Had another little problem last week and all calls go into an answering machine and no one has returned any of 3 messages in as many days. I've tried several amounts for them and keep getting the answering machine. Something is messed up around and I hope they get is sorted out as I hope these guys...
They properly diagnosed a sewer line check valve stuck on a couple years ago and have been great. Lloyd's said I had roots in the line and needed hydrojetting. I was told by my senses the technician of the Lloyd was not truthful. I then called Mr. Rooter. Mr. Rooter supplied a movie of this sewer line showing no roots whatsoever. I had another little problem with a drain and Mr. Rooter immediately fixed it for $125.00.
Trust is a big deal with plumbers who try to tear informed clients off.

All calls go to voicemail, and not getting return calls after a few days trying. They may be from business.

1) They do control 3x's times greater than other"trusted" plumbers.
2) Please research other plumbers to understand what services/costs you are becoming.
One of my greatest disappointments trusted!
In 2016 Mr Rooter had completed a within my home. My fees were excessive. The workmanship was so poor that they had yet another Representative update and using a plumber come in to check it. This was to insure that I would not have any water damage. I was also given a 10 year warranty from Mr. Rooter on Mr. Rooter letter head that now they don't honor. Anything to get out of it. The proprietor or supervisor negated to correct it beneath their agreement. Mr. Rooter has experienced a change in ownership multiple times and still has problems.

THEY DO NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR AGREEMENTS. I have a holiday rental, so when it was time to replace the mainline 18 months ago I hired Mr. Rooter, a company that promoted they were open 24/7, including weekends and vacations, and justified their job for ten decades. We had a problem with the mainline on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. I left 3 messages between Saturday and Sunday at noon but could never reach a live person. Meanwhile my tenants could flush a toilet. I called Roto-Rooter of Ventura at 1pm on Sunday, and they arrived within 2 hours and fixed the problem. If we do encounter severe issues with their job inside the justified time period, I will need to hire another company and sue Mr. Rooter for repayment.

My water heater stopped functioning. It failed when I attempted to re-light my pilot light. The manufacturer sent me a few replacement parts I installed, since it was still under guarantee. When that didn't work, I introduced in another plumbing/heating company (which will be my move to from now on) and they identified the issue, corrected it had the water heater fired up and functioning within an hour at a minimum price. I understand companies are there to make money but the attempt to maximize profit makes this a service I won't ever use. If you think you want a water heater then by all means call them because it seems their quote was actually aggressive. Otherwise, you're better off looking elsewhere.

Well, I must say I was amazed by Robert. He had been Professional, Clean, and yes he smelled great.
He diagnosed the problem straight away, and honored a coupon for the ceremony . He drains and offered several suggestions to prolong good stream of my pipes. He had been kind and considerate.
I have my own Swimming pool service company with 9 service Tech's. Robert would be an Exelent example of how to respectfully and professionally provide service to my Tech's. I'll certainly utilize Mr. ROOTER in the future. He said that they can video inside the drains provide a quote and to nail the problem place for fixing, When I have a upcoming problem. I was Very Satisfied!

Great service and honest. Had another plumber come out and charge me $800 and nothing got solved and then they attempted to sell me. Then I had Mr. Rooter come out and they fixed the problem within an hour and it just cost a bit over $100. Finally someone in this business you can trust!

I reached out to Mr Rooter to receive a fix for my home and a quote. It was a procedure.
The project was postponed as a result of supplies and slow performance, but everything seemed to be fine, when it had been completed. I took off work I think it could have been achieved in one!
They took a few days to get me back. The prices seemed reasonable and even provided to check a few days later to guarantee everything was working as it should. I thought that this was a feature to their service.

To begin, I called Friday to get them come clear out the line that backed up all our toilets and showers. I had been told over the phone that"the best thing about Mr. Rooter is that you don't pay a dime for them to emerge and give you a diagnosis and price of the service. You do not pay us if you decide you do not want us to perform job. We'll go in with all the cam look at what we're working with and we do not bill for this". Sounded to go to be authentic and it had been just that.
Finally poor Lincoln shows up and after listening carefully and attempting to calm me down, assures me that he'd treat us and he did!!! Just when I lost all faith, it had been restored thanks to Lincoln. He explained everything step-by-step. Ran the camera and also SHOWED us on his screen exactly what happened. He water jetted our pipes through the roof and invested at least 2 hours onsite ($1260). It was evident that he knew what he was doing and that he WAS doing exactly what should have been achieved in the first location!
These men were quite nice so we didn't question their job, we thought that the task was done and all was regular. We were out of town so that the water was never turned on. Come Sunday morning and behold, first person in the toilets over fill and the shower and the shower won't empty! What did we pay $285 for 1 day ago?! Absurd!!! I vented my frustration on Liz who said a supervisor would call me to hear out my complaint and that she send me a tech. I called Liz to tell her she said she was sorry and that I have not heard from the manager, she had passed on the message and thought he had called. Yeah right!

P.S.. The men that were here Friday even forgot to take their 60K camera and equipment with them. My husband had to call their office to have the men come back and pick up it. Could have taken a nice long vacation!
They delivered a"field supervisor" in a blue shirt in 11:15, he knocked introduced himself and said that the manager/field tech in all black would come by soon as he is finished with the other job. One hour later the guy shows up and says,"we can not run a snake inside because we must go through the roof with a water jet". They went on the roof with their camera that he told us he'd give us copy of the video on a USB that people said we provide and it never happened, 20 minutes later, the supervisor (who won't name) says,"your line is all clear now.

Albert P was brilliant - courteous and friendly. He delivered above my expectations and behaves and looks super professional. Albert is a valuable advantage to Mr Rooter Ventura and must definitely be known as such. Thank you Albert for delivering a pleasant experience. Way better and different then I expected. Albert you are the man!

Not merely did he purge my drains, but helped a great deal of downstairs cleans up. While studying water, a bicycle all over the ground gallons my nephew forgot to tighten a hose on the washer. Fredy did an superb job in helping Anjanette everything and my daughter up. Over and above call of Duty.

Lincoln santillan came out to my house Now and was a complete gentleman and was Incredibly helpful with our plumbing issue

The absolute worst experience with a builder EVER! My issue with Mr. Rooter began in September 2015 if they came out for that which should happen to be a very simple job. The story is far too long for anybody who is reading so I'm only going to get to the stage, this to care. These people are crooks who are paid on commission so unnecessary repairs to get you recommend and lie to spend more cash. They no longer consider the quality of the work once they get a contract to be signed by you. My issue with me rooter cost me more than $10,000 to correct their mistakes. Oh, and the offices do not care either. I have never felt so violated as I felt when coping with Mr. Rooter. There are many plumbing companies in the region - stay far away from this !

Mr. Rooter was the only plumber who would provide me a free quote.
Bryan did the job, gave me the quote and came over. Quick and easy! Was very professional and considerate. I will definitely use Mr. Rooter next time that I want a plumber and will definitely recommend them. Thank you Bryan for a Fantastic job!

Mr. Renee Jimenez and Mr. Shane Souza came to my house once I was in desperate need of assistance. My two baths were out. Renee and Shane arrived, identified the issue and seen the job through. They both are professional and have a keen eye for attention to detail. Through out my crisis I felt after these guys came through as though I was in great hands. From now on, I shall call Mr. Rooter first!

I use them for my company occupation well-done at a reasonable price, at Santa Barbara. Communication is key and they had it!

I was happy and quite pleased with the services provided. Paul Temple, the plumber, was professional. I would recommend him for any sort of plumbing needs.
