We had another escape, and that I did not hesitate to call Scott and Ryan . Our home is back to normal. These men are on time, reliable,and have a great team. They have a good sense of humor and try to get to know you. That's a plus with me!

These guys were horrible. Scott is not trusted by keep. They were condescending rude and that I had to have another company come out to fix their work. He (Scott) is making false claims about bogus Yelp reviews. Super shady.

Came out to the garage one morning and found us sloshing. The laundry room floor was very warm so we suspected a burst pipe below the laundry room We phoned Slab Leaks plus and Ryan came out and gave us a fair proposal to wash out and reroute our water line from the water heater to our sink in the laundry room.
He designed a reroute that required two openings in our drywall!
They repaired our drywall and retextured our walls professionally so you cannot even observe it had been repaired.
If another pipe bursts we are extremely satisfied with their service and will use them again.

Don't use this organization. People like this man don't deserve to receive any business from anyone. There are much better people on the planet.
This was. I tried to explain my situation and just was asking for someone to come out to get a quote. Scott, the owner, told me he did not need to find someone else and the job and merely ignored me like I was a idiot.

Slab Leaks plus came out on quite short notice, setup work and then did a wonderful job not only problem solving on our difficult leak, but also discovering a couple conditions that could give rise to future issues. They were able put in a garbage disposal per request and to repair the plumbing difficulties that are further. Ryan and Dennis were not only skilled and knowledgeable, but they were also courtious and individual to get this job done each day. Well done, highly recommended.

We needed a high water bill and still have had an high water bill be attributed to a leak had the spa escape repaired. Slab Leak Plus was called by me, Ryan came out the following day and carefully checked every supply of water. We did not have a slab escape, but a bad stress valve for our hot water system and were lucky. He repaired it, cleaned up and then made a proposal for a quick fix I could do myself (replacing a timer onto the water heater to extend it's life).

Our very first plumbing service charged us an arm and leg to find the flow (2 hours to find a flow ). It was fixed by them , but leaked and wanted to fees us. Our next plumber was fine, but overcharged uswas not licensed and did a job in fixing the drywall. Scott is most direct of this group and the gruffest but he is in locating leaks, quite systematic. He discovered the leak and that I paid him. In addition, he gave me on what it would cost to re-pipe the water line, a fair quote. Scott's job is honest, great and straightforward. Ryan and scott have a heart of gold and will go beyond their call of duty to assist the client. Thank you!

About price, I called for asked price for them all come out. The answer was free unless they need use their instrument to check. On the 3rd appointment, Ryan came tested water pressure, place a meter(a palm size) on the ground and unscrew the bottom cover of dishwasher. He discovered water was discharged out from dishwasher. He said he isn't positive if the wall behind dish washer has mould but he didn't bother to pull out the dishwasher to check. 15-20 minutes might be spent by him. The fee was $250. I felt that was too high. But I took it as a lesson that is challenging and did not want to assert. I had been wondering what was"totally free" significance? Who would get free of charge? Not recommend utilize this company. Suggest more query is asked by you when you ask price.
Really do not feel great. The scheduling was so messed up. On the initial appointment when Scott called me I did not pick on his call as I had been on the phone. I called back two minutes afterwards, he said because I did not answer his call instantly he had been on the way to the other job. Then we made a new appointment about the phone at next week. On appointment period, I came downstairs with my buttocks due to my operation. He didn't showed up at the time window (which was two hours). Following two and a half hours, I called and secretary informed me there was no appointment set for me personally. I left third appointment for few days with Ryan.

These guys are top notch. I had a slab leak, which came from 2 water pipes and they had been the exact day to investigate, followed by a complete reroute of two plumbing that the subsequent day. Fantastic guys! They went above and beyond! They fixed a leaking faucet without even cite it or charge for it, they're extremely professional they ended on time and didn't overcharged me and it's been a few months now and no difficulty what the water pressure is perfect ( better than previously ) And wall batching matched the pattern dries! The testimonials about Scott being impolite are unfortunately true. 1 evening, called after hours, as we noticed pools of water and baseboards buckled suddenly. He asked me when I was sure it wasn't just water out of the shower. I confirmed that it was not leaking out of the shower. Then he asked me if I was certain, and yet another time with"would you confident"?? The conversation lasted with this kind of attitude and that I really could not believe it. Given their name is"Slab Leaks Plus" AND they provide 24/7 service, you think he would be more helpful for people that could have an emergency leak situation. He did not have to pick up the telephone when he wasn't in the mood to deal with customers, although I'm sure people have off days.

I called Slack Leaks if my garage flooring was a slab escape once I was not sure. Scott reassured me everything will be ok and helped me on the telephone on a Saturday night. He showed on Monday, did his support and we schedule a reroute for Wednesday. Everything has been done economically and very easily. Very trust excellent work. Throughout the testing, I didn't follow instructions carefully and he arrived back immediately to help solve everything. Highly recommend him because of his care, service and quality!

They left everything really clean and were very courteous. A bonus has been their ability to do the drywall work (an extra $200) instead of having to find somebody else on my own.
Ryan quoted the re-route at $1800. We were given two choices by him and ended up being able to do rather than tearing up walls and ceilings. The hassle of drywall repair and painting were minimal. So my wife and I could understand the way the home was run through by the plumbing they explained the design of most our pipes.

We made an appointment for the following Tuesday. Scott capped it, located the flow and came . He outlined a plan to repair the issue. Inform us a price up front. Scott and his staff worked for two days, running pipe, cutting drywall and finally emptying and texturing the drywall. Behind the refrigerator, which he substituted at no price a valve was found by Scott during this procedure. I must add, I had been out of town on business. Scott called twice to keep me informed on any new improvements and the progress.

After we agreed on a price there was any endeavor to charge additional or no nickle and diming. They did everything they promised plus took care of some extras at no charge.
