ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!I predicted because there was sewage. Emergency for sure, right? Right! They were here over the hour and my jolt was fixed by them at all in no time. Robert and brothers Derek are Family-owned business.
Saturday, Jan 2, 2016: holiday weekend. 6:30 PM. I got a recommendation on a neighborhood FB page once I asked about"emergency" pipes.

Yesterday, our water heater busted and I was concerned we wouldn't have hot water until after Xmas! Grant was sent by our property management from William Ford Plumbing and he managed to assess the matter and find the task done another day that happened to be Xmas Eve! Thank you Grant and everybody in William Ford Plumbing!

I'm a strong believer that we write reviews when they are really happy or extremely disappointed or fill out surveys. I am here to state that I am happy with William Ford Plumbing. They're punctual, professional and quite reasonably priced. So if you require a plumber give them an opportunity!!!

I had a crisis situation at a rental. I known as another plumbing company to come out at 9 time. I had been given an over-priced quote for a great deal of unnecessary repairs. William Ford Plumbing did everything that was required, plus additional work and billed me $2200 less and came out! They were fast, honest, considerate, and the best part... got the job done with no stress!

I'm giving a 4-star based on communication and responsiveness. I haven't received any service from this firm. My parents are elderly and two-hours reside away. William Ford Plumbing was extremely responsive (especially on a Saturday morning) and stated the ceremony will be supplied around noon-ish. Mom changed her mind and wanted to wait around for PGE to do the ceremony, so we cancelled our appointment with William Ford Plumbing. I'm very satisfied and pleased with the responsiveness and communication of the company. I will give William Ford Plumbing my consideration if I have any plumbing issues in Fairfield.

This is a awful company with communication that is bad that is super! Fidelity National Home Warranty dispatched them. But I was not contacted by them as exactly what the Warranty business required. I have to chase them to make an appointment. What's worst, about the appointment day, they did no show up! I phoned them four times that day at 12:4pm, 15:00, 16:26 and 17:06(voice mail), and every time they just stated that they are on the road. However they never showed up until 5:30pm today... I have to cancel their service. The entire day, and I have worked from home. And because I need to wait for them, I need to cancel all plans for this day. They ruined. This is dreadful! What a waste of money and time! I'm calling the Warranty company to cancel the support at the moment. This is bad!Will not recommend to work with them.

I want to thank Grant and Robert for coming out and replacing our own water heater. Polite, efficient, clean and professional work. They also explained the process and went over the performance directions to make sure we understood how to relight the pilot light! Excellent workers!!

Horrible, work was done I figure on 8/15... no invoice or photos of work done. Never gave statement for credit card that was charged to me, says will get it and call me backagain. Never did, each single time you call it is the same ring throughout narrative.

Gave estimate. Made me call the"women in the workplace" to schedule a second appointment. Girls said they would call back and didnt. Nobody ever came back out nor did I get written estimate.

This company is a rip off.
They're using a name that is different now, because their former name obtained a F together with the Better Business Bureau =Boyle Pipes
They maintained they failed and had William Ford plumbing call me to set an appointment. They called and an appointment was made. The morning of the appointment I dialed the number they called me from to create distinct arrangement, and"Boyle Plumbing" replied the phone.
I've First American Home Owners Insurance who are currently using this company, regardless of their F score. They assign you a different organization once you have problems with a service firm.
Bottom line William Ford Plumbing and Boyle Plumbing will be the same. And Boyle Plumbing includes a F together with the Better Business Bureau.

William Ford Plumbing is there once you want them! Their job is both exemplary and their rates are extremely reasonable! You will never be disappointed if they are called by you to get some of your plumbing requirements.

Very company! I was referred to this company by another one I won't mention, but essentially was told the job was to big for company that was unsaid. I called Ford and they had been on it and fixed the problem without any of the issues the first company claimed. Saved me a lot of time and money. They have my business more.

Idiots! My home insurance recommended this company once my water heater died, (I'm assuming because they're the cheapest and I can see why...) if they called to schedule the appointment I told them I knew I'd require a new one so bring you once they come. The guy was overdue with no call the following day. Sure enough he said I wanted a new water heater but he didn't have one with him he said he would want to get it accepted by the insurance carrier.
This company is a joke. I read every one of these testimonials while waiting.Everything looks authentic. I'm unhappy with the job, they were slow it just didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. I had a call from Boyle pipes and now I understand why. They're the same company. If they had changed the name, I requested the plumber and he denied it.
Following 5 days with no hot water and a water heater destroying my carpet, Dumb and Dumber eventually show up to replace it. I needed to call the City to turn off the water since these two could not, my father (who's currently undergoing chemotherapy) needed to remove the old heater himself because they could not"fit it through the door", yet he was able to pull it right out. Then my father had to build a rack for the heater and drill the holes for the pipes himself (twice)! And eventually 6 hours later when the water heater has been eventually installed I needed to read these step by step directions (that were written on the side panel in front of his face) on how to light the furnace since between the two of them they could not figure it out.

Been using this business for 35 years. They will accept any job and have always been fair in cost. Thank you Bill to you and yours. Greetings in the Frost Family!

Not certain where the bad reviews come from. These men are plumbers - maybe not schooled in the art of making you feel good. They are a bit rough around the edges, but they got the work done. They quoted me a price, gave me an approximation of how long it might take, and did exactly the work. They hauled everything away and cleaned up the mess. They solved my issue . They came from a house repair man I trust and know for my plumbing requirements, and I will use them again.

This really is the worst company I have come across in my life. Communicating and their incompetence is ridiculous! They inform me that my technician is stuck in traffic in Napa and should be there within the hour, I would have been fine with that'd they phoned me and allow me to know instead of me having to call. Two hours later nobody arrives I call . This time a girl named informs me that they're finishing up another job and it's going to be about 30 mins until they are done. So clearly no-one was stuck in traffic. I am beyond annoyed now seeing as how I have wasted my whole day for them to appear waiting. So I express my frustration and she tells me that the owners will be the ones. I ask for a time she states about 30 mins. Two guys show up ten minutes afterwards, Perhaps not the owners. Then they say can't do. Now you understand why not to go to them.

Couple of months ago had a slab water pipe burst.... Finally met Bill and his team, Following a few attempts with other plumbing companies! What a relief! Bill was very educated, clarified how the problem was, and the way it needed to be repaired (as per city recommendations ). He and his team were comprehensive in getting it solved! They were capable and professional as well as being respectful of the house!

It came with a home shield protection plan when I purchased my home 15 years ago. American home shield would ship out William Ford then a couple of years back American home shield ceased using William Ford since I have had them do the following work, changed my own water heater, then replaced 3 toilets, changed out 4 hunter Douglas ceiling fans additional electrical sockets to the outside on my home and fixed a dozen or so electrical outlets in the home. The technician Billy is a hard worker and there is. I do endure by William Ford there quality of work and will and there work ethics. Thank you William Ford

THESE GUYS WERE AWESOME!!! My mom woke up into a water problem at the kitchen a couple days ago... we've been trying for days to figure out if it was the refrigerator or washer outside the garage door... finally understood the job done 10 years ago to the wall behind the refrigerator, the guy punctured a twist to the aluminum pipe! It's been leaking the walls & all of this time are mushy! My mom called about but thank God she found you guys... Mr. Ford gave her a good fair quote & eta! Alex & brian came out to the house straight away& did a great job, repairing the problem leaving us happy! WE KEPT THEIR CARD& WILL CALL THEM 1ST IF WE EVER NEED A GOOD PLUMBER AGAIN!
