It's so uncommon to find such honesty and integrity in a person as I experienced Bill.The pipes in my jacuzzi bath was leaking. I talked with a plumbers and was advised that they would need to cut to my bathtub and it might cost a great deal.

Bill set up a high efficacy American Standard Champion 4 bathroom for my own mother with accessories that were handicapped. It is the bathroom with a Yelp following. 10 fat dogs can be flushed by you in a time it down. He has been here several times and we trust him. Does clean impeccable work. Would never even think of using another plumber. Thanks Bill!

Dealing with Bill is as easy as my newly brewed water flowing through the faucet. I contacted Bill for a quote to install a filtration system. Bill came out to supply an estimate and was prompt. He took his time explaining to me how his plans were made some recommendations for the positioning of the system.

We had been home from holiday for a week and noticed a trickle. We thought it was morning dew off the roof amassing in the drainage pipes in the spouts but after a couple of times the trickle got and there was not some morning dew.
So we searched Yelp and we called Bill and he said he could be over, because we like to utilize CV people . He came . He immediately showed us how to read the water meter to determine we had a water heater leak. We showed him the drainage pipe and he decided it was likely the pipe fitting beneath the primary shit off worth that leaked water down to the drainage pipe. After lugging around and eliminating some grime that there was the water squirting from this pipe fitting leaking down into our pipe.
We highly recommend Bill and his firm. We'd use him again!
Bill went to gather a few supplies and had it fixed in a timely fashion. He was knowledgeable and quite nice. The job was finished and we had our water back on in no time to the home.

Called times and left multiple messages but never got a response. Once I'm asking for a call back, Inferior service if I can not even get a call back .
*EDIT* in response this inspection was left for a service call I'd made. When I did call, there was no"out of office" message or anything to imply they weren't offered.

Fantastic support. Arrived early and finished early. Super responsive and proactive . Did a superb job installing a instant hot water unit within our kitchen. They will be leveraged by us !

I had an issue with my water heater and I reached out to Absolute Plumbing in the evening hoping I'd hear back. Bill reached out to me the night, gave me some ideas of what it could be and hints. His suggestions of what I could do to repair the issue over the phone did the trick. He put his needs ahead of his and was very nice, honest. THANK YOU!

In the appointment, Bill was on time, he immediately knew what kind of water diverter I provided two types and needed. I picked the $30 ones look better, the version seemed just like the ones the builder and the diverters versus the forms, and following the install they worked better than expected.
After explaining the bathtub/shower diverter issue with him I asked if there was any price difference for weekday or weekend tasks, and he explained its. What a relief, other areas charged differently for weekend work.
I explained to Bill that we had a slow trickle in 2 showers, I neglected to mention that during the first phone call, he clarified what he'd have to do to stop the escape. I advised him on the technique that the Roto Rooter men used, and he mentioned that has been a"patch / bandaid" treatment, I figure it had been I still have a slow trickle, sigh.
I am absolutely happy I phoned Absolute Plumbing. I had an extremely enjoyable experience, and felt I found someone who understands and embraces his commerce, but with although I have used other plumbing companies and Roto Rooter, and was never impressed.
The price point was fair.
In the first telephone call, Bill seemed clearly, professional, and quite nice customer service oriented. If that isn't enough then read on.
If you are not confident with Absolute Plumbing then good fortune in your hunt, I am 100% sold on Bill and Absolute Plumbing, and will be calling him .
I explained to him that the facets are Kohler faucets that the builder set up, and he appeared to know precisely how to work together with the Kohler faucets. . .what a relief (incidentally I am not a fan of Kohler facets, I needed to substitute other items before).
DETAILS:

My girlfriend had a shower valve leak, and I attempted to fix it but only got so far until I was stymied, so we needed to call a plumber. After calling around to a couple plumbers, I decided on Bill since he gave a quote was easy to talk to, also was flexible.
I made the choice ! He did the job, and came quickly. If any plumbing needs arise, Bill will be the first one I call.

I received a call from my water utility firm, saying that last month I was consuming over 800 gallons of water every day and I had a flow or was using excessive amounts of water. It seemed like I had a most important water escape, and I tried to trouble shoot the problem, I got 5 bids to get my primary water line substituted. When I phoned Bill from Absolute Plumbing, he was quite responsive and came outside to give me a bid on re-routing my primary water line. His bid was in the center of the pack and I decided to use him because his pricing appeared reasonable and his reviews on Yelp.
I thought I'd again test the shut off valve to the main water one longer (maybe this time that I used more power to close off the valve) and I notice hardly any leaking and less of a spin on the tube. I called Bill and told him, that I am noticed escape that was little and it's not my primary water line. Bill said he'd come out the day (because he was near my home ) and attempt to trouble shoot the problem. Bill was quite diligent and proficient in finding the leak. It turned out that the leak was my irrigation valve. PROBLEM SOLVED! He also saved me thousands of dollars. All I could say is that Bill from Absolute Plumbing is honest, great, educated and I highly recommend him!!!! Thank you Bill
