Hired a good plumber. Responsive personable but most significantly he got the job done at a really reasonable price. Don't hesitate to place him .
The Ugly:

Bill continues to provide fair quality, and honest work. After a recent earthquake, he helped us replace pipes which had cracked and diagnose a water pressure problem. Very happy; might recommend to others.

This is the second time Bill has helped me outside and on both occasions he did an outstanding job! The very first time was an emergency situation when a pipe burst on the Eve of New Year. Bill helped us triage the circumstance, responded right away, and was outside the following day repairing our primary water line. The pipes was replaced by the second time around Bill in our 1920 house. Four days of four hours and work! It was astonishing. Bill also discovered the sewers line was busted. He replaced that as well and saved us from bug situation and an expected stinky mess. The water heater was also replaced by him and then moved it. Fast, honest, and super honest. As a homeowner, I can't emphasize enough how fantastic it feels to have found such a wonderful plumber. Thank you Bill! You are definitely one in a million!

. .at 11, he texted to say they'd wrap up and be as soon as possible... 3 hours later (after getting no additional update) I inquired as to when they were coming or not... no response. . .what an ASS!
You will be flaked on by this man. . .even knowing you and knowing you've taken off from work to have work done have inspection scheduled for the day. . .our work had been scheduled ahead but took a back seat.

William was predicted by us on a Sunday AM to get a escape and he also came over in 2 hours. He managed to stop the escape and made the needed repairs together with the parts he needed on his own truck. We are extremely impressed with the standard of his job and follow up.

We have had great adventures! He was considerate, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. We hired shower head, and to mend two bath toilets our homes in both. He came in a timely manner, evaluated the issues, ordered the components from Kohler fixed the toilets. He adjusted the bathroom pump to function as water efficient to save on our water bill! That is our second time using Mr. Thomas' plumbing services and we recommend him!

We have used the services of Bill on and off as needed for over a year now, gas line issues, from pipes issues, and water heater setup. He is always dependable and quick to reply. He operates tirelessly and contains answered our needs on holidays even. We continue to rely on him. Prices are reasonable and just. Really professional. Very considerate!

First thing Bill this is an wonderful guy and gets the job done! It was Christmas eve a few days ago me and my buddy had been cleaning up our home for Christmas day festivities with family and friends. Just so happens our pipe at the toilet suddenly exploded sending water gushing everywhere (A spectacle out of the films ). We panic! Running around like chickens with our heads cut off! We're both trying to find a way to generate the water quit. I eventually find the main water valve (approximately 20 mins after ) by then the toilet is flooded and water is everywhere. We predicted plumbers none of whom could make the call. (Christmas eve) We flag down Bill here because he remains several houses down from us. We caught him just as he's leaving with his family for Christmas eve dinner. He briefly fixes it and comes to our home and puts his plans on hold. Tells us he will return in a few days. He made like he explained, good on his promise came back everything. Fast and efficient! Great pricing as well! This guy works miracles! He's a wonder man! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! You are the guy if you are reading this Bill! Thank you!

Had water leaking into the bathroom wall about to burst. Bill managed to solve the matter very quickly. Which saved me time and money, had it worsened. Great residential and business plumber. He's professional and extremely experienced. If you're in need of a plumbing, hydro-jet issue or restaurant issue, he's the go to man! Definitely pleased. I really don't trust all the plumbing at our residence to anybody else.

Not sure where to start but the support and experience were beyond what I expected. I dreaded calling a plumber fearing it'd be super expensive and Need to go through several plumbers to Locate a good one (and Need to pay individuals twice for the Identical work)
Not he had been an expert and professional. He kept me informed with each bit of work that needed to be done and what it would take to repair it and diagnosed the issue.
It's been several months now and everything's been working fine, since he's been here even just a odor has gone away.
1 thing I have learned in life is just because somebody does something or works somewhere, it doesn't mean they know what they're doing but Bill was the real deal. If you're looking for a plumber that is the guy.

Bill is a difficult working, slow, diligent, plumber. We had some problems with our pipes using a clog at our line and he responded. He worked long hours and also fixed the issue. While working in the house he was clean and friendly! He also explained why we were having troubles and gave us ideas/solutions for how to prevent problems and complications.

Us billed $630 more than what he anticipated the job will cost. Frankly I do not really care that much about the money. I operate on the street and my wife had been dealing with Bill. He seemed crazy to have to deal with a girls instead of a guy. I was quite disappointed.

He was recommended by a neighbor. Quite happy with himwill definitely give him a call next time instead of relying on these big name areas we need plumbing work. He was polite, went beyond expectations, billed fairly, and even came back to test something we weren't sure about (turned out the issue wasn't anything he did, it was electrical) After he was done, even mopped the floor for 14, he cleaned up. :-RRB- He recommended an electrician for our electrical issue, and his recommend was good.

Invoice Has Been used several times by me over the previous few years. I can honestly say as long as he is I will not be calling anyone. Each time my wife and I call and he does not get a chance to answer he calls up as soon as he can. We have called bill on a Sunday afternoon, even on fathers day and Saturday and that he had been always in our services. I honestly cant say enough about him. Quite knowledgeable on his occupation. From back-ups to shower fittings. He has went out of his way one time to head to another city that had an old fixture we brought us it the next morning and needed. His rates have been EXCELLENT (a lot less than what you will pay for on big series business's ) and you frankly don't have to deal with paying or appointments for one for that issue. I shall Recommend him to ANYONE that's in a squeeze and I've referred him to people and requires a good plumber! The man calls you to see if everything is functioning as it should. Thing is that he is a Veteran owned small business so it does not take much for me to get behind someone like that.
