The poor rating surprised me here. Sometimes, I think people have really unrealistic expectations of just how much they ought to be billed for support work like painting, plumbing, electric etc.. I called Rooter Man to get a job and the plumber that came out, Anthony, was great, though the man on the telephone left a bit to be desired. He was cut, respectful, and knowledgeable. As a lady who works at an office with only girls it's important to me that the people that don't leave us and come do our work force us all feel comfortable creeped out. After Anthony left us all in the office commented on how we've never had a plumber that appeared professional and well spoken. I use Rooter Man for office plumbing and all my residence requirements and refer him!
$89 charges tell you the repair is going to be 2-3 times what the business charges for the repair and to return to your home. In my situation they needed to charge me $250 + parts I requested a local business now, who said they would have done the same job for $68+parts. I fixed the problem myself and wound up watching YouTube.
I have but that I had a hard time believing that the company he worked for would overcharge by a lot.
I would sue for my 89 but I guess that this Yelp! Inspection will cost them more in the long run. I am outraged and hope they think twice before attempting to do so to someone.
