Master Rooter Plumbing

For the very first, Aaron came out to give me an estimate on a sizable undertaking that was re-plumbing. While he was here he was very professional, provided expert advice about how best to fix my problem, and also did a repair for no cost. The price he gave me came in under what I'm seeing from the contest.
Therefore, when my sewer backed up in the basement, we immediately phoned Frank and Master Rooter managed to get to our house at about 45 minutes. He had been quick to correct the problem, and provided us advice for how to avoid it. He was friendly and so helpful. Best of all did not cost us any extra!
I call these guys.

I am giving one star because of the preceding plumber we had I'd give zero stars for this plumber who came to our house. We found out yesterday that the problems we had with our sewer line were made up by him. We had our lineup he said we had were accurate. My guidance to Master Rooter is hire experienced plumbers that know what they are currently doing.

Kevin from Master Rooter was the bright spot in a crappy day for me. I live in a apartment complex, and my water heater had some sort of malfunction that caused it to spew like a fire hydrant. Once it got closed off (after way too long... the complex's fault, not Master Rooter's), Kevin arrived early on a Sunday morning and had us hooked up into a brand new water heater before 1:00 pm. He was friendly, quick, and professional, and, best of all, we were just for a couple hours without water. Thanks

Fantastic support! I just moved into a brand new condominium (new to me) and the water heater looked like it may be running poorly so I got on Home Adviser and Master Rooter called me straight away, they had been courteous and elastic and provided a free quote that was enormous for me. It turns out my water heater is working fine but also runs my furnace so it is going to run more frequently than they water heater. The tech helped me understand how to adjust it if desired and explained me everything. Glad to have saved money on replacing one and to have saved money using a free estimate whereas other businesses would have charged upwards of $80 to come out. Quick service, friendly staff. I will use them and do urge.

Had someone come out - well thank god it was free since the man was a entire asshole!! We'd just purchased this house and he chose to go on about how we should have bought a house somewhere beyond denver since we could have gotten this a nicer location for what we likely paid for our new house....SERIOUSLY?????? He explained this about 4 times in the 10 minutes he was in our house. And he then said he can tell us where the leak was coming from but we would have to pay $120 for that 55 after hours fee. "Dispatch must have forgotten to tell you ." Really? That is the sketchiest thing I have ever heard! Not to mention he quotes us $3500 to get a job that is $300! Oh, and he then discovered we were from california and said"oh you guys are rich then." Um, how about you get the fuck out of my house. WORST PLUMBER EVER.

WORST experience They ended up flooding my basement and came out to do a very simple drain cleaning. Then the technician offered to fix it onto a side deal"cash only". This was unbelievably SHADY and that I needed to take them. As this was the worst experience of my life!!! BEWARE

They came out to give us a quote. Luckily that has been free of charge. Jason seemed knowledgable and nice $600 to put in faucet and a sink? Home Depot gave an estimate of $266 to us.

Friendly service. They were ahead of schedule, called before they showed up and came out same day. Justin did a great job. Until he left he was quite nice, efficient, and place everything back. All this for a very reasonable price. Far better than other emergency rooters I have used.

Had a plumber out to fix a gas fireplace floor control valve. He told us it was likely to be a half-day job and that it would cost us between $2,000 - $3,000 (Higher mathematics tells us that the component is $275 and his billable rate is $681.25/hr). Last time I checked, the credentials for being a plumber is not another 6-7 decades of residency and 8 decades of a higher education. The valve was fixed by the The Gas Connection for $400. Thanks, Gas Connection. We enjoy an ethical business. I hope this plumber is not taking advantage of people that are less fortunate. Still had to pay this guy a $35 service telephone fee. I'd have paid to expedite his departure from our home.

Kevin came out the same day if we had a plumbing issue we predicted. He was professional and knowledgeable. The cost was cheap as well as the work was done nicely. We will be using this company in the long run.

This company is superb. I highly recommend them to anyone demanding work. We had our upstairs washer escape 2 weeks back. They responded within 2 hours of their call, Kevin explained exactly what was needed next and called Deep Water Restoration and was great. Yesterday our sump pump had been having problems and Master Rooter had a person here. Aaron substituted our pump and was informative and in a hour picked up.

I knew this was likely to be a more expensive job than it might have been differently (fix an extremely leaky faucet) - it's an older home, and the taps are most likely original. They could send someone out the following afternoon to do an estimate, and Frank was friendly, polite, and honest about the quote came in at the price that it did. It was not the estimate we had acquired, and he also gave us a price break for doing it the exact same day and moving ahead. He adjusted a water heater vent that was somewhat off, at no charge, and checked around the home for any other plumbing emergencies, and did a fantastic job. We telephone them again.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They're scam artists(or at least attempt to be but they suck at this too) that they are also quite unprofessional. They wasted. They showed up hours late. They remained here for hours without adjusting anything. Then they had to come back and tried to sell. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.

Don't employ these crooks! They quoted $600 to clean my water heater, then advocated replacing the unit. They ignored my request for any information about the replacement unit, cut my pipes and hauled away my present (still functioning) unit! They returned, late, using a unit constructed in 2002! I was told by the producer they would not advise installing it and replacement parts are difficult to discover. While I got estimates, hired another builder for requesting remuneration for the 6 nights of my family in my house with no heat or water and scheduled the replacement work.
