I called them late one afternoon; two men showed up the following morning on time. They fixed a couple of leaks on taps efficiently and very fast, and the price seemed very fair.

I've hired Ken and his team to do jobs in my house and whenever they have been professional, considerate and extremely thorough. In each job I've hired them for, they made certain I understood prices have patiently explained everything I needed to know and made certain all of the work has been completed before departing. When they had thoughts for improvement into my house they let me know, but with no pressure or sense of"up-sell." I'll call Ken my future plumbing needs for all!

Kenneth was a dependable part of my home management team for 3years now. I was amazed the first time I had him come to mend what I thought was a problem, and he did it within 2 hours and had the replacement parts in his automobile even providing two choices for sink stoppers! We are living in a modern home with modern fittings throughout, fixtures which technicians have discovered intimidating and not wished to tinker with. None of this scared him. He had been worked on exceptionally upscale properties and knows the various bathrooms, sinks, back end plumbing systems, etc, I trust him entirely and discover that he's a consummate professional - picks the telephone up and makes an appt immediately. Kenny did a GREAT JOB for my family! Her toothbrush was flushed by my daughter and it got stuck causing the toilet. He was quite upfront about different situations he might use to try to recover the toothbrush (along with the cost for each). He managed to do some plumber magical and get back the toothbrush without needing to remove the toilet from the ground base (which would have been more costly). He was friendly, and you could tell he was mindful of becoming while working, clean. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for emergencies or any pipes needs, and would use him again.

I achieved online at 8:44 am and received a response within minutes. Kenneth came a few hours later and quickly identified the issue. He solved the issue in less than an hour showed the root cause to me and walked me through exactly what he did. The work will come with a warranty! He is friendly, yet professional and thorough. Who in their right mind might consider this to be an extension of the work performed by these and doesn't have a compass. If they had done the job right the first time people wouldn't be paying an additional $220 to do exactly the same thing.
I recommend you find an honest company with which to do business because this isn't the one. They are get overs who feel its okay to steal money from individuals. For all I know they created the issue to make more money!
The smell was bad so I started making a plumber calls. Justin was delivered to assist with the issue, which consisted of him needing to remove the toilet and operate a snake. Since I had to go get money from the lender, in their 21, the job took approximately 15 minutes. A statement was submitted by them and we were able to run it through the insurance because of it having been an emergency, for reimbursement.
Unfortunately, once the water was operating today started coming up from the toilet. The toilet Kenneth Asire Plumbing had installed when they completed the job. They charged for the services due to the 30 day warranty. This must be greedy company that is inconsiderate I have experienced the dis-pleasure of working with.

Kenneth is the ideal plumber that I have utilized in San Francisco (previous 8 yrs). I have had two service calls.

Ken is personable, professional and goes beyond and above what he states. I called Ken I dealt with and instead of adding me into his queue of tasks, he accounted for the seriousness of our issue and prioritized accordingly. What's more, Ken re-assessed the issue and instead of doing what we believed could be the mend, he the problem and came up with not just a cheaper fix but a fix that is more effective as well.
