I purchased a new bathroom and Home Depot was able to provide installation services to me . The plumber that they delivered was punctual, professional and courteous. I had been impressed by Carlos Lemous's work I chose to replace a different bathroom (total 2), kitchen disposal, and toilet faucet.
My experience was the same the next time he came to complete the work.
I would recommend HONEST, GOOD and PROFESSIONAL work. I could do this as a courtesy to others and have had many experiences.

I contacted the home warranty business. They contacted Livegreen Plumbing and placed me on hold and they informed him they'd never been in my house. I do have them showing up and entering/exiting the house on Friday. The home warranty company Live Green lied was advised by me and I had the receipt and footage.
Live Green Plumbing didn't just not irritate the hot water heater, but they tried to skip the guarantee business and sell me a brand new one on the side while lying around if it had been covered or not, then they said they'd never been despite carrying my money and being online movie. The business has business practices and should never be used. The have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau.
Livegreen Plumbing left me a message. I called and they told me they went to send a report to the home warranty company stating that the water heater was functioning and preventive maintenance wasn't covered.
Livegreen Plumbing arrived together with my house guarantee by Friday afternoon IAW the contract to troubleshoot my faulty water heater. All that they did was return upstairs and take photos of this water heater. They then told me that the warranty company would do nothing because the water heater is still currently producing warm water. They then told me their firm could replace the water heater if I wished to pay them. They said the parts to repair it had been probably too expensive and difficult to find. They cited this as yet another reason it would not be covered. I informed them I could not afford that and would be calling the guarantee company. They asked my deductible and left. I've got an additional witness this to all.

I purchased a bathroom and was happy that they offered installation services supplied by Livegreen plumbing services. First let me start off by saying everyone to the pipes from the customer support representative. Carlos and Gene were quite professional. It did not take them no time to install my bathroom. Thank Gene and you Carlos I love my bathroom.

Pablo And carlos came out as scheduled and installed a new garbage disposal for us. They were very professional and easy to workwith. I'd definitely use these guys.

Nelson, Michael, and Frank were the plumbers who installed a new water heater I bought from home depot, and as job, replaced two, the water shutoffs, and installed a pressure relief valve. They were professional, informative, friendly, and effective. A am very pleased with the technicians and the work, although I didn't shop around so I am not clear about exactly what I paid in comparison to the competition.

The home warranty company shipped liveGreen and they were the best part of coping with having to get a brand new water heater. I didn't like having to replace the water heater however LiveGreen made the process as simple as they can. Mike and Frank did a great job. Much appreciated!

Livegreen Plumbing Services hooked me up!! I had an emergency water pipe which had a hole in it and these brothers made sure everything was fixed. He made certain was completed though that meant labor. I am grateful for this superb black business. Not only does this company do plumbing people are also trained by them and set them up! If you're in need of any kind of plumbing solutions, please contact them!!

Pablo and carlos were effective considerate, and useful in helping resolve my toilet dilemma. I needed a flapper on my toilet. They listened to me explain my perspective of the issue. They raised up the tank and started analyzing the inside and messing around with all the spouts and valves to ask"is the sound you're hearing", etc.. The flapper problem was identified by them . They brought the replacement section they had on them up and moved out to their truck. They showed me why my current flapper had some wear/tear that has been causing the tank to fill quickly which would get the toilet. They installed it wrote down the size of the flapper in the off chance I needed to replace it again. I can't emphasize enough how prepared they were to listen and work together to fix my toilet and just how kind they were. Would 100% recommend these guys.

Best however - they advised the guarantee company the two giant holes they put in my ceiling had been"consequential harm" - and the escape was my fault. Warranty company subsequently refused to pay for the drywall repair. The lack of obligation and effort are disgusting. Avoid at all costs.
LiveGreen was contracted at my house in March to get a guarantee job. After cutting on two holes in the ceiling, then they diagnosed the cause of a leak as an issue with caulking the shower escutcheon plate. They didn't do the caulking. The plate or some other fittings didn't touch at all. I discovered the escutcheon plate needed a seal that had broken - and - reaplaced that the thing myself. The plumbler did not check any of this. So - they collected the deductible and left. Months after (August today ) they still hadn't given the invoice to the guarantee company. I'd call for months for them to perform their part.

An Entire RIP-OFF! I encountered LiveGreen due to a backed-up toilet assert through my warranty company. The experience was terrible! First, Carlos assessed the situation and showed up. He suggested installing a socket on the main sewer pipe for $500, so that the warranty company would pay for the snaking and any drain stoppages. The toilet was stopped up and he strove to snake the lineup, although we paid the $500. He attempted to snake. But that cost another $550 since he needed to pull on the toilet. After two weeks, he managed to get the toilet unstopped. Depending on the stuff he pulled away from the drain he suggested that we"camera" the lineup since there was a potential break in the lineup. TWO DAYS LATERthe same toilet stopped up! The supervisor wanted to charge us $500 to camera on the lineup, but I managed to get him to agree to snake the lineup. Donnell, the tech, had a dreadful attitude and showed up 1 hour outside of the time range. He refused to snake the line, asserting that the line was charged and sewage would spill on the ground. The technician was, although We rescheduled. I canceled the service and called my usual plumber, who snaked the lineup one time for $450 and eliminated everything. There was no need and no sewer spilled out of the toilet. I wish I'd read these reviews before I allowed this business to perform job for me. They're a RIP-OFF.

