A Perfect Plumber

David came out the same day that I called to replace a broken tank out of our toilet. He was an fantastic employee and fast, too! In half an hour he had it completed. We are so grateful to A Perfect Plumber for shooting care if our plumbing issue quickly. We will certainly use their services again, and recommend them to everybody we understand!!

I had been told so I waited and that I would be emailed my invoice. After just two minutes of receiving email I wrote them back saying"hey this is my first email and I really don't need you to think I am dodging you and I would love to cover but there isnt a link I'd like to do this sow what do I do". The professional response by them should have been"thanks for reaching out to us here is the best method to cover". . .but no... expect a crappy passive aggressive email from Jyme stating you got one and opened it (that is funny cause that day I had severe stomach bug and didnt do anything except hug sleep by my bathroom ). That response was unprofessional and unnecessary, especially considering that within two minutes of the one email I asking to pay ASAP and was apologizing for not having seen one yet, and I'll discourage people.
The genuine plumber who came to my home was good. He explained things to me and was fine. But once that is finished and you are dealing with the"office people" get ready for some extreme passive aggressiveness and unprofessionalism.

I have a 1940 house with some fixtures that are initial and challenging plumbing. I hope Chris and Dave in A Perfect Plumber implicitly. The billing is fair and honest and also the job is top-notch, above and beyond. I won't call another company.

I've worked with both Doug and Dave from A Perfect Plumber. They're a joy to work with, do work that is beautiful, and take pride in their craft. Given some of the pipes I've worked with in the past, I'm lucky to have struck this level of expertise and professionalism. I will happily use A Perfect Plumber moving forward for all my needs.

I was refinishing my basement and these guys came highly recommend. I called for an estimate and they came. They gave me a more quote that was competitive and showed up on time. I spent the next two weeks attempting to find another plumbing estimates. Called perfect plumber back up and needed the job scheduled for another week. They showed up ON TIME and finished the entire job.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

These gentleman are your go-to for any plumbing needs. We had a remedy which we originally thought would be a time consuming and expensive matter. Obviously , they came using a level of service that has been second to none and in under quote. Professional, friendly, and also our go-to here on out. Thanks again guys! When you learn just how good a company is at service, when you have an issue, that's. We came back from vacation to find a water escape. They had a plumber available. Aaron came out and spent some time walking around looking for the escape. He did not seem comfortable cutting to locate the leak. He said we needed to phone a leak detection business to obtain the leak and then he can come back the next day to fix (Fri.). He said he then would be open all day and had a 9:00 appt to come back. The leak detection co. Could not come out until Mon. and we had the water main shut off. So we predicted A Perfect Plumber back on Fri. to say only send him out, he needs to cut walls since we could not go all weekend without water. Erin, who answered the phone said Aaron was"booked all day" and that she was rude. We left us hanging and that I had to start all over again. They appeared to be over their heads with our occupation. I can't recommend them.

I Can't say enough Great about Chris and Steve at A Perfect Plumber! They are responsive, honest, professional and do top notch work. (The city inspector told us just how great these guys are.) We are working through a basement remodel and they have gone above and beyond at every stage of the job. I would never even consider using anyone else to get plumbing requirements.

I had discovered that my heating system was particularly loud and so I figured I'd better have my boiler checked to create sure everything worked correctly. After one evaluation tried to frighten me about my safety where a guy came out told me I would need about $4000 worth of work , then had the gall to charge me a'trip charge' I had been feeling quite disappointed. A perfect Plumber was recommended to me and he was fair, kind and took the time to walk through the 28, if Chris came out. Talking to me he came back with what seemed a bid that was fair and answered all my queries. Considerate he came in under his original bid. My home is now silent and I feel great about getting somebody I feel I could trust.

We had to find a few things per a house review, to determine our house, and we had been referred to them. They got my appointment in fast, and the dawn of I had been called by Chris to let me know that Tom would be at my house at 8. 5 minutes early (what repair company is premature?!?!) He was super friendly and went right to work. Walked me through each the repairs that had to be performed, the costs of it all, etc..
I loved everything about my encounter with A Perfect Plumber!!
He got it done I never felt like I had been getting screwed over as though I had been sold a ceremony when dealing with repair companies or something like you feels.
I strongly recommend A Perfect Plumber, you will not be disappointed!!

Interesting part is that I never gave him a time, just asked how fast can they start.
If you like accepting the first quote that someone provides you this is the plumber. If you need pricing to be worked on by them or ask any question then find someone else.
No customer service or eagerness to win your business.
If there are options to reduce 17, so I inquired the quote came in somewhat high. It took the man a second four days to react rather than priced out any alternate. Instead I got the following email:
I called in to get a gas estimate. The technician showed up on time and was scheduled. It took him five times to provide a quotation but whatever.
"In the time that we've gone back and forth on this, I have fully filled out the program for the following two weeks for all my teams. I have enough time to finish this in the time-frame which you wanted it done. I am going to need to pass this project now."

Called in to obtain an estimate on a very simple pressure valve. That he phoned me to cancel, after setting an appointment. Might want to go elsewhere... doesn't seem as dependable as larger plumbing companies.

We have used this company before and have been really pleased with them as much as knowledgeable, aggressive, and fair they were. Unfortunately, now we woke up with frozen pipes. I called them. They got to work locating the matter and came a couple of hours a head of program. I chose to monitor the situation rather than have him cut holes in the drywall searching a flow outside since there is currently no escape. Dennis gave me great suggestions about what to do between the thaw and today as well as a record of improvements for happening 32, we could do to prevent this dilemma. We will definitely recommend them to neighbors and our friends.
