I understand the mechanics of service requires and in-field repairs. But, I do find the repair cost of $650 for a relatively small repair in the wall to replace a 14" piece of 1/2" pipe which had a pin hole flow, a bit high, in addition to the fact the tech was only here about 1:15! Is there something here that I'm missing?

I am in FL here at the Orlando region.
Even though the total job only took about 45 minutes, but the bill was well over $500!
I wished to give zero stars but it would not let me.
This company is a ripoff! The A+ rating from BBB is an unfunny joke. He supplied an estimate to fix my bathroom sound: another $300, while here!

I had another plumber fix it for under $100 and declined that offer.
Well - Murphy's Law - there was rust.
Andre showed up to fix mend my shower (no hot water). First estimate was $360 (yeah that is bad enough). Then he informed me that if the valve has been corroded, it could cost another $212!!

Don't use this business that is fraudulent. They are out to fix 1 issue, so it is possible to pay them to come back for more money, only to create another. Shawn in the workplace is horrible, and the owner Chris, is money that is only hungry to take advantage of customers. Channel 9 WFTV is currently starting an investigation on this horrible business was heard by me. Stay away.

Did not appear to finish the undertaking. Called numerous times. Unbelievable. It is a shame until I paid them since they were good. Till project was entirely done, should have waited with the payment.

I had been needing a plumber, fast. The provider never revealed. I contacted in, Rainaldi & a matter of 3 hours out of my very first call; my home plumbing is operational. Eric was considerate, reassuring & specialist. Thank you, Rainaldi for exceptional service at this stressful time

Update: I called Comfort Zone Air-condition repair, they mended and serviced entire unit for $74.00.
I used them to install a brand new a/c unit within a year(still under guarantee ) unit was not blowing cold. I called Rainaldi up assess unit and to have them return. Tech came walked for 10 minutes around home. I was then told by looked at unit my coils were filthy. And it would cost me $1,600.00 to wash the coils. I wash my machine and wash the coils & alter my filter every month. I am an A/C manager. The unit was under warranty that's why I called them back. I'll never call them.

Not a really business in my view. I had standard beneath sink disposal replaced in my home. Called Rainaldi to ask for an estimate. Woman on phone wouldn't give me a cost for the job, told me $39 to come check out it and the $39 credited to job cost. Tech Nick (nice man ) quickly gives me cost options. It's $475 to replace with same Badger 5 device I have. Having assessed prices on-line, I know I will purchase that Badger 5. It's $375 in labor for a 45 minute job. I decline support and cover the $39. I predict another plumbing support. They provide a firm price of $ 295 to me. Almost $200 less!!! That's real money. By not providing a cost on the 16, I don't value the baiting a client. 'd have never wasted my $39 if they told me job was almost $500.

Rainaldi arrived at my home July 25th 2019, to do a simple disconnect of my bathroom faucets and sinks. The guy was inattentive he let water drip in the inside of my dressing cabinets. I essentially had to see every move he chose to complete this job, cleaning up afterwards , I wouldn't advise using this corporation.

I would do so if I could give lower. I was taken by them for a ride $$ smart - I mean a bathroom. I purchased one for $99 at Lowe's, and the installment is $150. The crazy part is that they have an A+ rating in the BBB with over half of the remarks pathetic. There are 13 comments with 6 comments abysmal. How does that occur? They may do other"home services" great, but my goodness, I feel cheated by this company. One of the reps and I spoke and she inquired what might be done to appease me, and I said give me back some of my cash. This was the last I heard. Run, don't walk

First time. I had a terrific experience. Cole clarified the issue so I could make a educated choice and was very professional. I called and by 2 pm they Cole had arrived. He went the excess mile to repair the issue. Highly recommended. Can use them

I needed to make sure my renters compensated these yahoos way too far to get a brand new water heater and had water that is hot.
My complaint is most likely not using the workmanship. . .only time will tell about that. . .my complaint is as landlord residing in a state hoping to make my renters have water on a cold day, I feel like I got screwed on pricing. Their'Set Fees' policy means that I had to choose between $270 to perform a good diagnosis and fix the likely problem, but if the issue ended up having the brand new water heater, I needed to cover the $270 and the $1,250 installment cost (and they wouldn't break up the bill into labour and components so that I could tell how good a water heater I was getting). $550 labour for two hours.

Terrible experience. Called them to repair the A/C as a crisis service. The tech cane out and fixed it. They billed $700 for the emergency service around and left. After recognizing that the air was not cooling and 15 minutes , I phoned them back but the technician told me I would need to wait before he could return to our residence till he finished with the next customer. They and extremely unprofessional lack the wisdom and ability to perform their job.

