I sent off an email to Eleni and Roman as we're going to leave in 2 days on Thursday, before 9 requesting a emergency visit.
He quickly diagnosed the problem (shot Disposal), gave us a quotation (he carries two different dishwasher models in his truck), and replaced the dishwasher using the high quality version we picked.
I was surprised when they allow me to know they'd schedule something for us before we left and responded.
Roman saves the day yet again!
When Roman was able to find Just after 9AM this morning I was thrilled.
The price was reasonable for an emergency telephone.
I continue to urge Roman's Plumbing to my pals. Kudos Roman!
Turns our our 15+ year old Garbage Disposal seals were shot and it was leaking, but that I was not sure that's what the problem was until after Roman's visit.
Last evening (Monday) we were beginning to unload our dishwasher in around 8:30 PM when we discovered a large quantity of water from the cabinet and on the ground under our kitchen sink.

First year when my water chief uttered. Afterward when my kitchen lines blew into a wall over Memorial Day weekend (of course). He saved my life.

When the garbage disposal was fixed I inquired if Romans' pipes does Facets that were new and they perform! The exact same day, they installed.

Once we called with a probable faulty thermocouple problem on our water heater, peter came by the next morning. A very pleasant man who had been quick to estimate and begin going on a fix. He had been respectful of our house, wearing shoe covers. Just over an hour after we have water that is hot. I appreciated them rolling up the diagnostic fee (95 per half an hour or 170 per hour) into the general final cost ($275). Having consulted with many companies, it was a bit greater than the going rate in Sonoma County, although I would have thought cost was high. It helped that our Rheem water heater was under warranty and that I got the pilot assembly part at no cost in advance.
Years could have been accomplished by the individual, but it seems the producers of modern water heaters have made it difficult to do anything but hire someone. Along with 5 stars to these men and to Peter for doing a good job. I am hoping it lasts for a while!

These people are amazing. They're very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely competent. They identified exactly what the problem was fixed it the same day. I would recommend contacting them.

We had a flow in the shower. We predicted Roman's and he came and gave us an estimate his company was active.
We then inquired about the shower head that was faulty. Roman attempted to screwed it tight but it didn't work. He order us a new one and replaced it.
Roman and William were courteous and efficient. His company is recommended by me for pipes work.
The cost was accepted by us. He also fixed the flow though the pipe was hard to reach. Wait for the Novato county inspection and they had to come back.

Jason and his apprentice Jay were respectful and cleaned up after. They were both easy and also very agreeable to communicate with. Perhaps the parts were a bit pricey, but it was worth it for wonderful customer support, professionalism and its knowledge. I'll call them for all our plumbing needs going forward.
Fixing the drain pipe required two plumbers, however, because my husband and I work during the week, Jason rearranged his schedule so he could return later in the afternoon with another plumber to replace the drain pipe. This was simply to save us from accepting off work. We decided to get more non-emergency job since he gave the moment. As time is very valuable to us without our pressing the issue, that Jason surmised it had been worth it to us to have a number of items. Jason gave a referrals for drywall and its tile job we will need to have done as a consequence of the leak to us.
Our difficulty: upstairs bath leaking through the kitchen ceiling. Yuk.
I have not written an overview on Yelp at a long time, in part because I have come to doubt the quality of reviews on Yelp.
But I must call out the superb customer support we received from Roman's Plumbing, who I predicted for their elevated Diamond Certification rating.
Jason worked with focus to diagnose two problems that were causing the problem. Tub drain pipe and worn out tile grout.

What could I say about such individuals? The pipes --Roman is that the one I obtained --and another guy whose name I can't recall, were polite and friendly and upfront and truthful about the bottom line, my cost!So here's the deal--the office is efficient. The plumbers are honest and technically sound. They came to our home and dealt w every problem we had (there were a couple!) And--Roman's is family owned and managed. I really like this company! It was money well spent, they'll always be our plumbers.

Called up Roman's plumbing based from Yelp reviews. Enjoy a terrific experience. In the start had expert and great support from the receptionist to the service man.

Most clients probably are swayed by their own professionalism and from the time the plumber arrives, they are either too intimidated to say no thanks, or are willing to pay a few hundred dollars more to save the frustration of going through it all again with a different company.
Total nonsense. Their logic will not work or makes sense of this bathroom is leaking, but 95% of the time, replacing a working bathroom with a new bathroom does not entail surprises. So I sit around waiting for the tech to get there wait 20 minutes while he measures the bathroom then prepares a quote that is hand written. I don't mind it was 3x the amount Lowes charges. They have won their client's respect if they can find that type of money. My conscience, as mentioned previously, was ethics. A ball park will be provided by many plumbers on the phone.
I had a straight bathroom replacement occupation and the office told me she had no thought and, like every job is different they offer a no obligation quote whenever they arrive, once I asked for a ballpark estimate.

