Well I don't have any choice but to provide Rosenthal Plumbing a 5 star score. Their Brandon explained the cost and my options. Brandon kept me advised of the progress every step of the way. Jose was also a pleasure. Jose was attentive to remove the part of the lawn he needed to dig without looking like it was upset, so that it could be replaced by him. My spouse appreciates it and is a lawn person. Everything was cleaned up clean and neat. This was. Very pleased. Forgot to mention that we were provided a senior discount without asking. It is also appreciated.

Very disappointed with this plumbing firm. They'd done a bathroom set up once I told them what others quoted, and has been the quote and just dropped the quotation. $200 is a lot. They did a good job with this install.
Call was to look at if there was a leak under the house when I saw indications of water having been there. He explained that beneath the house the water needed seeped up after the rains but did not seem to get a issue although after review. Homes had been seen by him after the rains the entire year with comparable earlier. But then he suddently decided I made a bunch of stuff up about why and needed a complete repipe in my house. I wouldn't ever take without having a different opinion, especially advise like this. (And I really don't want to get cared for ) I also called a buddy of mine on the hill who's a plumber. He came up to test it out. He said there was no proof that the pipes were bad. He said it is you see the green and that the person who set up the aluminum pipe didn't sweat the joints correctly, but there really isn't a issue. The pipes seemed fine no signs of holes. He went on to inform me that the strategy that Rosenthal employed is a strategy a lot of plumbers use to scare"single or old women".

I've got a neighbor who had a bathroom sink supply line. The faucet handle was a 1/4 turn but turned all the way constantly. In addition the shut off valves were frozen.

I'd reacted to some stick-on ad for this business on the very front of the Santa Cruz Sentinel. Today seeing a different one of those ads reminded me of the lousy EXPERIENCE I had for this particular business. Really it was quite BIZARRE. I chose to have my own waste line snaked. A young girl arrived to perform the job. She had an helper together with her. They began running down the cable into the line, and attracted the electricity snake into the clean-out. A thing that I noticed however, was that there was no bit attached to the cable's end. A cable camera was put into the lineup which revealed a lot of roots after conducting the snake through the line for awhile. I was told from the young girl the line would need to be dug up and replaced. At the moment I explained to her that when she had a cutting bit on the end of her snake, then it might have cut the roots from the line and it would be clear (the entire reason you call Roto-Rooter, duh!) She said she would look on her van to get a bit. She said she left to go back to her shop to get a bit when she could not find one. She left, but returnedonly to inform me that her company had made a decision to stop attaching bits that were cutting on the snakes because of gear damage. NOW THIS is a load of hooey. I really don't know if this business is hoping to fool old folks but my experience was very quite suspicious.

I was quite unhappy. I had obtained a quote for the cost of this job( fixing a water pipe to my fire sprinkler at the house) thought it had been just that, a worse case estimate. Come to find out the job took him working. He invested a great deal of time waiting to shut off or turn on water and left occupation twice. After I questioned why it took them no time and was not cheaper since the repair was an easy repair, they charged me. There response was"I signed the estimate". So if you use this service be informed that they will bill you the estimate not exactly what the job should cost, no breaks. . They were late for days with no phone call. . Job was done just disappointed. No, I won't recommend this service!

Rosenthal responds to request for service, if selected does a really good job and provides cost estimates that are prompt. Don't expect low rates but if you look after quality, Rosenthal Plumbing is your contractor.

My elderly friend had a misunderstanding regarding the fees with the plumber that came to help her. She adored him and was pleased with the work but she had been really unhappy about the way in which the estimate was granted and the cost.
He also corrected the misunderstanding with integrity.
The costs may be higher but the technicians are being well trained both in customer service and quality plumbing service!
