In summary (I know, too late), even if you are searching for stellar service and a high level of satisfaction, call HDP. Don't think twice.
I'm too lazy to do so although I'd write two reviews back-to-back to be able to offer 10 stars to this team. . .and something tells me Yelp would frown upon about that. I recommend Ashley Darren, and the remainder of the HDP staff and will use them later on if I'm cursed to need to fix or re-do my drains.
I will not lie, you will find businesses that are cheaper, but HDP was the first to develop a camera to get the cause of this stoppages and not only snake the pipes. Turns out I had rusted out pipes and holes (thankfully located in one place ). I'd not have discovered without the deeper look and the issues would have been worse down the street.
I was given a quote, educated in detail of this duration what they'd do during that time, and it'd take to correct the issues. In the long run, the job was finished on time and over the amount.
When guests visited, this last time it happened. I filed requests to 10 businesses for quotations and half were professional and very responsive. HDP was the first to answer within 30 minutes that they would have someone outside to look at the next day. Because of the hectic schedule I was informed after 6 PM. While renovating my house from top to bottom and not one of them worked beyond 5 PM, I was amazed because in seven decades of home possession, I have gone through more than 20 sets of contractors. As promised, if they showed up, I was lucky.
In the end, the quality is outstanding. They are not only clean but do their best to protect your property as if it was their own. And though the entire project likely would have been enough to buy a Rolex, I'm also fairly convinced their profit margin was reasonable given how meticulous they were to ensure everything required to comprise redoing work because it was perfect as Deven or Darren desired it to be.
What is even more impressive is that the stream of communication. Ashley or her helper called morning or every day to regarding when to expect the coming of the team. You will never wonder whether they will appear, remain until the job is done, or wait around a window of two hour timeframe (that appears to be the overall"wait" period for contractors here).

He showed up at 5ish. He said it needs to be eliminated and travelled together with my husband over the quotations. He left to receive a replacement. The quotation was to high for me but my husband was fine with that. 3 hours after he says we can't become water tonight he also does not do this type and because we are in need of a vent with a whole in wall out and we will need to call somebody else. What no water why wasn't this told in the beginning to us. You noticed that the heater was shorter then another but did not mention that the vent wouldn't match. On getting someone out to do this job, we could have focus. As our job don't do this work. I talked with Ashley and phone the office. I was this was a should have been mention in the beginning to us. They call. Tried to clarify us the situation. The point is he should have understood from the beginning. Professional man that said he could not do it end up doing the work and my husband said he did a really good job. The part that could cost us an extra $350 bucks to do something he said he can't but managed to do. Among these said be careful of extra fees that were separate, when I got different quotes from different sellers. This is exactly what happen to me personally. I am not one to write a bad review but don't need to have this adventure happen to other people. Hawaii Drain Pros you want to be upfront with your work. I should have gotten more people come over for quotations and suffer from the cold showers. I am not sure I trust Yelp for great reviews currently.
On October 4 we predicted several plumbing firm. 1 firm did not even appear. But with Hawaii Drain Pros having rave inspection we decide to go with them. Talk with Savanna on Friday the earliest they could come out with be Monday to mend or replace our gas water heater.
They would call, if they could come out. Well Monday came along with our appointment was between 11-1pm. Obtaining a phone out about 2pm that the job is being wrapped up by him and could at 12pm. Received another known as he is currently wrapping up the job and will probably be here about 4pm.

Five stars, but I wish I could give them longer!! There were several difficulties with my condo in Honolulu that I visit only a few times annually, so I didn't have any idea what to do. A person in my building recommended Hawaii Drain Pros . The girl who answered my call was educated and very nice, I believe that her name was Ashley. She was able to have somebody come out to my condo the same day! The gentleman that came , Deven, was fantastic. He was explained to my husband went wrong and me, and fast, nice, how it was repaired by him, and also how we could prevent this from occurring in the future.
Will definitely be calling them for potential drain issues!
I strongly recommend this firm!! They're fast, friendly, and educated. Best of all, they give you a price that is fair. The neighbor who had recommended this company to me had told me that companies on the island will attempt to upcharge but I felt comfortable that Hawaii Drain Pros gave me a fair price.

