Absolutely LOVED working with this business! We have connected out who could not fix my Water Heater by means of a warranty company that delivered 3 preceding companies. They identified it immediately and was able to get me up and running in hours!!! I am so grateful for their kindness and efficacy of the business!! Thanks guys!!

Nobody wishes to call a plumber but when you do this is a wonderful plumber.
When there were still some problems that they came back, worked on the issue and came and, due to road repair issues, walked two blocks for her house and fixed the issue.
Nice to have a company that is responsive and stands by its work.
They showed up and efficiently did some first damage control.
Attempts were made to solve it persisted.
They showed up shortly after a different, but related, issue surfaced and treated it as best they could. At no cost.

Fantastic customer service, Peninsular given fair advice about fixing our plumbing requirements to us and has come quickly when called. We've replaced a water heater, fixed another (twice), and mended toilet problems. I'd highly advise using Peninsular.

I've had two completely negative experiences hiring Peninsular Plumbing and'd like to discuss my experiences with you to help you understand why I don't recommend hiring Peninsular Plumbing. My observation is they have very low standards for the pipes they and send to your property. Peninsular Plumbers: broke my bathroom tile and roughly patched it up, installed a brand new utility sink that was leaking water immediately after they left (plumber promised to return and mend it but instead went AWOL), and they offered me a $600 faucet that retails on line at Wayfair for $200 (looked it up by version number for an exact match). Most recently, due to the insistence of my mother and against my better judgementI hired since I wanted a plumber due to the way my kitchen has been installed to replace the waterline, Peninsular to install my brand new dishwasher. The plumber: 1) did not replace the waterline and instead just connected the brand new dishwasher into the older waterline, 2) used the older washer power cord (instead of working with the brand new power cord I provided), and once the dishwasher wasn't working properly giving us an error code pointing into setup error he insisted he'd installed it properly, spent a whole lot of time on the telephone with the producer seeking to trouble shoot the matter and concluded that the dishwasher has to be defective. My heart sank when he handed me a bill for almost $400 for installing a dishwasher that wasn't even working. After he left, I noticed the dishwasher door was hitting one side of the countertop, revealing the dishwasher was certainly not level - . After getting the dishwasher installed correctly by another seller (me actually double paying for setup ), I contacted Peninsular with important evidence (photos and a written affidavit from the installer who installed it correctly) displaying Peninsular Plumber's improper and pristine setup to kindly request a refund for their improper setup. Unfortunately, Peninsular did not respond positively in a bid to ensure it is good for me personally, instead, they had been more interested in protecting their interests, actually stating:"By law we have to have the opportunity to make the job right when something is done improperly or maybe not to your liking. It is called the"Right to Repair Act". Once you file a complaint with the contractor (Peninsular Plumbing) we've got 45 days to reply by way of remedy, compromise or settle, and/ or dispute the claim. When your mother called on 5/20/17 you had a new installer there who told me that we proceeded to fix it and did this function. In the point of call we've got the opportunity. Now that you had the job done already by someone else we aren't able to remedy our work." This is absurd. Peninsular is currently requesting that I take EVEN MORE time off of work, at the top of all of the time and money I have already spent thanks for their improper setup, to amuse them coming to visit me at my house to take a look at the correctly installed dishwasher until they can even entertain refunding me for their improper setup (despite all of the images and written affidavit evidence I've shown them with the largest piece of evidence being the dishwasher began working after it was installed properly by another vendor). If one of the technicians performs function that actually doesn't work, you can't (against your better judgement) try to correct the problem immediately by somebody else, otherwisethey are"not able to remedy" their job and will cause you to jump through hoops and take much more time off of work to amuse them looking at the final working item somebody else did properly initially, so that they can possibly, just maybe, have a conversation with you about which makes it good to you. I wish and Peninsular would require care in recruiting qualified plumbers have a fantastic training program in place so that the plumbers can do the job correctly the first time. Based on my two entirely bad experiences, Peninsular doesn't require great care in expertise and the quality of the pipes they bring on staff and finally send to your property. Unfortunately, both the pipes that Peninsular sent to my house were very cash driven (both totally overcharged me for improper and incomplete function ). What is even sadder than poor recruitment practices is that Peninsular as a business, won't stand behind their work and ensure it is good to you, the consumer, even if we, the consumers, present evidence to them that work was completed. It is never my intention to hurt a business by writing a review, but from hiring Peninsular predicated on my two separate experiences with them, I need to advise that the general public.

We've used Peninsular Plumbing for a variety of repairs and I have been very happy every time. We've dealt with so many mediocre sellers the great ones deserve the charge, although I don't normally write reviews. The service technicians have been educated, prompt and professional. I placed a service call after a tech and Hurricane Irma was at my house in just two hours. Not only did he give us reasonable replacement and repair estimates for our hot water heater, but they had it replaced over precisely the same morning. We've had nothing but a pleasant encounter with them and intend for our plumbing needs later on.

Save money and yourself the hassle, don't operate with Peninsular Plumbing! Over several other companies billed since we thought we would be receiving a thorough completion of work but we went with them. We were disappointed when after replacing our plumbing both toilets still not worked. We were eventually able to speak to the proprietor after 4 times to be informed that in his business sometimes they beneath quote and sometimes they over quote, sometimes they need to"eat it and now we would need to consume it." Because that proves to be a distinct issue, he then refused to fix the toilets. For $3,000 two working toilets is not too much to ask for.
