Repiping Specialists - Care Plumbing

Steve Lovell did our re-pipe occupation and I can not express how grateful we are for his work. Steve hauled well, and did what he said he'd do. Our house is complex on 3 degrees, however they did a great job. I wish other contractors were meticulous and as honest . It is a pleasure to own everything working! Steve communicates nicely and really cares. He is strongly recommended by me.

Care Plumbing Repipe- outcome had communicating with details and the crew been better and our repipe might have been a very different experience. There was and no foreman was about. It only felt like they did not Care about finish work or particulars. Tana who makes the appoints and calls has been pleasant to use. When they'd be there Initially they were good about advising us and they had been.
1. We paid extra but did not get inspection passing paperwork

3. They put in a spigot in another place then discussed (we had been home to consult ) and afterwards it had to be transferred because it was inches from a door. A buddy of one of those Care workers from another firm that was repipe came to relocate . The spigot is not the same style and they did not have the materials in order that they had to compromise the sealing required.
2. Crew moved insulating material to add pipes however, it was not replaced by the drywall crew I did say something once I detected but the employee did not know me until I showed him.
4. We had in our arrangement to put in wouldn't fit in our space -they damaged the faucets making them unreturnable and leaky and installed afterward anyhow. As the crew left, then they pointed it out. We had been we could find the style and they might have said something. They threw out our existing working/non leaking faucets that might have been reinstalled.
What a bummer- several neighbors have asked for referrals which we don't feel we can provide.
Be cautious about making the payment until every thing is in order.
5. The drywall feel in some regions is less than mixed and in 1 place 1/2" thick - we showed one of the crew members and that he asked why we did not fix it.
After we left the payment they promised us they would fix the problems. Response to mails:"The owner has been from the workplace." It's been over a couple of years.

The patching group, Art and George, are the best! Could not be more happy .
He had been a straight shooter. Their bid was a couple thousand less than others and it INCLUDED patching the drywall and stucco.
I'd definitely award Care Plumbing 10 stars, if 10 stars were a choice. This company was a pleasure to do business with start to finish.
Slab leak at my mother's home. Damaged new floors less than 6 weeks old. I have had 3 slab escapes at my own home. Repiping was the way.

Overall it is a recommendation
They did a good job. The workplace is extremely communicative. The owner himself even came over to answer a few questions! Their cost was quite affordable and fair. The painting quotation was pricey, that isn't really a complaint although we did handling painting on our own.
However they work very very difficult to complete the repiping job in 1 day.
Only negative is that the employees left some cigarettes in styrofoam cups by the bushes.

Care Plumbing is a competent, professional and honest company that I highly recommend!!!
My home is built on a slab and had a escape I chose to repipe the home. Care Plumbing lent me the price and also needed a plan that could prevent dividing tile in my kitchen and bathrooms although I interviewed a few other businesses. They worked and arrived at 8 am. What was supposed to be a 2 day job was finished in 1 day! So that they could wrap this up before 12, they worked 12 hours. The patchers did great work and were also extremely competent, professional. Thank you, Care Plumbing!

I truly want everything had gone smoother on the inspection/administrative side since I couldn't recommend these guys highly. For the true work, patching, cleanliness, attention to detail, etc.. .they deserve 10 stars and I will not hesitate to recommend them to individuals in the long run but I think it is important consumers. Because of that I cannot provide them the 5 begins they would deserve but with everything out of my review, they're a strong 4 star for everything else we experienced throughout the procedure. It may have been a busy/long afternoon, series of unfortunate events, etc. so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and expect that ours has been a exceptional position on the administrative end and I shall say. . .if you hire Care Plumbing that you will not be let down.
As an update to my earlier review, I really do love these guys as well as urged them to repipe my bosses house (talk about a show of religion ) while we're still working out the final issues with the permitting procedure.

We had companies come out to give us quotes for a whole house re-pipe. We found that pricing for this type of work was astronomical & all around the map. . Care Plumbing was different. They had the cheapest price point with the most friendly staff. They also guarantee their work.
It took just 3 days (two to re-pipe, and 1 more day for patch function .) . We had questions, we and Tanya spoke and she had been a pleasure. We highly recommend this provider!

