Finest pipes in town! I've been utilizing Rooter Solutions for many years and haven't had one problem nor a gripe with Fernando and his sons. Workers show up on time, prepared to work, and are always friendly. Excellent support!!!

We have an issue within our tube close. Talked to what we can do about it and this guy for a little about the issue. And then he said he had to call in another co-worker who had a camera which could demonstrate the inside of the pipe. The next guy does his thing and then tells me the news - $4k. Yard needs to be awakened etc.. I say no solution. He then says he can flush it. Ok, why was I never told that option? At any rate, I to that. He then tells me he maybe get a much better deal and can call HIS boss. Ugh! Again, coulda told me! Look, I'm not saying I expected the cost, but the quote maintained lowering.
I did not appreciate the bait and switch tactics. These men might have been right, I really don't understand. However, I got sales pitchy vibe and a dishonest from these men. We are moving onto to somebody else.

These men are professionals, and they showed up on time (and smelled good) and so were cautious about cleanliness. I recommend their services.
After viewing damage when her sewer line backed up, I chose to have my inside and out pipes scrutinized, and since it never was in 27 years. Rooter Solutions used a snake camera to perform the inspection, and I had them Hydro-Jet them to make them pristine, although the pipes were in pretty good shape.

These people charged me a chance to wash a line and use a camera. Then they told us we had a water jet treatment. We paid them more cash, it work failed. They advised us it would be over $6K without a guarantee that it would repair the issue. This is bait and switch.

We have been having problems with an intermittent blocked pipe for years. After fixing the bathroom back-up, Fernando, imagining a bigger issue, used a remote camera to locate an important misalignment (yuck!) This was NEVER found in all the times we have had plumbers temporarily repair the blockage. It required lots of excavating, and we ended up substituting a part of older and corroded pipe which was with excavation/tunneling, available.
Throughout, Fernando was considerate, patient and clean. Everything was done when guaranteed and quickly, and also the price was reasonable for the amount of work which was done. High recommended and will be utilizing Rooter Solutions at the future for my plumbing needs!
Quite happy with the current work that his crew and Fernando did . What began as a bathroom that was blocked that was tenaciously become a significant repair job. Fernando was able to come away, although all my past plumbers that I tried to call on a Friday were booked for days.

I've had Rooter Solutions out in the last few weeks for two plumbing problems.   Every time the plumber who had been sent was expert and a professional at their job. I appreciated they explained the issues in a simple to comprehend manner and also gave me on the best way to resolve them options. We stopped working at the point with them and had someone finish the job. Felt like we were getting off the tear money wise.
We utilized Rooter solutions to clear a line . As our line was obstructed we had them back. They worked hard yet.

These guys are all amazing! I had a significant problem at my apartment. I'd another plumber come out to clean the drain. Then he was had by me then again and again. He kept questioning my tenants and I thought him! After 2 months, 4 service calls, and $1200; I called Rooter Solutions.
Pablo came out and instantly discovered the main sewer line (70 years old) was totally clogged, split in two, and collapsed. Each of the waste was flowing into a vacant lot from a"cleanout" another plumber left open. Rooter Solutions sent a manager (Sean) and the proprietor (Fernando) out immediately. I satisfied together , they detailed the remedy, and very obviously explained the issue showed me that the matter.
It wasn't an inexpensive repair. The entire principal line needed replacement. Fernando gave me funding at 0% for two years!!! Then, he worked faithfully with me and my insurance provider. The end result was that the insurance covered the entire fix and I had to cover my

My showerhead broke and I had to switch the water off into the house which is not OK using a 7 month! Sean and Matt managed to come within 2 hours (other businesses couldn't come for 2-3 days) and immediately fixed it so I might have water at the house. The next day they arrived and replaced everything and we have new fixtures in the shower! Thanks guys! The baby and I appreciate it:)
