I've been utilizing Mark for many decades, concerning our plumbing requirements. Mark is a honest plumber that will find the job done correctly. Water heater replacement, spigot that is fresh, drain cleaning. . .do yourself a favor when in need of a plumber - call Mark.
A few weeks ago I called Mark and had a problem with the primary line. His Dion and he did the job I called and were wonderful! I explained my difficulty and Mark made a recommendation. The job was accepted and they have it done in a reasonable quantity of time as well as provided instruction on what needed to be done while replaced the pipe to make matters simpler going forward. This family owned and operated business is honest and honest, I suggest using them for the plumbing needs!
2- They left a hole! They patched up it but we still need to paint it all ourselves. You think we should get a discount or something for placing a hole!
They stated that voucher is only for services over $1000 Once support was performed by them. . .which it does not state any where I could find so DO N'T BUY IT and be stuck with that, that!
They did what they asked but those two issues are huge in terms of customer service and when I would trust them again.
As a homeowner at a house with a lot of problems I have had to take care of a lot of issues. As a single girl homeowner, it is challenging to find employees that are honest and I know I have discovered you in Total & Mark Plumbing & Drain Cleaning LLC! Mark Tapia, owner, not only came outside to unclog a drain, (or so we believed ), but he also came outside on his off day. He was very proficient and knowledgeable but most importantly he was affectionate. Not only did the matter was explained by him, he brought in another of his machinery to double check the matter, and went over and beyond what I was paying . He took the time to talk me through, explain & show me the problems that I had and what needed to be fixed. For my plumbing needs & will put them down as my plumber 22, I will be using them. Thank you Mark for not only being honest in increasing my knowledge on how pipes needs to look/work 21, but investing time