I've been shopping for entire home copper repiping since January. Since I was impressed with their ad I contacted Care Plumbing. I received a quotation from Joe and hired Care Plumbing This is one. Yesterday A copper repiping project was completed in my home. It was completed in 2 times his crew and by Augustine. Augustine knew what he was doing was incredibly effective, and cleaned up as he went along. The repiping went that I wasn't inconvenienced. Tania, a very effective, friendly and helpful office supervisor told me among the owners could be at my home the morning, when I had a query about the size of the aluminum pipes. John completely explained that copper works with a smaller diameter than the old pipes and came. He was easy to work with such a gentleman. Tania called to inform me the plasterers will be here this morning, after the work was completed yesterday. What wonderful and unexpected news! I wasn't going to be searching holes for a couple days as I had expected. Their work was finished by the plastereds . Everything looks fantastic fitting my external wall stucco. As all the rest of the work, excellent job.
I'm very impressed with everybody at Care Plumbing. The cost is exceptional as is the product they are highly recommended by me. Thank you Caee team. You did good!

Only negative thing I must say is that there was a flow which I discovered by the shower so I had to phone for them to come back out ( free with guarantee ) and go into the wall to remedy the matter. Made me wonder if there can be other leaks through the house that I can't hear....paranoid.
This business performed a re-pipe of my property. They came 1st to discuss my options, the quote took about an hour which was rather extensive. My pipes were in poor shape super old so it had to be done! The work was done quickly and neatly! Thus far I've been pleased.

It is currently 2018 and I had a leak in one. I predicted Care and they sent out a technician to fix it within a couple of 23, because they give a lifetime warranty. No issues; no discussions. The life warranty actually works.
Care Plumbing did a whole house repipe. I had some difficult problems in certain areas. Told me they couldn't guarantee they would not ruin the wood paneling and I would have to break through a wall to get to the bathroom shower pipes. Care developed a solution. After the building inspector arrived he commented on how professional that the work was completed. Their job was first rate, where they had to cut into drywall. Their people are first rate and understand what they are doing.

I'd have given them zero stars. Where should I start. I guess with the very fact that their crew spent time watching the World Cup in their own devices than they did working through the times I had been present to observe. Communicating when the work could be performed regarding was poor and they take for the harm that resulted from their work. When they replaced the plumbing and downstairs, they neglected to observe that water had seeped out and ruined our hardwood floor. We had a flow occur they also took no obligation for, after the work was finished. They stated that we have to have overflowed our bathtub upstairs. What a joke. They were concerned with covering their tracks than adjusting. We chose the contractor, do not make the same mistake. Our sprinklers do not work and we've got holes in our ceiling in kitchen. Horrible.

2.5 stars for cleanliness.
The employee that did the drywall repair needed additional work and noticed one of the pipes leaked, so another day a man came out to resolve this. They appear to be great for their job and so far everything was working good. I am just not ok with any untrue advertising/photos particularly if I am basing a part of my decision making them.
I had a repipe done by Care Plumbing. We've gotten about 5 quotes prior to choosing this company. We opted to go together because of this aggressive quote and many great Yelp reviews. They did a good job and on program, but I am leaving out a star on this review, since the employees left dirty my house. We did not get our flooring and furnitures coated as photograph'd on Yelp make it look like we'd have and like we thought we'd. I had expectations that the job would be achieved clean and there could be sheets laid out on the ground so the inside of the house would not get cluttered, and that there vinyl taped up sealing dust out into the chambers. This wasn't the case for us. 2 times of pipe work and I'd come home to marks on the walls a home with dust, and things. I had to wash each night to get the following moment it cluttered again. Only when I emailed the supervisor did they address it and the day once the employee was here he had been careful to not make a mess while he had been doing the drywall and stucco repair. The last ditch attempt is appreciated by me, but by this point I was already livid and was likely to leave a review of what had been seen with more information. However, letting my anger subside, I am writing this review a month afterwards and wanting to be nice about it.
We had to call to get a city inspector to come months since Care Plumbing did not manage that part of us.
4.5 stars for the job.

Care Plumbing came out and in 1 day had repiped our entire 1600 sq. foot home. They came at 8 am and there were 6 men in their team and left at 6 pm. My husband is very specific about who he hires to perform work our on home and is a former contractor. They had been cautious inside the home and everything. It had been hard for me personally to observe each one the dust that is part of the procedure and the holes they needed to make to replace the pipes, my husband was not phased. We requested them to minimize the cutting on the exterior of our house because we had"eloquent" stucco and did not want it to look different from the rest of the house. They just made 3 holes and listened. The re-patching they did appears smooth and fits including the repairs that are exterior. Would recommend and they arrived at a cost that is fair. We also had a brand new water heater put in. Last, there was a nice surprise that they had insulated our pipes so it's been much quieter interior which was not done that way initially.

