Time for an Upgrade. Terry from Greer was here, and replaced the functions. And, while we awaited the arrival of the new disposal, he also replaced a bathroom chair.

A leak was sprung by our disposal, and the entire P-trap disintegrated if we went to take a look!

I timeliness and gave this particular outfit a 5/5 rating for customer support. With the 2 recent issues requiring visits to mend issues I have down graded the rating.
One simple fix needed 2 visits.

I hired Greer to put sink a few weeks ago. They did a fantastic job of installing the sink that is difficult since it didn't match . It seems amazing, they even found problems which other technicians left behind (like cold and hot water connections hooked up backwards). I found a leak. They came out and fixed the problem immediately. So far the plumbers I've ever used!!

Excellent prices and Fantastic work and I would have given 5 stars, however they felt the need to call 4 times the day that was following day to find payment. The office manager had the nerve to tell me after ONE afternoon had gone by that they are not a billing firm, so I had to drop everything I do at work to call at payment. That is poor customer support!

This is an update from post from March 2014. I eventually talked to Jeff we had been missing each other's phone call. I advised how unhappy I was with the support that we were billed and that we had received and it was not resolved, fix the issue and he listened to my port and was quite unkind and wished to come out himself. I told him it had been taken care of the fee was spoken of by us and that he offered to repay a portion of the charge. I really appreciated he said he'd call his office. If needed later on, he offered his support and that he said if I wanted anything I could call him directly. Wow! You don't ever hear a operator will go over and beyond to be sure I'm a happy customer. I chased him and hope I don't ever have to use a plumber but when I do I will give a call to them.

Greer Family Plumbing did right from mepersonally! Herb, the plumber, is a true professional. When we needed a plumber, he used to do work, so that it was nice to see him working for a company. He's dependable and his work is known by me from before and understands his craft. You may count to restore your plumbing needs! Thanks!!
