I am shocked at these reviews of Adams Plumbing. They set up our boiler system and have been our"visit" for all our plumbing requirements for the previous ten years. Ihave tried other companies, none to compare with Adams and've lived since the mid 1970s in the Evergreen area. Prices are high around, particularly. Some may want to compare prices until they hit at a 1 star review against a company. Harvey has done work!
Company with these folks is dreadful. Very unprofessional and rude. My mother ended up providers after she was being over charged and cared for. WES was very unprofessional and called my mother a"STUPID BITCH" sorry but that is not ok. Dont do support. WES AND ADAM are threatening be careful and very rude

Wesley help me so much by phone with a repair. He guided me to check to coming out, before he dedicated. Took his guidance and I managed to locate and fix the leak myself.
PLEASE READ!! This place is THE MOST unprofessional place. My aunt had Wes come out to fix a flow. After quoting my 650 to get a 18 part. My aunt wrote the test and was desperate. She left the test in her checkbook to him AFTER he had been done, so that she could give it. Wes chose the test and decided to help himself. Regaining my aunt with"I got the test and I'll be back ". . He advised 2 times to my aunt he would be back before noon THIS my aunt calls him around. No response. So that my aunt texted Wes telling him that he is to not come and she went to cancel the test. He then calls my aunt on the phone and she told him the exact same thing"Dont come, I already canceled the test and I found out from a different business you are over charging me" Wes who is now angry saying"he is in the area with all the part and blah blah" my aunt told him to not come or she'll call the cops. Wes proceeds to shout at my aunt calling her"a dumb b**ch!" My cousin appalled at the dialogue then calls the business asking to speak to a manager simply to notify them. Nicely Adam answers. The proprietor. My cousin tells him exactly what his employee said to her mom and that the situation. ADAM THE OWNER!! While ANGRILY says he will receive HIS LAWYER INVOLVED sticks up for HIS EMPLOYEE that is INCOMPETENT. . . After being requested to NOT COME BACK. . Not to mention they did not do anything to fix the situation IN THE FIRST PLACE. Anyways this provider is A JOKE..Number One?!? YA RIGHT!
Anyone who asks for a check before they even look at your issue and comes to your home doesn't have a clue what they're doing. He also asked me to write one check to him personally and the rest under the company name....After receiving their gear stuck within our pipe and whining about needing to get to additional tasks and moving house to have a gloss beer our house was abandoned with holes in the drywall without a solution....expect a voucher to call another plumbing company. The following morning Bell Plumbing came out looked at everything, gave us an estimate to get a quarter of the cost we paid to Adams plumbing and had gotten their gear out and solved our original issue .

I had to pay $65 for them to come out to find an estimate and then after getting an outrageous estimate he argue with me his bid was. One of his examples was he only charged $175 to replace on o-ring in a kitchen sprayer. I would not advise this business.

Because I ran into a problem with a basement toilet flange that wasn't installed 18, called. Wesley got all done fast, recommend a less costly alternative for the repair, and was able to stop from a few hours later.
Wesley could not help me because of different clients and me needing someone fast, but advocated a business that save money and might help me out. Thanks!
Wes was creepy, disrespectful, and pushy. We decided not to have him in our home another moment. Also overpriced quotes compared to net federal price ranges.

Wes charged me $495.00 to put a PRV valve in. The valve, an Apollo36ELF11401S only cost $163.00. Wes made a $331.00 gain. After speaking to another plumber Wes texted me back when I questioned this, Contractors would be out of business if they did not earn money! Thats a lot of cash.
The line was leaking. I phoned Wes and he was quite knowledgeable and talked me through the process of turning the water since the break was on the outside of the base and re leaving stress off. Wes came and advised me of prices and issues. Wes had to hammer drill through my base to get to the escape and remained until 9:00 pm functioning. He came back and was able to get to the leak, repair it saved me thousands of bucks as another company wanted to dig my front lawn up to get to the leak. Yes, I would recommend Wes and Adams Plumbing.
Wes went over and beyond what was expected, and did a great job replacing a exterior faucet. The cost was reasonable and I would recommend him to neighbors and friends.
Can I say very affordable and honest. Because I had a leaky drain pipe I called day. He came out to assess the matter and he had it finished on Saturday morning. Very simple and adapting.