We would if we could give a 10 star rating. Thank you Care Plumbing!
We couldn't have been happier with all the aluminum re-piping of our home that was near. Care Plumbing, from the first visit with Carlos to the day workers were on the project, showed professionalism, courtesy and even understanding about the full procedure to us. The workers were organized, cleaned well, were punctual and answered all of our questions.

The re-plumbing work was done in one day after the work was approved by the inspector on 8/17/17, and they arrived back to patch everything. Problem is that I detected after they were done that my irrigation line was broken. About 9/1/17 I got a call from the owner and he was rude and stated that there was likely to be a service fee for them to take a look at the security line and that the sprinkler line may been broken prior to them doing their work.
They eventually showed up on 9/6/17 and stated that the increased water pressure out of the new main might of the line that was damaged and that they didn't touch the sprinkler line. My gardener stated that the line was obviously broken by means of a shovel rather than by the water pressure and showed on 9/8/17. I received an invoice to examine the safety line. Bad customer service.

Should you need a re-pipe, these are the folks to call! They came in below the 2 estimates I obtained the sales man was helpful and explained all that would be done and all that had to be done and gave a quote directly on the spot. They did the next Monday and they said they can start right off and have been done and finish with all drywall and stucco patch work with in one week! The crews were tidy and very clean like they weren't there and cleaned up! Fast, professional, friendly and reasonable with all the price! I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know! These people are wonderful... to Joe who answered all my questions, to Tanya who helped with scheduling and the repiping team and drywall patchers, who did a wonderful job. The repiping itself took 1 day since they had such a team, so I'd water I got home. As it was a two man team the drywall patching took a couple of times but they were so nice and helpful and also did a fantastic job!

Selected Care Plumbing for house repipe and recirculator. So we went with Care even though they filed the most expensive bid wife liked Mike. They did most of the work that is promised but it took a call to make them finish work that is . Washing machine lines were not installed by them promised, they did not insulate all water lines. To install the recirculator that they cut a hole instead of just transferring the water heater a little bit to make room. The water heater door won't open or shut after their work and fix and they have been unresponsive to numerous request to come back. So much for their life warranty. To get pipes they bent back vent instead of replacing and removing. So we are left with an unsightly vent in a place. All in all I wish we went together with the guy.

Simply Care Plumbing made a slab escape an subsequent repipe around as painless as possible. I decided it was time to take care of the matter once and for all and received my third slab escape. Of 3 quotes Care plumbing was right at the center but they had the best mix of warranty/price/schedule.
Thanks for making a terrible situation bearable, so much to the install team and the owners.
This review is but better than not, about 18 months.
About a week after the quote maintenance plumbing began a three day repipe job (6BR 4 Bath 2 Kitchen Duplex) which passed review first time and was done very professionally with fantastic regard to both my and my tenants time.

But there were issues. They broke after they had been done, a a mirror and a drain which was working fine before they came developed a hole. Compared to what I'd specified they placed a lower version shower valve. I guess that the valve wasn't exactly what I ordered and I got a reply that they did not have the one so they put from the version that is lesser I wanted. Can they think I wouldn't notice or say anything? They did replace the valve with the right version later. Finally, their tarps washed leaving a mess that was substantial.
I got no response and raised my concerns/complaints by email. I was not areas of the job like the valve snafu or even the cleanup, although in the end they did a fantastic job on the repipe. And even happy I got no reply created or my concerns from the proprietor.
I compared that and had a recommendation by a friend. While pricing was about the same, I was impressed by Joe Luca. He said I wanted that. He listened to exactly what I wanted and gave advice if sought. The employees were great. They were quite friendly and enlightening. And it was done in one day! The patchers came a couple of days later and were done in a day. Yay!
I knew I'd needed a repipe for years. Every couple of years, my old pipes would spring a leak and it might cost around $1000 for fixing it and then piled the gap the plumber would make. It was time.
I would lean more towards three stars than five and I'm not sure I would suggest to friends and family.