I had a friend waiting in my location for an installation as I would be out of town, and would not have access to my mobile throughout that moment. I provided specific instructions to speak to my friend upon arrive at the number. Fast forward to friend and appointment day says no call no show! How can I even rate your service if you don't appear.

They came out, did a diagnosis, stated we needed a fresh part, stated then no more communicating after that and they ordered it. If we got somebody, we had been given the run around and told me that they were waiting for the component, if the part will arrive, but they could never tell us. We played phone tag with them for about a month before we've got the warranty company to switch to some other plumbing company.
If you need to work via a warranty company and this is the company they opt to finish your work, please ask them to send somebody else because there's a very likely possibility that the service fee will be just taken by them and never return.
One star is more than this business deserves because I think that they are a complete and total fraud. From along with other reviews and my experience, it's clear that this corporation will not work with anybody who comes to them via a warranty company. They will take your service fee and you'll never find them again.

These Men are so dishonest, DO NOT USE THEM! They were recommended by our house warranty service to come fix our water heater. They wanted to charge $1100 to switch a part that was $30. The tech talked down to me. They were rude and unprofessional.

I am unsure of where to start. Because the day it was installed, I have had problems with the installment of my hot water heater. I never thought a company could be an unprofessional. I regret ever with this business. I am rather upset. Failed review. I just replaced it since it was the first and never experienced any difficulties with my older water heater. I am waiting for the technician to come service. The window has been 2-5 pm. It is pm and no one has arrived called. They won't answer my calls. I do not know if I need to lawyer up at this time. I believe I am dealing with pure wickedness. I hope this goes shortly. Let me say again I regret getting used this organization. You live and you learn.

Was delegated LiveGreen by my house warranty company for flow. Carlos did a wonderful job, along with his boss Bill was quite trendy (Bill didn't come; Carlos telephoned him to get some questions/issues). Highly recommend!

I was told the technician could be told to call me when he came so I could give him with the appropriate door since I live in a multi unit house, I walked down the street to get a couple of minutes of fresh air and upon my return to my house I had this hang tag on my housemates door and no call from a technician. I specifically told the secretary that they had to call me because our entrance door is out of sight...I am beyond frustrated as I've been home all day waiting for them to fix my sink and disposal difficulty. So unprofessional.
Update: they never returned my voicemails and upon my phoning them back to see why they had not returned my calls I was lied to saying they left me a voicemail (no voicemail on my phone) then told it would be 3-4 days until they could cover the issue because their technicians were all booked. It gotten out someone here and simply would have been nice had they possessed up for their failures.

The stoppage difficulty he refused to look at stating it wasn't about the work order. I called the home warranty in order that they could affirm the stoppage was about the work order, however, the technician didn't wish to wait and just left. Then Live Green marked both jobs with the home warranty as complete. I had to reopen both issues on 1/16 - and again called over and over again to try to get them to fix the issues. The home guarantee had to put 2 calls in themselves and it's 2/5 and we have a date for 2/7 when they presumably will fix the issues. With a better review 8, will update.
Two issues - draining water heater and a shower stoppage which I set a petition to fix on 12/23 through my home guarantee. No one responded to voicemails and my orders to really come and look at the issues. Eventually they came out on 1/10 and the technician dismissed the water heater stating that I had to hire a person to remove the furnace so that he could have access and it was too small of a room for him to mend. We had plumbing companies in exactly the exact same utility closet without any difficulty so it looked like he didn't need to deal with a space before I had this home warranty.

We had a wonderful Encounter with Nelson out of Livegreen Plumbing. He had been on time (and called if he had been on his way), courteous, and efficient. He gave us a great deal of great details about the plumbing in our house and fixed our problems straight away. I thought he was amazing and we'll definitely call LiveGreen again. Thanks Nelson!

So we went a week without hot water. When we came back, I called the company and that the individual on the phone said after she found out what the status about the part was, she'd call back. She did not call back, so later that afternoon I followed and the man I talked to this time (not the same as who I had talked to earlier that morning) said she'd find out and call me back the next day with the advice. She did not phone me back. When I called to follow up the following day (approximately late day ), the company did not answer the telephone. I called the tech and he said"The component has been ordered, but you want to call the company for more information."
We were directed to the business during our landlord's home warranty. Something was wrong and turned out it needed a replacement component. Our technician said his boss would be to tell us when the part would be available. We heard back a couple of days afterwards only telling us that they were waiting to learn.
Pretty annoyed at this point, I upgraded our landlord after about 24 hours with another phone number than what we had and found out the component had been on back-order, and he got through to them. No one from the company believed to tell this to us or keep us updated at all. And though the girls sounded like they'd be helpful and who answered the telephone earlier in the week were nice, they never did what they said they'd do which is phone us back with some sort of update.
Thank goodness so we did not need to wait for a part and/or cope with LiveGreen the water heater changed out completely.
