At last I find a person to install for $1,300 because when their not your unit guarantee is for not, plus they are certified! So that comes to $3,475. So tell me 3,475 vs $9,000 is that a WOW moment or what! Do your own research!

I had a house fire. For the ones that have experienced an event like this you understand how stressful it can be. Throughout Demo I had my furnace and water heater eliminated with notice. Not having an overall contractor yet I called company's to get service. I explained my situation and no one was ready to help on short notice and cost a rate that was reasonable to eliminate a water heater and furnace. Keeping in mind I have gas, no water, or electricity. An easy Job. I called Anderson and explained my situation to the secretary. I don't know her name, wish I did but she started the ball. She stated she'd get me in contact Robert the pipes supervisor. He listened and took action. He said he would call me Bach. Robert kept his word, called me like he stated. He said he can get somebody and organized with the HVAC manger. I relieved and was blown away. The following day Salvador and Johnny showed up and seeing my scenario were very nice and understanding of the situation. There sincere apologies and concern for what happened to my house meant a lot.

Mike was excellent. Cleared my kitchen sink drain and hauled off an old water heater for recycling.

I emailed the picture. They saw nothing wrong. I clarified, and the answer was that the installer"just replaced the prior installation" -- There was NO previous installation!!!
BTW: I'm an accountant and one of my clients would be a plumber (for industrial bus) and also the owner, a woman (:-RRB-) understands Mary Jean Anderson and constantly thought of her since thumbs-up. Not anymore!!! Find another plumber!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've utilized Anderson for a short time. And there it was: that the HARD SALE And he showed me . Yes, it was 110 and ought to be normal around 80. I was really happy with Anderson. My sink stopped on a Saturday and they arrived bill the amount I was quoted and as planned on Sunday. Quite reasonable. A young woman, the plumber was knowledgeable and efficient.

My response was at which point they indicated it would be sometime after 12PM!! and between 10:45 no Having postponed into two PM be as rude as Anderson or possibly inept or inconsiderate and I wasn't planning to cancel may be phrases that are better.

Wanted song up on my AC unit. Received called. Woman asked what day of the week so I informed her next accessible. Two weeks out. Fine. Then she couldn't commit to a 3 hour window in 12-3. So I asked for next accessible. She'd following is a morning but wanted 7am-noon time period. She said we had new venting. We were given five choices ranging from $21,000 to 13,000. Charged us $ 748 for its fix that'd NO guarantee before leaving the tech. We are an older couple living in Poway and understand all too well exactly what the heat is in August and September, so we felt quite dire. We signed up for an alternative, but after talking it realized we had to cancel it and find a bit more estimates. The following company to give us a quote stated there was nothing wrong with all the ventilation, but did indicate that the air purifier should be replaced. We will get several additional quotes and opinions and make a determination.

Anderson plumbing mended my drain quickly on a Friday afternoon for $53, money that was less by far than anybody, and the plumber was just terrific.

I've had over half a dozen locally based plumbers out to our (older) home over the last year due to a series of plumbing issues. I have seen a scale of knowledge base and support quality among these. While this was a simpler problem, I thought Anderson was Top-Notch, and the technician Octavio I discovered to be favorable in a professional fashion, knowledgeable and experienced regardless of his age. Fantastic job. Thank you. And they came on a Sunday for that I was not charged any extra charge!

Two gentlemen showed up when they said they'd be there. They were both very professional and friendly. Shoe covers and cleaned up once they have been done. They were able to wash a clogged drain in under a half hour. I would recommend Anderson to anyone desiring plumbing assistance.

My AC was serviced by anderson and did a great job. Very professional, through. Had them come out a month my, what a huge difference and to perform the exact same. They wanted to up sale. The work they did cost 3x as much when they left, and the AC was functioning. The technician explained it was because it was hot in the home and could cool off after time. Well, it just got worse and did not. I didn't expect them to come back out because of the up sale called another small firm. They did an agency and came out and today it is working great again and price WAY less. Disappointed to say the very least. They lost a customer! I give two stars since they had been for the appointment on time, their telephone service was professional and polite, but that's about it.

Customer service gave me a refund, so I paid $200 total. I had been told the technician and I should have negotiated cost, then requested me to alter my yelp review that's what I am doing.

I have been attempting to get drain work done with these people since last week. My clogged shower drain couldn't be opened up so they scheduled a camera inspection. I 've been hanging around waiting for them and just got a call today, that they can not make it. They offered me yet another"appointment" 10-days from today. So I'm out $120 for the initial trip and my problem is not going to be resolved until 15 days from my call. I'm not wowed!
Update: In addition to this canned answer here, I got two phone calls offering and a new appointment. Too bad their technicians are not as effective as those testimonials their Yelp page. I have moved on.
