The price for the visit of today was very affordable. We had been so glad and relieved that lunchtime solved the difficulty. We will surely keep their number and will call them again for any pipes issues we have where we live since they're in Pasadena. From other posts, it looks like water heater issues are also dealt with by them.
F&M was called by me, and I love they have a 24 hour answering services. I managed to talk to a person who passed it along and took a description of my situation down. Kevin managed to fulfill us and called me back within half an hour. He was courteous and professional and figured out that the problem right away. He also called his colleague Jose to bring over a large snake. They taped runners down to guard our carpeting, then ran the snake under the restroom through the pipes, and then they did the same with all the shower drain. Each of the water cleared, and they even helped us clean up the gunk in the shower and gave me a bottle of disinfectant that after I did a cleaning, I could use to spray the shower.
Before Kevin left, he gave us recommendations on next steps for identifying or installing a clean-out to our house in order that if this happened again, the water would not back up into our bathroom again.

Today Jose and kevin stored us! At 5:30am this morning, my husband woke me to let me understand there was a bathroom leak in the basement of our brand new home. Water was coming out from the bottom of the bathroom and stuff was coming up the shower drain as well. He needed help personally, although he was mopping up water hoping to not wake me. As I could I moved Yelp and called as many 24/7 plumbers. Many did not respond, since it was early in the morning, or did not have availability until later in the day. I wanted.

We've had some issues with our shower and toilet backing up. F&M have come out several times to try and fix the issue. The office staff can be useful, however, the technicians do not communicate well, do not clean up after themselves, or let you know when they're coming or going. I feel as if they half-assed and hurried throughout the job, as all they do is snake it, that is only a band-aid. I received a second opinion from Courtesy Plumbing, and they have been fantastic! He resealed the toilet, to stop the leaking! The technician brought his very own towels, so that I would not have to use the wet floor to clean up. He explained everything completely and properly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He took the time to be certain everything was functioning. I wouldn't suggest F&M, after my experience .

There was a leak called the business for emergency plumbing services and between the walls of townhouse. Mike has his staff were very methodical and professional in specifying their Ieak's source. I was upgraded every step of the way in what happened with the leak and repairing the valve that caused it. Will replicate later on.

Following the replacement, I discovered that I was not getting great water flow in of my residence. As my home had old pipes which got some debris blocked in the pipes if the water was shut off then switched back on, mike came back and back flushed the faucets.

I'd my water heater that is old is replaced by F&M and they did a great job. They were punctual, professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. My earthquake safety brace was not installed clean prior, and they took it upon themselves to clean up that install.

Every now and again someone goes far over the call of the duty that it is worth every time although I really don't write a great deal of reviews on Yelp. F&M are those individuals. Three months ago they were phoned by us . That day, they fixed it. That alone should merit them a 5 star prepared. Fantastic people. Fantastic support. But three months later the shower started leaking. They came back, the same day we fixed it and called. No cost. No quibbling. Nothing. These people today stand by their job. And that's why I am writing this review. Thank you.

Our condominium HOA prefers F&M pipes as they know the in's and out's of our plumbing lines that are complex. Minus the frustration in organizing and communication of scheduling, I had been satisfied with the conclusion and service of work. Juan, Jesus, and Kevin (their supervisor) were great! They replaced my kitchen primary drain line and washed out. The horizontal line was replaced in the garage along with the vertical line hydro-jetted on Saturday morning after finding 20 ft + of total congestion with years of buildup. Feels cathartic and so refreshing seeing clean water that is free-flowing !

JOSE is the main reason I am giving F&M 5 stars. He was friendly, helpful and professional.
We had a pipe burst Sunday evening although I called F&M and the person I spoke to was not the funniest, but said he had page somebody who'd call me . He also made a point of stating they would be able to turn our water valve away and that we would probably have to call someone to fix the pipe the day. For us, JOSE was at the home within an hour and phoned back. The main valve turned off and was able to correct the pipe and flow.

My hot water heater had eventually gone out and I had been without hot water in my house for days. I called plumbing companies that were different for replacing my hot water heater and did not find any that I liked. F&M Plumbing was discovered by me and I really liked price and the advice . The plumber who came to my house was very considerate and was able to replace my water heater. Jose also made sure to let me understand what to do if I needed to replace anything linked to the brand new water heater in the long run. I would recommend F&M and Jose Plumbing to anybody who desires their hot water heater replaced.

I have utilized F&M Plumbing for more than decades! They are moderately priced, do work and have been extremely responsive. Ray and mike are knowledgeable about the best method and also repairs to evaluate/tackle a problem. I wouldn't trust anyone else to touch my residence.