Whenever your normal"fix" just make things worst, it was time to call a specialist. In my initial call to the clearing of my bathroom drains, Hawaii Drain Pros are exactly as others posted. Everyone was professional when they watched the mess. Cleared two drains and replaced an old part, punctually so my parent that is disabled can clean up for mattress. They cleaned up my bathtub that I did not anticipate and valued.
If desired I will call Hawaii Drain Pro.

As for I am 100% satisfied. The technicians were young men who have been considerate and professional. The technicians explained the Clorox tabs in the bathroom reservoir was eating away at some of the parts and advised to not use them. Although their organization wills increase, I love that they are on the lookout for their customers and giving them advice to prevent problems.
So my first impression of Hawaii Drain Pros is they embody the Aloha spirit and are extremely courteous. While I was not a fan of having to reschedule my appointment and then having the technicians become a no-show for my rescheduled appointment, the owner took necessary steps also have a tech come by long after my appointment window passed and to fix this.
If there was a need I would advise Hawai'i Drain Pros and would phone them.

I had been impressed with the professionalism of the person answering the telephone, she had been a fantastic initial representation for Hawaii Drain Pros. We were lucky that they were able the moment to send out a crew for our emergency. The problem was not as awful as it might have been. The crew that came out were professIonals and personable. They're tidy and neat going about their job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, or use Hawaii Drain Pros!

They reacted very quickly, made an appointment, really showed up. Everyone was educated, friendly and professional. They recognized it correctly looked at the problem, said it would take 2 hours, got to work and fixed it in 40 minutes. Billed me for 2 hours? Wasn't really sure why. I am in the wrong line of work...

Called Hawaii Drain Pros late one night when no company replied. They gave me choices to deal with my clog, and came within the hour. My loved ones and I decided to snake the drain for us up and running to the night, after going through the choices. They did a courtesy camera inspection to see what caused the clog and discovered rust and dirt build up Once the blockage removed. We ended up removing all the rust and dirt build up with high end machines. All I will say is MAHALOS to the hard working men and women you've got and if we need any plumbing assistance for anything I'll be calling Hawaii Drain Pros!

Outstanding customer support. As I was calling around that had to be performed on my mothers rental home I obviously was looking being mom is on a fixed income. My experience from my telephone conversation was agreeable although nothing. Ashley is a fantastic asset to Hawaii Drain Pros, she immediately builds this trust with her clients. Ashley had me talk with Devin who gave me. His input has been greatly appreciated. Estimate our tech's day was Jaron. He as well was informative and very pleasant. He revealed he cared and didn't pressure mom.

These guys are great. Ashley was very professional and pleasant and kept me informed of the condition of the technician, when he'd be coming (since it was a last minute request). They informed me of the work, what they went to do, and cost If they did come. Jaron and Ryan were nice, did a great job and ensured I can always rely on them to provide us. Great job guys!

Mahalo Jarren and Ryan for the prompt and professional service. Photographs were taken as to plumbing under my house, which have been vulnerable to breakage by a water pressure. My first call was to get a loud whistling from a toilet, which upon investigation was more.

Fantastic customer services. Owner Ashley was very fine, gave an estimated time frame. These guys came and will be able to get our clogged sewer drain unclogged. Fast service and quick, would recommend to everyone.

Great support. She kept us updated on ETA of the ceremony guys that is so helpful. Jaren and Devin did a great job and kept us informed of the status of the plumbing. They did work that is wash. Kitchen sink drain clog was cleared and the rest of the pipes hydrojetted. Definitely would recommend this company!

Ok this is a few days late but I have been meaning to write a review which I never do because I forget & I will confess I get a little lazy, But these guys made such an impression & such a fantastic job & truly went over & beyond to assist us in a very awful situation & they obtained the our problem taken care of. It was as if they felt frustration & awfulness, & the stress of the situation they truly cared & was not jus a job but it was to help & to get this problem taken care of out. I know some people today get mad over pricing but people will need to understand that these guys do their job with important equipment & esp @ the hour we had them come I get it will not be no $100 but they're more affordable than the other places we've checked out & for those that are in need to get a plumber please remember that there's a price & those guys aren't trying to over cost you. They are way worth greater than what they bill. Jaron & his spouse was amazing & they super helped us out & broke everything down to where we (non plumbers) could understand & I can not say this enough but they was awesome awesome awesome!
