I'm sharing my critique as the lead staff of a company. We had a heating and air system that was a nightmare--never working or if it did with waterfalls of dripping on a normal basis. It was becoming hard to concentrate and keep workers happy when offices cracked past 85 degrees or needing ceiling tiles replaced because of leaks.
The tone was set on top using Gabriel Carini although the whole group was receptive. Customer support and understanding of job needs came first. We were able to revamp our whole HVAC system and update various operational requirements with clear communication ease and ahead-of-schedule completion. We have a system that provides.

All I will say is I've never dealt with a more professional, friendly and efficient firm. They advised me in my air conditioning requirements, we scheduled installment day AND guess what....they did what they said they're planning to do, if they said they were planning to take action.

Because of my interaction with Carlos, Carini currently has a customer for life and I'll be calling them next month to help with the water heater and getting a new air system. :)
This time I had opened the door and found everything inside was wet so was the major hint and it fixed it up.
This company is called to by first time and they were able to accommodate me on short notice before the sexy weekend.
He showed me that this business cares about their customers. It is the kind of service I remember from when I was a child when service was more personalized than it is now.
The Air Conditioner's thermostat wasn't getting power and went dark. Carlos took care of it and when it went dark again a couple days later, he stopped by to double check - turns out the safety valve was turning it off because of too much condensation - what was dry the very first day Carlos came by so there wasn't any clue what had turned caused the problem.

Wife & I recently needed a total house remodel controlled by Marrokal Design & Remodeling (separate review). I was very impressed with contractors and all suppliers . Carini Heating & Air was the company for heating and AC of Marrokal. Carini tech Jason visited our work website and provided cost estimates. As this supplies two-stage furnace and AC system that works with Nest Thermostat, wife & I picked Better. Installation was good but not perfect. We asked Carini visit to check some minor troubles upon moving back into our house. Carini staff was receptive and courteous. A to Carini tech Jesse who travelled out of the way were adjusted as needed to provide operation!

Carini Cares for its Clients! John spent more than an hour going over all aspects of putting in duct system and a brand new heat pump. Diego and Brandon spent hours for 2 days in a attic, installing substances and eliminating and rebuilding our duct system. They were very young men that made sure everything was cleaned up after each day's work. Anthony came out and fine tuned the setup, and we were good to go! We are glad that we choose this family owned firm. The price was fair and the quality of work has been top-notch!

Awesome customer service! We've been utilizing Carini Heating and Heating for years. Over time we have had them perform reviews during escrows when we sold a house or bought. We've had them fix plumbing issues we had with reaction times. They both have insulated our heater and air conditioners and we've also had new equipment set up together. I suggest Carini Heating and Air, good service starts with people that are good and everybody is glad that works there! Fantastic job guys!

I had mini split heating & air components installed in my house lately by the fantastic, family owned, local company, Carini Heating, Air and Plumbing.
I chose them and had done some research through the years. Eventually , I couldn't be more happy with all stages of the process and had the time and resources to get the business completed. The installation engineer, Jesse, Anthony, jason and their crew did an outstanding, professional occupation, begin to finish and good customer support. Our family, including cat and the dog, are enjoying the Mitsubishi system which keeps our house at an ideal temperature quietly and efficiently. Thank you Team Carini

Had to downgrade my earlier 5 star review. The city installment license was got by carini for our platform, though, a city inspector failed the install. That was some weeks past. Have written to see so the system will pass a re-inspection if repairs are covered by our 12 year warranty.

Carlos was called by an HVAC Technician from Carini efficiently, effectively, and properly diagnosed the root cause of my own AC issue. I'll return to Carini for future HVAC requirements. Thanks Carlos

Repaired fill valve in bathroom for my VERY expensive and they add a'diagnostic fee'. No itemized bill with labour and parts, just a huge one! $334 for a fix and also a part that is $15.

Three decades back, our HVAC system was installed by Carini. I couldn't have been pleased and impressed with the pricing and quality of their job. I had special requirements to get an"always hot", glass filled, west facing area. That room stays cool with the customized duct work of Carini.
Leo, the plumbing support supervisor at Carini Heating Air and Plumbing, repaired and quite quickly diagnosed a bad flow that had bombarded the floor below the kitchen sink. I called Carini at 4:00pm. They fit me prior to the close of the day. The fee was very reasonable also.

