Both of these gentlemen arrived sooner than I anticipated! They presented with professionalism and courtesy. Their understanding to get a house owner was exceptional.

Long story short, Robert and Lance were fast to teach an inform me. We are I ever to provide anyone the drain specialist award, on this occasion.

An enormous thank you to Robert and his partner, Manuel, for the effective and quick service now on our drain. They left!!, got the work and came out fast after the preliminary call Very educated and super sweet! Explained everything were flexible if we made a decision to alter something and they were doing. Not positive if it was pricey or not because we've never had a plumber before now, but we're happy with their support!!

I thought I had a drainage problem Jacob Friesen was really favorable and came. He gave me his frank opinion and fyi me on various other things for maintenance. He did not attempt to sell me on something I didnt need. Im so glad he came today in Stockton. I would recommend this business. Thanks

Thomas was great! He was quite considerate and professional. He took the opportunity to explain things. He'd so I could repair the rest of it 36, t have the correct part since it was late at night, but managed to find one that match and explained everything.

Clearing a sewer line to the home. They were thorough, effective, and a great team. They made sure we know what had occurred and what they'd do, after exposing the damage.

Our tap busted and we weren't certain what the issue was. Being Memorial Day weekend it had been hard to find someone to come out last minute. They came out and explained the pipe had been busted after hours cost and it'd be a $600 repair plus $79. Fortunately I recalled my brother-in-law used to do plumbing. I advised the plumber we wanted a second opinion and he was prepared to shed the $79 after hours cost. My brother-in-law arrived by, showed me that the faucet busted and that is all we had. Needless to say I'm pissed. Never calling.

If every pipe in my house exploded and there were no other plumbers and they put it in writing without repainting that it could be fixed by them, I still don't know if we would call.
Our kitchen sink stopped up in the day's end. 24hr are said by roto-Rooter. service. So we predicted. We get told it is $79 just to come out"later ." We had the sink so we requested them to emerge repaired. An hour and a half later, it is dark outside guy. Polite, professionally dressed in a clean uniform, tells us it'll be an extra $450 bucks, in addition to the 79, simply to snake the drain, and he also does not wish to use the external backout, because the ground, dirt, was moist, but rather wants to dismantle everything under the sink to clean the drain from that point. We had the impression that he did not need to get dirty, and because it was overdue, he did not really wish to do the job. So we sent him on his way, and paid the $79. The 450 was completely price gouging. As we had no option after that but to wait until the next day to get it repaired, despite the mess, inconvenience, etc., we did. We called got the drain emptied without taking anything and charged us less than a hundred dollars.

Obviously, it rather than all work is going to be cheap! My only criticism is that the price tag, but that's because I am cheap haha.

He was able to clean it as well as fix up my p-pipe to make sure no leaks! He promised me that my current dilemma is treatable, although I was stressed there would have to be more work. He explained that his actions in addition to hints on things to be certain my plumbing are in working order and was very knowledgeable. I declined some tips , because money of course, but will use Roto-rooter when I am able to afford work! I enjoy the quickness in getting someone , and the work!

Scheduled to get a hot water heater repair. Told them I needed someone there before 9. Nobody there at I rescheduled for today. No call no show so that I called in. So I called back, I got cut off. They stated they couldn't locate the tech and they'd call me back. No telephone . I called in and they say they're sorry, but the technician got stuck on an emergency. Really??? No call no show for two hours? I might have known someone else . This area is a joke of a company!!!

They had excellent customer service and sent Brandon Filbert to the rescue within 30 mins of my call. He made the elimination of my disposal that is dumb look simple, and was extremely nice, professional. If I have a plumbing problem I shall only need Brandon!!
My garbage disposal ceased functioning, so I determined that it could change out myself. Well, that decision did not work out as planned. I couldn't remove my disposal that is dumb. So I phoned Discount Plumbing, they gave me a bunch of blah blah blah and would not come out until the next afternoon.... Unacceptable....so I predicted Roto-Rooter!!

We had a clogged commode. I had tried everything. I knew we couldn't make it through the night without repair. Jacob Friesen and Roto Rooter came in the evening to the rescue at 7:00. Nice support and man. He was nice to my dog. Thank you.

False advertising, bait and change the Corporation shouldn't endorses them and whatever you would like to call it but it's unethical.
Not happy with the Modesto local franchise. If their site clearly states that they don't charge more they tried to over charge me. They wanted $140 more to perform the service on a Sunday. Well I found another service that did I got out of RR.

So I gave a telephone to Roto-Rooter, got a blockage weekend. They asked if the principal cleanout was easy to get to and I said yes, it's right on the edge of the yard. Without even knowing the matter quoted me at $490. What a joke. Oh wait, he calls because"his supervisor" told him he can do $350. Nope, you lost me as a customer with your first insult. Do your self a favor and telephone Doherty's. Patrick is a nice guy. He got the job done in five minutes and charged me barely anything. Nice try, you crooks.

Thanks Mark D. for fixing our drainage line. We had sewage coming up through our bathtub and shower . I called the woman and the Modesto number I talked to was professional and very kind. With if the technician would be coming to our property, we had been kept current. Mark D. came over the time we had been advised, and was quite quickly at diagnosing our problem. He was upfront and honest with what needed to be done to fix it and what the problem was. It was reassuring having somebody be kind and calm because we'd never had this problem. Thank you Mark D. and Roto-Rooter for helping us, we'll make certain to give you a telephone in case we need you (but let's be fair, I hope we don't. And I believe that in the nicest way).

Nothing but great things about this location. Very professional and prompt. They send emails and text messages to and you'll be able to monitor the tech's location. Brandon told us that it is a simple fix and would not need us to pay $250 an hour to get something and they could've charged an arm and a leg although we had a simple fix. Now that's quality and honesty I am searching for in any business enterprise. BRAVO!

This team is great. They come out in a fashion that is timely and correct the problems. They do not try to scam the customer like I've observed from other plumbers. I've had Mauro and Johnathan come out on different occasions and they have been professional and concentrated on helping the client. Highly recommend.

This was our company's first service telephone to Roto-Rooter and the experience was superb! In the first call to the office staff into the finalization of this job, the customer support level is top-notch! The office staff kept me advised of the tech's arrival. Devin Samoneck was our technician. He had been courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. He was able to clean our drain out problem within our store, handled and fully clarified their support warranty. What I liked best is the organization's use of engineering and I was able to pay immediately with a receipt. Devin showed his wisdom and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer support, and I work with individuals and it's my job to make them happy so I understand is not simple, but these guys don't even attempt...
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FROM THE GUY FIRST THAT COMES OUT, TO SUPERVISOR TO THE STORE MANAGER... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM... I regret paying $525 dolars and I still have the problem for which I called them to fix...

Last night because shzzz backed up from the bathtub, I called and wanted another snake job. When I called the owner, she explained about the pricing and also gave me first thing in the morning for a lower rate or the option of now. Given the hour and likelihood of use during the night, we held off til. (Thoughtful to save me money)
They discovered that a break in the lineup and snaked and took a look at the lineup. Diagnosed, snaked, jet cleaned & repaired in the exact same moment. Thanks to Ryan Burroughs professionalism and calling all the specialists that are needed in sequence of performance. He managed the issue in a timely way. Everything went as he explained to me in the start. Fantastic work!
