He was very understanding I suggest Benjamin to any homeowner and knew he had to look after the issue fast and most of all of the price was right so I will use their solutions later on also recommend Air and Express Plumbing Heating.

We've got an protracted home warranty and they set up us with state pipes, heating and atmosphere. It did take a week to find an appointment and another week for components but.... Support was superb, After everything came!
Obviously our AC broke during the week of the summer! Living in Murrieta the summer months are no joke!

I want to take out some time to express gratitude for quick actions and the excellent customer service Gustavo, by support tech. He was discharged to my Lake Elsinore home via Fidelity Home Warranty for fix of a water heater pipe on June 27th. I'd asked a second opinion due to a previous plumber out of"Rocket Man Plumbing" telling me it would cost ~2k to complete the repair due to electrolysis, which would also need an electrician. When I requested the prior plumber to get an"official pipes report" of the cost evaluation, they dragged their feet and never got around to it. When Gustavo arrived, I gave history and the details of the problem to him and he managed to quickly and correctly evaluate the issue and fix the pipe. He did not need to postpone anything ask for assistance, he had all the materials required (Blow Torch, New Piping Material, Electric Saw) in his automobile and the educational knowledge to complete the repair on site! This was a complete difference between the unethical and idle interactions I had with the plumber smh, out of Rocket Man. This is my second time working with Gustavo. The very first time he was so fast at completing the fix I did not believe he had actually did it until I checked, lol. The work of gustavo deserves recognition that is positive from your executive administration and reveals the title of your business. If I shall have any additional future plumbing fixes for my Lake Elsinore home, I'll be making a specific request from Fidelity to dispatch Express Plumbing and more importantly, that Express Plumbing sends"that the" service tech Gustavo. Meanwhile, there was a flow that sprouted in the washer that traveled down to my lower floor. Even Mark came over and cared for it.
To start with, not only were they able to work around my busy schedule, but Mark came on time and called when he was on his way. He spent an hour and a half, and got right to work After he came. He eventually found the fix and advised another opportunity to wash the hoses out completely.
Following a ton of builders, Mark from Express Plumbing Heating and Air proved to be a breath of fresh air. After 4 builders were known my washer I was referred to the company from my warranty company and either made more of a wreck or completely neglected to show up. Honestly, I had fairly low expectations!

Client Service was horrible!
The problem wasn't fixed during the visit and obtaining another appointment was nearly impossible. The girl was not helpful and rude . Perhaps a lesson in customer service could be beneficial.

I really don't understand what kind of reviews you compensated for to buy 4-stars on google but service for this corporation ought to be zero. No work 1st day plumber comes out and does , re-scheduled only not to appear and said will be at our place first thing in the morning the next day. Still a no show day. Rationale for 1st no show was"something came up". We take some time off work to stay home to be able to make appointments and for somebody to NOT appear for two days straight has done nothing but waste our time. I believe that you are going to have a better chance of getting the cable guy show up and on time.

So impressed! Honest firm that is competent. Showed up once they stated they would, known as when they said they would, showed up on time later calling to say they would be a little late (given it was absolutely POURING RAIN that day). Allowing them to cancel because it had been raining cats and cats but they showed up, did the work immediately and did it right.

I have to say Gustavo amazed me, he came in and did a quick assessment, told me what was wrong and jumped directly to work, and today my toilet does not rock any longer.

The kind lady did phone the day before to notify us that the"Techs" will be on site to do their inspection; they did not appear on the scheduled day, didn't call to notify they weren't likely to continue to keep their appointment, didn't relay any communication'til 5 days afterwards via e-mail they had unforeseen conditions and apologized.
This was not the case, although I'm sure others like myself had to take the time off from work to accommodate their schedule, I would expect that the courtesy and professionalism of a telephone call.

I'm a marriage HVAC foreman and this company was contracted to do a review of my rental unit.
I would use words but I can sum it up in a single.

The thing impressed me received a courtesy call from our plumber Carlos that is delegated. I had been on a telephone and couldn't pick up, however, he introduced himself, gave me an ETA AND his place. (I had originally been annoyed at being given a 4-hour appointment window of 10-2, however, he called about 10:30 so it wasn't too long of a delay )
Carlos did a FANTASTIC job in both being an exemplary employee for his company along with fixing my pipes issue, although it normally takes a lot to impress me! I will give this company my business again if I end up having any more plumbing issues or heating/AC!
He immediately recognized the issue, worked quickly and respectfully, and thoroughly explained what the problem was what he didn't fix it (in lamens terms for me)! He also explained why it occurred and let me know what to keep an eye out for later on. This is!

