I purchased a brand new faucet and known as Luis on May 11tregarding having it installed. He again was polite, prompt and knowledgeable of all facets of the job. I had been impressed with his serene.
Luis is a very knowledgeable plumber and his rates are fair and honest. I will never hesitate to call him.
Recently I called upon him again to resolve a problem between a leaking bathroom. He's professional, fast and very skilled.

4 quotations were received by me and he had been the cheapest. He's been in the business for more than 20 decades and it shows. He knows what he's doing and he's also quite efficient. He substituted the piping underneath the sink and even had been done within one hour and just charged me. In addition, he took the time to look at a few other potential projects although it was getting late.
Luis is wonderful! He was able to put me on his schedule another day to replace my garbage disposal. He was even nice enough to try to talk me through the issue over the phone. Unfortunately, it was time to replace it I really appreciated that he was willing to help me out just like that.

Luis is a skilled and a gentleman. Answered my phone call at about 9:20 PM on a week night. Advised of the matter and has been told that he could be outside the next morning. Luis sent me a text when he was enroute. Arrived at my doorway. Once he entered my property shoe covers were worn. His work has been. The first price was the final price. Luis was wonderful! I recommend Draining Cleaning and LM Plumbing. We had what we thought was a simple drain, but he found that our cleanout connecting to the city's sewer line was buried when Luis arrived. He was very professional, accommodating and respectful of my time and went well above and beyond what he had to because I was problematic as a customer:-LRB- he was fast and arrived below the other bids I got. For all plumbing services that you need, he is strongly recommended by me. There were problems, although I happened to need a water heater, Luis made everything right. 10/10 would use again

Called LM plumbing today based off a neighbors recommendation. Point is you just found your plumber! My phone was responded to by them, provided a quote, and arrived in a timely way. Luis was very careful and had an eye for detail! As they'll be our go to plumber when needed later on, I have already plugged their contact information into my cell and my wife's cell! If you really require a plumber... that is the person to hire to do your work. You won't be let down. He looked at my shower that he showed me exactly what the problem was. Looked at several areas and scenarios, and repaired it. Pipes incorrectly set up by other men and women after that analyzed it, showed me the parts that leaked. He did the work, repaired it in timing.
