Had my house is installed on by a water heater. They came out, informed me and then explained all the details about the machine. When they were done, we had. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

They did pipes work and trashed the area. Bits of plastic piping, drywall and tile pieces, dust from drilling through block, etc. etc. abandoned at every place in the house they touched. The A/C air filter was so clogged after they left, I had to alter it 2x. When there was a no celebrities or celebrities they'd get.
Would recommend to anybody or never use again. The task has been signed off on by Mark.
Don't have any care of concern to your house or possessions. Only try to get in and out asap and get your money.

We had a matter with filthy water from our kitchen sink going to our dishwasher. We didn't realize until the water started leaking onto our flooring:-LRB- from the dishwasher. Shamrock managed to send somebody within 2 hours of my phone. The technician Jason took his time and was really friendly, came and was quite thorough in testing it, fixing it, and figuring out the problem. Would definitely use them again.

I called to have. The woman on the telephone quoted me a price of over $1300 for a new tank and labor to install it. There was also a license fee of $150 in addition to the $1300. I ended up doing it with a friend and was out a total of $900. It also took over an hour to replace. I was told by the woman on the telephone that the labor was $600.

Nick came out and called today in my toilet and fixed it. He was nice guy answered my queries. I would definitely call on him for pipes assistance!

Anybody ought to be able to rate you if your under elderly son which does not have any opinion can give you five stars. Quit bribing for testimonials by offering gift cards to happy clients simply. Hearing the crap Mark, Valerie, and Sherin talk about the employees and your'valued' clients shows you don't have any respect for anybody... you just act like it whenever they have a checkbook in their hand.

DO NOT get work done by this company! I and I had my home re-plumbed and a leak in my guest toilet that ended up causing extensive damage to the flooring in my 32, respectively. He affirmed that the problem has been caused as a result of the re-pipe, If their plumber came out to inspect their workmanship.
He also blamed shoddy workmanship in the home builders to get a pipe and told me that it was not their fault when the owner came out. That is funny, since I had no pipes issues in my toilet prior to them coming out and working on my property. I'm stuck with a shower I warped and can't use wood flooring all through my master bedroom. Save yourself the headache and find a company to perform any major repairs on your property.

Only had a first experience with this company and it was superb! Jason did the work and when we are in need of help I would call on him. He replumbed beneath installed the kitchen sink & a brand new water heater. Very great work!

As with difficulties getting help and an office manager, they were repaired our problems immediately and amazing!

I called first thing in the morning and were able to schedule a technician for the exact same morning (it was a Tuesday). The staff (Sebino) was quite courteous and were great at describing the problem. A bit pricier then anticipated ($147 for replacing a flush valve), however, the service was fantastic and it was super efficient. Totally recommend.

If you don't know that you need work done, do not call them! They do good work BUT I just had to pay $125 (service call) to allow them to look at my meter and let me"You do not have a leak!" Took about 3 minutes. I believe $75 would of been reasonable.

Mark was incredible. Called him in the evening about our shower backing up. He came out of his way to help. I was unworthy on the phone since we had only rented the house for over a year and I didn't know much about it. He went around to figure it out and arrived. Since it was dark out, He'd spent a fantastic hour and that he wanted to make sure that which he told us was correct. The Home had a tank!!! Obviously as gifted as tanks does not drain and as he was. Even driving that much time from his way the time that he spent at our location that he refused to charge us or even take a tip!!! I don't understand any business who'd turn away from charging you at least their time and particularly after hours!!!! Thank you so much Mark! Secure to keep had to have a repipe done. Mark came out and gave us an estimate we'd gotten. They repiped the house and the next day their drywall folks came out and patched the holes. So far everything. We'd suggest them.

Absolutely wonderful! As my toilet got clogged, I called one evening. Since I don't own my condo and rent, they were not able to visit without permission and no one could be reached by me from my condo. If the gentleman would assist me over the 11, I inquired and he was unbelievable! He talked me through it and that I fixed it by myself. He had been a lifesaver and cared for helping me. Thank you a million times over!

Shamrock plumbing did a great job re-plumbing my home. I could not renew my house owners insurance unless I re-plumbed my home. They did the job in one day, which comprised hot water heater, a laundry room, three extra sinks, three baths plus three water connections. Their price was fair, the crew was friendly and the men that did the follow wall closure up did a quality job. The whole crew's expert job was amazing!
A month after I thought they had cut on one of my A/C ducts in the basement during installation because my bill was so high. They checked the attic for me and came back the following day and assured me their were not any broken ducts. It turned out my A/C switch was broken.

I can honestly say dealing with this particular company has been a pleasure. They have abilities, technology and products others wish they'd, although they may not be as large as others.