To having an answer to prayer, thank you Roman, Monica, and Jason! Monica told me that when anything changes, she will call me back to schedule me, although we had been scheduled to get a week . An hour or so later, Monica calls me back and tells me that they have an opening so I would not need to wait a week outside afterall. Thankful for the support and invite you Roman for hiring people such as Jason and Monica to have everything working the way! Thankful my pipes are clogged!

Roman came over for a bid on a a kitchen sink/faucet installment. He was friendly, very personable and professional. He did a thorough inspection of our sink.

Roman's Plumbing is A + from scheduling to the job's completion. Roman came out and performed a diagnostic after hearing our worries of a water leak in our bathroom. He expertly fixed the issue and provided a referral (on request) for the final drywall repair. Scheduler on the phone listened to my description of our problems, and was knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. These guys are too notch pros. I would certainly suggest Roman's Plumbing in need of plumbing job at the Marin region.

I've used Roman's several times previously when I had sewer problems at my rental and was impressed! Last week there was a blockage in sewer line, and so I phoned them to see whether they had a tec to take a look note. Even though they could not squeeze me because of short notice and nearly after hours. The office woman or if I call her"super woman" Eleni stayed late to make telephone calls on my behalf to find someone there to fix problem, they did. Romans goes above and beyond to accommodate there past customers. Great customer support! Thank you for your help.
Once more pipes backed up and called on short notice. Staff jumped for me a tech which turned out to not be required because I have problem fixed. The team was so glad I got problem fixed because of my tenants thought that the were not those to purge line. Fast forward to 8/29/18 I received a card. You just don't get this type of service anywhere. As always highly suggested. Thank you

Monica ( who helped me every step of the way ) was amazing. She recommended Leak Detection Professional's from Petaluma to find the problem and walked me through the process. She put up a dig ticket. After the experts came out we understood it was a simple fix so we did it but I can't express the level of support she gave me and if money weren't an issue I'd have had them outside at a minute to fix the leak! Hope I don't need their service but they're the one for me if we need a plumber!

The Yelp testimonials are good, I can see. Roman's Pipes was professional, courteous, and did a superb job. They managed to diagnose and deal with a serious problem came out into the home fast, pull licenses and got the job. They went far above and beyond that which I normally would have anticipated.

Roman was wonderful! Got to my office and mended the clogged sink right away. Prompt and professional. Reasonable prices. Plus he is friendly and quite pleasant, we had a funny conversation about Sebastopol's oddly named high school. Lol!

It is always nice to get the opportunity to verify your initial impression of a business, and my impression was validated by Roman's Plumbing in stellar style! Our call to Roman's in 2015 surrounded an overflowing kitchen sink, caused by a clog at the kitchen waste pipe, and averted upstairs bathtub water not to depart as intended, and instead to flow and overwhelm the kitchen sink. Marcel had taught me if this happened again, to alleviate the buildup in the kitchen pipes, and thankfully I had that knowledge the April when the kitchen sink exhibited an epic clog. One call to Roman's had us about the calendar 4 days but that was not an inconvenience because of the advice I had from Marcel in the previous time. Thinking that the clog was associated, Roman's researched without charge and discovered suspension straps that were busted for your kitchen waste line, causing it to melt down and construct up. That I left a check; the work amount exceeded the check amount, therefore Roman's called back to get a follow-up payment; no biggie, but the Roman's group generated an estimated price, although I needed to leave the premises during the job. The home looked perfect when I returned and the plumbing functions flawlessly anticipated. The team abandoned me pics of the before and after work, and the entire process was efficient, timely, and painless. I'd just be repeating myself if I said"5 stars" again, so let's go together with 6! There is nobody else to call!
Seems like I am joining the club score Roman's Plumbing in 5 stars. There's not a single criticism or suggestion I can offer; as every member of their staff is professional, efficient, courteous, capable, and expedient, Roman's deserves all of the 5-star ratings. They are fair-priced; my technician (Marcel) handled my home like it was his very own and the job was completed right the first time. You get the point, although I really could go on and on! Roman's is to get sure our plumbing support that is exclusive.