Sometimes it's the small things that can make the greatest difference- his telephone was professional and considerate it actually created a wonderful impression ! Only moving into an older house a few months ago I have had to deal with many people however this was the first time anyone took the opportunity to make a call like that!
They service other regions outside of the SD region, although the company is based out of San Diego. We are living in Diamond Bar & they could come out the following day (which was great considering they got the call from the day ).

& considerate when Carlos arrived that he had been professional, friendly! He was also the first person to ask if he must take off his shoes before coming into my house ~ whaaattt???!!! I was blown away by his gesture!

I called air and Express heating on a tuesday and they were nice enough to come out on the 4th of July. Technician Akram showed up in time and known as about the way. Was very polite and professional. Spent about 20 minutes about the a/c unit and diagnosed there was a wiring problem on the controller board. Tested it and everything works now. Really appreciate Akrams knowledge and professionalism.

Mark was an excellent and beneficial tech! He moved out of his way to make sure the job was done. He was also very patient and taught me a few tricks along the way. Really nice man! Highly recommend.

Mark is the man at Express in this Homeowners opinion!! He was my tech to repair my water heater. . That wasn't taken care of by the previous owners and was out dated. . From initial introduction to the issue's conclusion. He has been punctually adapting professional, and amazing. I believe when you find which it's rare on the planet and in service. . Tech was fine, but clueless. He explained the clog in my sewer line was not possible to fix without excavation (around $3,000).
Found another plumber on yelp who dislodged the clog in under 10 minutes for $150!!!

We contacted them . Ryan misdiagnosed as non-functioning our new Nest thermostat (we ended up with the issue fixed by somebody else). This business deserves another chance. The owner contacted me personally to apologize for Ryan' s work and informed me he wasn't working for them. I will give them another chance.

I was referred to them by our home warranty business. An appraisal was created by express Plumbing in our Riverside home after I'd called, arranged the parts we needed to replace our gas dryer also the part for the water heater, along with connection. Adrian was amazing, and you need to ask for him by name if you want a great service person. He was educated and made the repairs fast. The best experience that I have ever had with home repairs.

The experience has been less than stellar. Our water heater has been having problems for the last two months. Finally got the issue to remain for a time period that we could have state come out. They recommended a new water heater and came outside but it has been nine days and required 4 days of messages and calls to make them submit a report. Finally got in touch with them to submit a report but we can't get the new water tank because the technician didn't acquire the necessary information to acquire the pieces or to estimate the replacement authorized. I have to be home for a 4 hour window that is second as the technician isn't in my area this week besides one time I can't make and they have limited accessibility. It should not be so heater.
We are using a house warranty and also have had two experiences with this business. The first went fine. They sent some out one determined that was in case the fact, called and obtained authorization for the replacement immediately, but didn't have any available to substitute so we had to make another appointment. They had been great with the appointment because the technician had the dispatch call me to let me know they had been running late and to provide a window.

Living with a husband at the hospital and water with 2 babies is very hard, But this people made it happen for me! Where do I begin? From the receptionist? Who worked along with my tough schedule ? I chose Express and I could not have been more happy. Following Roto Rooter said I'd require a costly and complete toilet replacement, mark came out and made fast work of the problem. He arrived in, left that which and his fixes was put inside the hour. Cost was super great too. I couldn't be more happy with the work. Highly recommend. Make sure that you request Mark!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. I have AHS Home Warranty. My water bill had tripled and I could hear water flowing. This is the next firm because the first one said I had a slab leak even though they had no leak detection equipment AHS sent. Thus, Express sent out someone. I showed him an irrigation valve outside in my own backyard two stairs bathrooms that share a wall and 3 areas where water was being heard by me. The technician determined that the leak was in both bathrooms. He told me he'll recommend rerouting the plumbing (which my warranty does not cover). It took him to return to AHS together with his account and the requested follow-up answers AHS needed to authorize the job.
I advised AHS since it made no sense it was in two bathrooms that discuss a wall facing both showers, I had been uneasy with his diagnosis. He did not pinpoint if it was a hot or cold line which is critical if you're going to reroute the lines, to be aware of. I wanted a second opinion. I'm happy I did. I called a leak detection business and that technician found the leak was that irrigation line in my yard. Imagine if we did cover to reroute of those lines! The leak would have not been fixed, along with my water bill would nevertheless be high. Also are almost impolite. And, they also don't assess their messages.

Isaiah reached out the following day and we went across the deadline. He sent someone (Chris) to repair the problem at my earliest convenience and that he got it completed with no issues. Wish this could've happened but that is life. They recovered from an unfortunate & perplexing circumstance. I must state Isaiah 2nd plumber Chris handled things good. Thanks to them solved.
