that they came out, but they I did it , so...

Called 500 bucks to unclog a tub drains and install spout? Job just took 1 hour. Don't use them again!!

I will NEVER call MR Rooter for some of my plumbing needs, nor will some of my friends, family or any of my partners.
I could not be any DISSATISFIED!!!
When the job started, the tech that arrived was prompt and very considerate, but did not look very knowledgeable. He abandoned twice ( both times within a hour ) and returned to have greater difficulties. I had to ask him to depart at 6PM since he had not completed the job. They said they'd return in the afternoon. They came back not in the morning. After the tech came, he also explained he did not have the parts to correct, which I'd have to wait over the weekend to have the repair done. On Monday, the technician arrived in the day and repaired the leak. While he was here, I checked and it seemed ok. An hour later he left, it started to leak again They came out the following morning and I called Culligan Water and fixed the problem quickly and correctly. Allow me to outline: Fri,8/10 Rick did not finish and attempted to put in abandoned the escape. Sat 8/11, Ricardo came and did not have components. Mon 8/13 Kevin came and could not fix. Tue 8/14 Kevin promised to have fixed and came. And hour later, it started to leak again. Following 5 days of not having water you'd think MR Rooter could have gone the additional mile to look after this matter right away. Rather, they made me wait till after they took care of other support calls (through the 5 day window) understanding we had been inconvenienced.

Mr Rooter of Monterey hand down the plumber I dealt with in a long time that I was quoted a top quote by another firm, Mr Rooter was and the response time was within a hour compared to the other 6 hour time period. Did the job no hassles very professional can not state enough that my plumber from now on and also the tech

Five stars for a group of men that took care of business. I appreciated their explanations (along with my schooling ) about exactly what they were doing. I had a good feeling about this business when I got a call from Linda that they were in their way.
Pete and Saul--until things were finished, real talent who did not give up --thorough with a concentration on quality and great customer service. The group left my house in precisely the same state as when they arrived!

Late in the morning, our water heater appeared to be leaking. We called because this was Labor Day Weekend, but no one could be sent by them before Tuesday. There was no water, and we couldn't get it , although the flow stopped. We phoned Mr. Rooter, and they dispatched Augie He called immediately, and explained that he would come TONIGHT to test it out following his existing call was completed. He called to say he had been on his way. Introduced himself, gave me his card, and got to work. In under 5 minutes he had the pilot light going, and explained a couple of things. He explained since he managed to fix it that there wasn't any cost for the call. What a surprise. We will surely call on Mr and Augie Rooter to replace it if the problem continues.

We had a sewage pipe brake beneath our home and Mr. Rooter plumbing of Monterey sent Kevin C and Patrick F to do the job. They were amazing. They explained everything before they did it. They recommended Santa Cruz Restoration and they were amazing. Collectively they did great job. Thank you all for your work under this situation that is trying.

I have worked with Mr. Rooter for more than 20 decades. From job to job they've always been in a price, and provide quality work, on time. Augustin worked with me today. He walked me through everything that needed to get done, went above and beyond for me on a couple things that came up and I needed to get done, and he had been wonderful to work with. Five stars may not be quite enough.

Not happy. I had been billed $288 for a drain clean out. The only reason is that I was advised that the work was ensured when the problem persisted and that they'd come out free of charge for the subsequent six months. The drain is slowing down three months after, I call and they come. They find a lot of issues with our plumbing and poke around. Why didn't they tell me the time? Told them I was interested. I'll go to some other company if I choose to spend more. Then they tried to charge me $288 a time was a drain that was distinct. True, they failed snake a different drain this moment, but it had been the whole house. Same problem no charge. They agreed but only to say the guarantee would apply to me. Don't call they said. No problem. I really won't.

FIVE STARS TO MR. ROOTER PLUMBING OF MONTEREY.
I was not treated as a customer....but more like a buddy. Chuck did lots of things to accomodate my needs in the 2 1/2 days they had been here. My hands pieced patio needed to be dragged up. Was it put back, but along with sanded grout between the stones, but it looked BETTER than it did before it pulled it.

His guys and chuck can do anything and everything having to do with plumbing!
Pricing was very fair. Work was done, and professionally, with much respect!
I was blown away by the speed and professionalism my new sewer line went with. There was a set-back, also Mr. Rooter stuck with all the original bid.
My house was built in 1928 nearly that old! I have had problems, and have owned my home over 40 years. I discovered standing sewer water in my terrace and went out Friday. I phoned 4 local plumbers. I phoned Mr. Rooter Plumbing, and Kevin came out from SALINAS to help with my line. He worked 9:15 PM, with no additional charge for offering after hours maintenance and coming out! The following morning, Patrick, who scoped my line was brought out by Kevin. My sewer line had begun to collapse. After Patrick, really thoroughly explained the way the new sewer line could be conducted, and what could happen if I did not put a new line in shortly, I advised Mr. Rooter to set a new line in for me, though. I was very nervous job such a massive undertaking.

I called this company and they do not service my area.
They started pointing me their office. Called office that they said called Monterey. Called Monterey office, they said call Santa Cruz. Called Santa Cruz office, Call Monterey was said by them. What a POS firm, they are extremely disorganized.

I received a great service from this firm. The owner, chuck, gave a cost that is fair for the job and was instantaneous!

We will not have them in our house again. We can not receive any cooperation to us after their so-called service. Whoever answers their telephone promises everything but produces nothing. Not a good experience.

This provider is shady. Tell them to estimate the job first since your going to be outside at least 300 dollars. Get a local Plummer instead.
