We woke up yesterday afternoon 6-15-18 Hot water heater went. Called Miller & Sons, we had a technician come out ( sooner then expected )
Note... The hot water heater that he replaced was only four years old by Hefner pipes, Sold us the elongated warranty to emerge and drain it once a year never arrived.
We had a leaky faucet in the bathroom which he was more than willing to repair.
Being a homeowner for over 30 years it is so pleasant to have a person come out on time actually sooner and asked educated.
He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, worker that is wash.
People complain I wanted to complement this technician and this company I won't ever call anybody besides them again.
2 days later - amending this review..softener wouldn't drain as designed. Called and counseled they cannot mend it for 5 days! Holding decision.
Very professional! Pleasant and did a great job installing water softener. Anthony called to inform approximate arrival (which was scheduled.) Cleanup after the setup was thorough. The last bill was in scope on the end. This company is class act!
Had a very leaky water heater. After reading reviews, I went down the list. I did get 2 quotes. One for 475.00 about the phone and another just texted 300 but didn't even call. The one for 300 was pretty sketchy with reviews. I'd already bought one although miller and sons actually gave me a good price like the water heater. Anyway a great cost for that and installation included taking my older one. The guy came out and replaced it fast and was fine. I'd certainly use them again. They do military and senior discount
We're very happy with the job that involved replacing a shower enclosure. They were quick to react & got the job! The area in was very clean when he finished the job! Many employees would leave a mess.