My experience with Carini was excellent. I asked them to come out, assess my home. Jake came out the next morning. The process was smooth and Jake shared the information so as to make an informed decision, I would want. No cheesy sales pitch, no obligation, only pertinent information, simple and easy to understand quote. They guarantee that the equipment and work for 12 decades. Try finding that anywhere else. I chose right away and they obtained the install completed. . Carini sent two teams so they can install a single team and the mini hinges system to run proper electric to the device. The 4 Men who were here worked together to do clean and quick installation, an expert. Their workers were professional, prompt, considerate and had a passion for what they did. This is a business which has the maximum score from Maintenance of the equipment and Mitsubishi for installation. I am quite please with this transaction.

Called about support on my own Goodman and installation period after asking if they serviced Julian, and appt. She said Julian and gave me the date. We I do not believe we support there. I thought you said Jamul. Not helpful.

We had 5 firms give a proposition and needed a new HVAC system. We picked Carini for a number of reasons. Their sales adviser was an installer-he was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and what didn't. He did not bad mouth his competition and was responsive to our questions. The installation techs were courteous and professional and kept a job clean! The day I arrived home from work, I thought because the home didn't have just one piece of insulating material on the 28, they didn't come and they had demo had the loft heater and 11 runs that afternoon. Their price was honest and clear. They require us to negotiate down from there and didn't begin at 50 percent more than the market. We're very happy with workmanship, the components and business.

When firms sell special offers pull the bait and switch, it really disturbs me. Advertisements are running all over local TV stations with an offer to clean any drain for $35 dollars. The advertisement shows a technician with an laptop available displaying a picture of a cleared drain out of a drain / pipe camera in an outside patio space.
I think this is misleading although in smaller print it will say Some Restrictions Apply.
Guess what? Outdoor drains are 79. To mepersonally, this is misleading. If the special covers indoor drains for $35, then they should have completed the commercial at kitchen or a bathroom.

I predicted Carini on note needing to get a couple of things. Were they able to adapt and come out the next day but the tech, Carlos, managed to look after everything and did a fantastic job. He was friendly professional and educated. Overall I would use them again and highly recommend them.

We had our kitchen countertops backing up, saw the commercial advertisements that the $39 drain wash and called Carini, they had a plumber (Javier) out within 45 minutes, that he had been very professional, utilized the electrical snake at the cleanout beneath our kitchen window cleaning toward the road... Fixed it immediately, no upselling (thank you) and was out within a half an hour. Professional and honest, I will call them again and recommend to my friends and acquaintances. The price was pretty expensive but I'm financing more than with monthly payments and reduced interest.
Markus, the company rep arrived into my 1200 sq ft condo and explained the hi tech multi split options in addition to more common furnace and ac installations. He was very professional and considerate.
Another interesting part of installation is a company known as Our Green comes to your home measure environmental output of recently installed units and to inspect installation. . .pretty trendy to live in California.
I proceeded to Oceanside 2 decades ago from SF Bay Area.
The results are great and I want to research manual to get the most advantage in the wi fi allowed thermostat which can be controlled by an program in your phone to be turned in an off to maintain perfect temperature in any time, very trendy! My attic is really small and cramped I didn't get a fantastic photo of furnace.
I saw a commercial for Carini on television and it looked like ac and a modern technology Savy heating company.

Both technicians were quite professional and knowledgeable. The job involved lots of manual labour heavy lifting and a comprehension.
I purchased a Condo.
Two days after consult with the installation technicians, Migel and Hkik arrived on time and Ike was working high hot attic on furnace and Migel was on installing AC unit.
Because I had the ducting we decided to go with more traditional furnace replacement in attic and Aircondioning unit in terrace area.
It had lots of updating.

Ricardo came out that morning to do the camera review. After he did it he showed me the of my drains as he went along explaining things. Like Javier, he was considerate, professional and understood what he was doing. Thank you Carini for people that are good.
Camera drain pipe and Affordable Drain Cleaning check. $79 charged do a free camera inspection of my drain pipes and to clean the drain. Various companies desired just to do the camera review. I called on a Tuesday and they advised someone to come out on Wednesday morning. Javier came out Wednesday morning before he arrived he phoned me and my tenant, as I'd asked, to let us know he had been on his way. Javier was considerate, professional and understood what he was doing (6 years experience). He went above and beyond to make sure the drain ran good and really took his time. And he left his job place very clean. Kudos for you Javier. You were the best. To me he had been among the very few people who wishes to do a great job as they take personal pride in their job because it is important to themselves.
