My husband named Bill and he was able to come a few hours after the call. He understood the urgency that we had no hot water. The issue was diagnosed by him . He said he would have to dictate the fan but he would immediately it so it came ASAP. He told us that one reason the fan died is that people were supposed to be doing upkeep to keep them clear. This is something our builder failed to inform:--LRB- Bill reported that we'd need to also wash the pipes to remove mineral deposits to us but the fan needed to maintain first. He estimated the whole cost for the fan, cleaning of pipes with labour at under $1000, installing of fan and transport and that he arrived in under his estimate. I know $1000 sounds high but the fan and transport alone was $500. Bill did due diligence and called the boiler company to make sure the fan wasn't on remember (as then it would be free) and also make sure we were getting the best deal we could on the fan. Bill was a hard and thorough worker! We were impressed with him that we asked that we are notified by him and we will 100% be using him for it and any additional work we desire.
My husband started calling around knowing that I wasn't gong to be able to live without water for extended without me beginning to whine:--RRB- My husband had been given number to Bill Shepherds .
We known as and were frantic RH&E who set up the boiler but they are in San Rafael and didn't do care that is neighborhood. They gave us the amounts of a few men and women. We got a grasp of our 1st company who sent somebody out. This person said we need to substitute some valves and then he might look at what else had to be done. He siad a day to find the 11, it would require and he'd be back the following day. When he hadn't heard from this man that he 19, my husband stayed home from work and at noon and his company said he could not make outside it again. After doing some research on the internet concerning our boiler and mistake warning (seemed like a fan warning) it seemed ironic that this man wanted to replace valves and abandoned the remainder quite open ended. That along with this man not calling and us finally pulling up the yelp testimonials on this company (mainly negative) we decided to tell them not to come back.
Bill is honest, reliable and hard worker!
