Arroyo Plumbing & Drain

Another plumber recommended to me arroyo if you're able to believe it. Justin was the manager responsible for replacing my water main. I will leave out all the details but basically he gave a quote and adhered to it although we had a couple alterations. He didn't nickel and I like some others may have done. The project was done.

I had a leaky pipe going to the sewer out of my kitchen sink and it caused all sorts of problems. They could come out and assess it, then that day fixed it! I am super happy. They personable and professional.

Arnold advocating replacing it rather than repairing and have a peek. He went to work and provided me a quote that was reasonable up front. He had been expedient, professional and friendly. He had been in and out in less than an hour. We highly recommend their services and were quite happy.
My spouse and I contacted Matt into inspect/repair/replace a leaking kitchen faucet. One of my wife's coworkers who had been very pleased refered to Arroyo us. Our experience was superb. Called Matt on Tuesday and he scheduled someone to come out the morning between 9am and 10am. Matt told me that the technician had came and contacted me. I really appreciated that because it had been less time I needed to take work off.

For clearing blocked drains, have used Arroyo several times today. Called them yesterday morning for a clogged kitchen sink. They came during the window that they gave in the day (same day). Professional, worked and fixed the problem. They charge $130/hour and everything was taken care of for that sum. Solid, trustworthy and fair.

At 7:45 I gave up hope and left a voicemail that was frustrated, and I was really pleasantly surprised that the plumber did arrive!
At first he said that the plumber will be here between 4-5, but they weren't sure when, but he would most definitely be there at my place daily, once I called to ask said he would come afterwards.
It took him about an hour to get the job done, and I appreciated it.
Neighbors on NextDoor maintained advocating Arroyo, therefore I called them to get a backed up toilet at ~ 1.
The main reason I deduct a star is I was billed $145, and on reviews published I see they billed $125. I feel that is a steep increase, but I don't know what the going rate for plumbers is to tell the truth.

Had a kitchen drain. Paul gave estimate and came out. He spent over an hour rooting it out. Incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. Cleared the line. Price was the original estimate of $125.
I highly recommend him and his company.

We have utilized Arroyo Plumbing to clear our lines . I attempt to be more proactive with it but this season - we had a back up that required clearing a couple of days before Thanksgiving. I was given a window of 9-11 tomorrow but I they called in 2pm saying they're in the area. Wonderful - it was perfect timing. The bathroom cleared / kitchen located a leak, drains and mended it - all to the quote.
I am so grateful Arroyo Plumbing is reliable, responsive and professional. I am also very happy morning, this did not occur on Thanksgiving!

Arroyo has been providing plumbing solutions for over a decade. Matt and his team are amazing! Not only will you get a quick response when you call, but also the team will do their very best to be onsite to resolve your issue as soon as possible. When it's a issue that is large or small, arroyo has been able to fix it!

Have used occasions to this company, when we have an emergency plumbing problem we can not resolve ourselves, and need someone ASAP. They are responsive to our last minute requests and accommodating, and do they do their best to get out to us the exact same moment. Fantastic company that's reliable with pricing.

Matthew came out to fix my plumbing problems that were . He had a great attitude thinking about the work he needed to do and was very considerate, friendly. I would suggest this location for your plumbing needs.

Our toilet water pressure was SUPER reduced and there was a leak in the kitchen sink. I filed a maintenance request and the project was assigned by them to Arroyo. Matt called to set up an appointment. Paul came out the following morning to evaluate the issue, attempted replacing a couple of parts but was not able to correct the water pressure or flow. Matt sent and called someone to fix the kitchen sink the week. The faucet has been replaced and the flow was repaired.
Throughout the process Matt and I were in constant contact through phone email and text. THANK YOU Matt, Arnold Paul and staff for patience, the super friendly support and job well done! I would definitely recommend Arroyo to friends members and family.
Turns out there was congestion in the pipes and they had to send out Arnold to fix it. Arnold took a look came early and moved to the store, Now. After 2 hours the water pressure was repaired, new faucet put in and the job order was complete.

Saw a van with a lane to undertake traffic on 880S leading cutting on off on my unite at 5:10pm today. Then proceeded to push in the shoulder for at least 200ft to undertake other traffic.
I discovered it belonged to this corporation and reviewed that the dashcam footage. Maybe in the event that you drive , do not do it.