When I called back to take myself off the priority list, the woman who answered the phone did not seem to care at all that I had been inconvenienced, I didn't appreciate. It wasn't my fault I couldn't be reached the first time by the tech I gave my telephone number correctly and also a back up telephone.
They did reach out at 8:00 am and said a person could be out whenever possible and that because our water was off we'd be put on the priority list.
They are getting a 1 star review because they failed to deliver what they said they went to.
We had a leak occur Thursday night at about 9:00 pm. After we had the water cleaned up. The information form filled out on the internet and was told I'd be reached I knew the next morning, that this probably meant.
I don't understand the way the company was able to phone me at 8:00am but then suddenly didn't have my number right. The woman said somebody would be out at any point today and put me back.
At 2:30pm I made a decision to call another plumbing because I was getting worried at this point I'd be without water all weekend. They could send someone within the hour since she explained,"that you don't have any water and still have a leak, that is priority in our novels " In 2:42pm I got a call that a technician was on the way, and he came at 3:05pm.
At about 12:30pm I called back to have a upgrade on somebody would not be out until Monday and if somebody was going to be able to make it I was told that there was no availability today. I explained I had been told that a repairman would be able to make it. The woman I spoke to apologized for the miscommunication and said that somebody had tried to reach out to me am but could not get a hold of me personally so I was taken off of this priority listing, because the amount was wrong.
If the first person I spoke to said we are busy it likely will not happen, I'd have reached out to companies that were different this morning rather than waiting around all day and not getting anything done.

Could not manage scheduling a house visit. When the phone number that was wrong was used to announce the ETA rescheduled. Called to test when it got late. Was told 1) I had been called that morning, which wasn't true; and 2) they had been short-handed and only making emergency calls daily. Might have been fine but for the lie I had been called. My telephone revealed no missed calls and no voicemail was abandoned. I wasted valuable time for nothing.

I have been happy with technicians and their office support. They are quick to follow up on any issues that come up. I have taken advantage of their Maintenance Contract and will continue to do so.

Eventually, I get a phone at. We discuss what needs to be carried out. Reconnect faucet, and the dishwasher, disposal, he quotes me a cost of $640.
No thanks. If they were honest with me a the very first phone call and explained it'd be 11 hours before someone could arrive, I'd have made a different call.
I called Rainaldi's at about 8:30 on Friday morning and explained the situation. Was very good. They would be able to be out the same day. I asked a day appointment and was told, NO issue.
Good luck if you decide to use this firm.
At about 2:30, I hadn't heard anything so I called. Not to worry I had been advised,"You're the next on the list. As soon as the technician finishes the job he is on he'll be over."
4:00 came, no call, so I checked in. I advised them, it is getting late, this will take a couple of hours. "You're another one on the list. . .We work until all tasks are completed." Same conversation about an hour later.
Long story, but here we go. . .Kitchen was damaged from a dishwasher escape. Having having the repairs completed and dealt with the insurance carrier, the very last thing we needed to have a kitchen that was working after 2 months was to possess the pipes reconnected.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. All I will say is Rinaldi is the Including a camera support from a different firm, after multiple plumbers, Greg determined the issue was NOT what some of those other pipes told me, saving me thousands of dollars in repairs and came over to perform an assessment.
Just had the drain fixed, and they're professional, quick and personable. Highly, highly recommend heading ONLY!

Eventually Nick came to take a look at installing. Nick supplied. Nick acted politely, but provided excuses for why he could not satisfy our request. . .why wasn't a plan or alternatives conducted until they showed up? Nick went on to share a labor rate. . .as he consented, for!
Bottom line is that the technicians want management service structures that are better to provide appropriate customer service AND if you want a water heater fixed, Rainalds will NOT offer you a quick or affordable solution.
Our tankless water heater, this latest time. The first 2/1 appointment has been cancelled with no notification. The appointment was moved to the third day on 2/3. When John came, he acted really professional sadly as I had troubleshot the unit he did not do anything. He explained he wasn't the best tech to be assisting with a tankless unit. Why after 3 days wasn't a tankless technician dispatched?
Because they helped with a malfunction on my tank-less water heater I called Rainaldis back. John was very professional, however, water that was overflowing stopped again although I was a bit amazed that I paid 250 to get a relief valve.
My family waited until I came home by traveling to fix myself. I finished the job about 4 hours by myself.

Do not give them your credit card! I was billed for a service that I didn't receive. They had been used by me and I guess they had my card on file.

Purchased a home which rainaldi did the hvac and ac install 2016. Two weeks after moving in the ac stops working. Rainaldi came out and decided it was. Could not get the job although charged us $79 for the diagnostics. They explained that labor would be around $860 to put in the motor it had to get it next day from carrier. The man shows up with all the component and has it set up and running in around one hour, the next day. What would happen to be a very favorable review is tremendously overshadowed from the $866.90 fee for labor in addition to the $79 fee to come out. We hadn't idea the repair would take under an 17, After we agreed to this cost. That rate I had been told would have been the same if he had been there 1 hour 6 and was a horizontal rate. What a rip off. Please be careful I feel scammed. I don't mind paying what is fair but I don't know many people in almost any profession that make $866.90 an hour.
