Do not dismiss your pressure regulator-it neglected on our home when we out of town caused a flooding and $70k damage indoors. Insurance insured.
Customer service, on time, had all parts on the truck. When Kel came we showed him what we had fixed, he must work, given a quote and made a few suggestions. Couldn't be happier with PAWS service and communication. Work was done correctly - issues solved. (Replaced pressure regulator and two leaky hose bibs $550, parts and labor). Kel is great in his job-knows what he's doing and is a great problem solver.
I'd plumber after plumber because my toilet wasn't flushing and one man even said it's because you're flushing toilet paper...
It had been repaired... it was cheap... it was wonderful!
They informed my reason, what the solution was, and how much when I got to PAWS.

My water heater stopped working late last night so I reached out to see if I could schedule some thing. I awakened and there was a reply there stating they could be here by 8am. The technician (Keith) showed up on time and was friendly and courteous and answered some questions I had. Even before noon, he had been done including that time although he had to undergo a fresh water heater to install. They did a great job and I'd recommend them to anyone.
It is important to me to support family owned and managed businesses as you'll see from my other reviews. Paw pipes is merely that. The standard of the employees and the proprietor, the response time is second to none at a field connected with the contrary. In addition, the commitment to animals is a added bonus. We've use their our apartments, for our house and referred them. Could not imply them enough. Thank you jack and Brett.
Had a Fantastic Encounter with Kell and Paws. I had a leaky faucet valve also had to leave work early to meet with a plumber from a different organization and he cancelled at the last moment. I called they and Paws had Kell outside to repair my valve at 20 min! He was quick and professional and the pricing was just what I expected to cover. I would definitely use them again.

Had a drain supporting my washing machine. These guys showed up in under 2 hours and were quick to react. Robert came and he is awesome. Knowledgeable, quick and friendly. Prices were very competitive. I will be using Paws for my plumbing needs going forward and requesting Robert!
Expertise was great from begin to finish! Haley was a doll having the replacement for my water pressure regulator. She said she would handle all the paperwork for me personally and advised me in the city of this rebate. Keith was professional, on time and explained me everything completely. He and his assistant were efficient and courteous. Before any other company for all my upcoming plumbing requirements Paws will be turned to by me.
Very satisfied with the work of Kel. He's very polite and incredibly thorough. He managed to answer all of my queries and said to me the issues. Plumbing issues are not enjoyable particularly in a high rise building in which you run the dangers of damaging components attached to a unit. I am happy I moved with Paw's Plumbing. What looked like a leak led to a major work. Not what I needed but glad I hired a professional.
Had an appointment from 12-2. At 12:30 they predicted saying the tech finished up in 15 minutes and will probably be on his way. At two I predicted and the tech was still on the previous occupation and not sure if he was going to finish today. Then they wanted to reschedule once I had been waiting for two hours and me calling not them. Don't use them.
Kell did a great job replacing the drain lines under the kitchen sink in our lease. Price was as expected. Problem was solved in 24 hours from first phone call to finish.

We had been having difficulties with our sexy water/pressure. Reached out to them, gave them our availability and they came knocking just at the time given (they even texted us 30 mins before arrival!) . Kel R. Came and diagnosed the matter and solved our problem immediately. He respected our house by putting on shoe covers each time he arrived in and outside (yes, I noticed haha). Gave us great recommendations. Very happy and highly suggested.

Using their 100' long camera found roots in my buildings clogged main drain. Pulled sent in an auger to cut the roots. The camera that is sent back to inspect pipe for damage or any rust. Pipe was in good shape. Dropped in root kill to prevent roots from returning for 1 year.
Fantastic Company that I would recommend.

Don kicked butt. He sweat and getting dirty tearing substantial roots drain pipe. I imagine a few technicians could have ran away. Really wonderful guy!