Should they ever show up, I'll consider upgrading my review. We have a kitchen sink that frequently leaks and clogs. It currently is not doing but I can't fix it. Called Arroyo for appointment two weeks past. Told 9-11. Shows up at 11, looks at the de trap, etc., states since its not dripping NOW, he's got to call out the"Clog" man. Claimed the lock nut was enough from my fix. (Should you twist it a lot, it crimps or splits the nylon washer). Told the"Clog Guy" would be here at two pm at 3 p.m, still no display. Nothing mended and antiipating an attempt to bill us for two pipes visits.

We had our principal line. I few friends recommended we call Arroyo. They came earlier than expected and could come that afternoon. They were professional and did a fantastic job. Our lineup was apparent in just a little over an hour and it only cost $125! We'll definitely call them again if we have some plumbing requirements.
Update: Just 4 days later, our principal line clogged again. This was a Saturday night. The site says they're readily available for emergencies 24 hours. I got no answer (I left a message and texted their crisis phone line) before Sunday morning at 9am! I had called another firm that had came and worked on it. So disappointed. Their work is guaranteed. I wonder if I'll find a refund?

Set two appts up to acquire an estimate of pipes job shows!
Don't waste your time like I did

Hmm. . .you be the judge if you want to use a plumber who needs more than twice over double the fee for the exact same job requirement and different plumbers' period.
Long story short, Arroyo plumbing installed the water filter while I wasn't present. When I called asking them to explain the fee. They said that they utilized 3.5 hours.
We needed to have a reverse osmosis water filter installed under the kitchen sink. A pit was on the granite counter for the water spout. The only issue and the system are currently connecting the pipes. I had the exact same system installed in my own other property before. The installation was an hour for $150.

Also, he worked inside our Granite & marble shower. His tools would always bang against the rocks & now I believe there are some damage on the tiles, - that as a homeowner, you may be haunted by.
After he was done - the leak stopped. However, we did not test the leak (our error ), and he left for another appointment. When we did attempt to shower we realized the Hot and Cold water has been reversed. Single-handle showers begins as you flip the handle, the water gets to Hot. But he installed it completely the opposite - it started with the Hot and then to the Cold. BIG FAIL!
I am writing this review after I've gotten over my initial shock & disappointment at how this whole episode occurred & now I can honestly say it was a two star experience.
On the day that was arranged, the man arrived. The appointment period was 11-12, but he arrived at 1pm. The man was friendly, apologetic & truthful concerning the fees (hence, 2 stars) But it was evident he did not have the right tools for your job. It had been blobby and inconsistent, although he would put on the caulking/silicone round the shower manage.
The first consultation went ok. So we decided to engage him to fix our shower. Instead of calling us back to schedule the up - we decided to telephone the office to ask for a date.
We can't advise this plumbing company.

Heard of Arroyo Plumbing through my Dr. & must say couldn't be more happy. Over the past 2 months we've had issues with a backed and our water heater . For us the problem was as fixed by Arroyo Plumbing in both cases:
- Their person came out over the specified time/date to do first evaluation or cure. Hourly rate was 125, took less than an hour to purge the kitchen sink (we should have just called Arroyo that the 1st time around instead of spending needless time$$ on trying to unclog it as the backup had been too far).
Overall excellent experience.

- The first phone call to Arroyo was fine, place the expectations on time, price etc..
- In the case of this water heater requiring replacement (they checked to be certain that the WH actually did need to be replaced ), in conferring with the owner of Arroyo Plumbing, Matt, that btw knows his"stuff". I mean we immediately did our homework and Matt was right & we made the choice to decide on a certain water heater per their recommendations.

DON'T CALL ANYONE ELSE. They were respectful of my Property
They describe things and it makes total sense.
This plumbing company is.
Since they work effectively their pricing is fair. You don't feel like you are getting ripped off by down time.
As long as they're open for business that they will be my pipes firm.
They came to my home away.
I do feel but I know they're fair.
It is tough to find quality solutions. I really feel like I know enough of maintaining a home like pipes and being handy around the home to the difference. By studying them, I do a good deal of things by myself but I know when I can not do something or perhaps should not and when I need help. When you call someone out to your home from either yelp or by a referral, you get a sense if the person is simply winging it with their understanding or if they really know what they're talking about particularly if you kinda know what they should be saying. THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL, ALL OF THEM. Matt the owner cares about the problem and assisting you. He has.
They functioned effectively.

I called to find an estimate on replacing the major waterline for our residence. Matt ( the owner) sent somebody out here within the hour! Justin gave an explanation of what materials would be used and how providers were likely to be ran. Monday they scheduled us in for the next, and now my leaky pavement is no longer an issue. Thanks Justin, Tim, and Matt!
